Hungry people came with a young man, they wanted to eat the national cuisine. The first disadvantage is the dim light and the light menu. You had to strain your eyes hard to read the contents. The waiter came up and began to list the dishes to order. There is no first course, there is no second course, there is no fifth course. I was already freaking out. As a result, there is no meat at all, only pilaf. We ask for a liver kebab - the answer is no! And, oh my God, there's a lamb kebab. In general, we ordered 2 salads and 2 sticks of shish kebab + flatbread. The flatbread and tea were brought quickly. But! The flatbread is small, to be honest, I was shocked, because, usually, they carry SUCH a flatbread that you then choke on it (you can't eat it). A flatbread for one. Salads were brought, the wrong one. A minute later, they brought what they ordered. Salads are normal, the kebab was also delicious. As a result, the mood is zero, we had a little snack, but in fact we left hungry. I wanted to leave right away, but the young man insisted on staying.
I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. I don't recommend coming to this place.

It's a good place. They make excellent fruit drinks/lemonades. The national dishes are at a decent level, the meat is great, the pasta is not very good, it is clear that it is made by hand, but it looks like dough for mantas, i.e. the state of aldente does not imply))), but it does not spoil the overall impression. During daytime hours, there is no percentage for service, which is unexpected and pleasant.

We booked a table for 6x for my birthday. I really liked the kitchen and the service. Pleasant music and a convenient location right in the city center. We took kebabs, beshbarmak, chuchvara and were satisfied with everything. The only downside is that you can't get through the first time.

The service is disgusting. The waiters have zero knowledge of the service. The main dish and side dish were brought separately with a difference of half an hour, i.e. either the guest must eat the main dish, and then eat the naked side dish, or wait for the side dish and eat the cooled main dish. The whole shish kebab with bones. The menu pages are sticky in some kind of grease. There is no tea on the menu, but the waiter does not know what kind of tea there is and its price. The wait for the waiter is long even with two occupied tables in the hall. It is absolutely not clear why they charge 20% of the service receipt if there is no service. I strongly do not recommend it.

We took local, Uzbek soup, salads with fresh vegetables and tea.
Everything was very tasty,
The prices are reasonable.
Locals also come here and many foreigners are brought in groups.

As I understand it, the staff puts on music from the phone and it just has a terrible effect on the atmosphere.
Drum'n'bass is playing. For those who do not understand, this is dance music, with a very fast tempo, the same melody and wildly energetic. She played loudly enough and therefore, after 10-15 minutes in the institution, her head begins to ache and buzz, her appetite disappears a little and it is difficult to concentrate, especially when talking to someone

Well, this is a fiasco. Some items are not on the menu, there are three types of tea - black, green and with lemon. Two of the three dishes are too salty, on the verge of being impossible to eat. The chicken was cooked for more than 40 minutes (despite the fact that only 4 tables were occupied). The zucchini is fried to a state of charcoal. Plus, you can only bet for the pitch. It is difficult to catch the waiters, because they are mostly in another room. 20% is the service, it's not worth it. I definitely don't want to go back.

I go to such places more for the atmosphere. It's cozy and nice here. I ordered fried lagman - it's delicious: very tender meat and the dough itself is self-made and not very greasy, as it seemed to me, this is a big plus. Pleasant music, polite waiters and not very expensive.

We didn't eat such tasteless pilaf even in Russia. The rice is watered, all the ingredients are as separate. No pleasure. Very sorry. And it's very stuffy for me. And this is at the end of September. If we talk about the cons, then the cognac was served in a whiskey glass and with a barrel of ice. It was extremely strange for us. The service was not bad, but we were practically alone in the hall, so I don't know how objective it is.

It looks more like samples of Uzbek cuisine, especially if you know what portion sizes are available in local establishments. Samsa is 3 times smaller than usual, manta rays are slightly larger than dumplings, small portions of the grill. I.e., in terms of normal portions, the place is expensive.
