In addition, during the week, no matter what dish or drink was ordered, nothing was available.
Elementary, the cheapest local wine. No matter how you ask, "unfortunately, no." Of the salads, one is there, the other is not. And so it is with the whole menu.

I've been there several times, tried different positions. The interior suggests thoughts about national cuisine and that it is made well here, but, unfortunately, this is not the case. Only one position was really tasty - lagman. It differs from Uighur, but it is really delicious. The rest of the dishes are below average, but the pilaf deserves special attention: I haven't eaten worse in Tashkent yet. It feels like yesterday's was warmed up. The service is one at a time, there don't seem to be many tables, but the waiters are fussing for no reason and they may not reach you until you persistently call.
Bottom line: if you want national cuisine, it's better to look for another place)
PS. Locals say that European dishes are better here, but there is no desire to check on personal experience

In general, they did not order what they wanted (( They asked for dry wine. The waitress replied that not all the wines were available and she would bring us what we had. And I brought it!) 2 bottles of Italian wine and did not specify its price! And we didn't foolishly ask! Then we looked at the menu and it turned out That she brought us the most expensive wines! If, for example, a dry simple Uzbek wine costs 178,000 soums, then a bottle of wine cost us 700,000 soums! And then at the next table I saw that people were drinking other wines. That is, she deceived us and brought the most expensive wines, seeing that we are not local and you can snort the most expensive wine! That's what I didn't like at all! I could have warned you that the wines are very expensive! After we went to other restaurants, I want to say that this one is very expensive and the waiters can cheat here. That's why I wouldn't go there anymore! It was very unpleasant, to be honest. You felt cheated! In terms of the quality of the cuisine, it is the same as all restaurants. Only the price is too high!

After I made the order, I fell asleep. The waiter woke me up at the request of the manager, because, according to the manager, it is impossible to sleep at their place. However, the fact that some of the waiters were also sleeping in the hall did not bother the manager. When I asked the manager why I, the guest, cannot sleep, but the employee can, he received the answer that it seemed to me. That is, they also take me for an idiot.

Very tasty shurpa, all the pastries are perfect. Meat hot dishes from what we took - you can eat off the mind, how delicious it is, although eggplants were too bitter in semurg.
The pilaf is a bit rustic, as if there were almost not enough spices. But the service is the best that we have seen in Tashkent. The waiters are just wonderful - they know the menu very well (which is extremely important when you have allergies in the company) and work very quickly.
