Clean, sound insulation without complaints. There are a lot of sockets in the room, at every convenient place, just everything by hand. There is a kettle, cups, tea in the room. Several bottles of water in the room, in the hallway and plus a water cooler. There are slippers, bathrobes, dental kits. The receptionist was very friendly and hospitable. I would like to mention the bed separately - a fairly hard mattress, but it was great, it was very comfortable to sleep, nothing falls anywhere - very comfortable. There was a balcony, but it was not possible to use it - it was too cold days in Astana))

Overall, almost good. The impression of an unkempt area in front of the entrance and dirty windows is spoiled. Otherwise, it's good. Well, they left an expensive charger with a cord in the room, no one contacted us, they did not offer to solve the situation. It's sooo uncomfortable when traveling.

Wi-fi in the room catches very poorly. It is absolutely impossible to solve work issues with such an Internet.
In the same house on the 1st floor, takeaway food is prepared: pilaf, shurpa, manti, everything is more or less tasty, for sane money.
There is a park across the street.
If you book through aggregators, they persistently ask you to cancel your reservation, arguing that you do not want to pay a commission to an intermediary, but they do not offer any "buns" in return.

Polite staff, especially thanks to the administrator Gulzhan was settled without problems at any time, regardless of day or night. Among the disadvantages - breakfast was removed earlier, breakfast was included, there was a cafe downstairs, it was also closed, which is very inconvenient, you had to go somewhere to have breakfast. Otherwise everything is fine, we recommend the hotel!

The advantage of this mini-hotel is only in cleanliness, politeness, the availability of a bathrobe, toiletries, a bathtub, a set of towels, tea with sugar, bottled water.

The advantages include the location in the city center and the relatively inexpensive room rate. In my case, this is 200,000 tenge per day. The room is small but cozy.
The bathroom is clean.
Of the minuses, you can't wait for cleaning. I had to remind you. Breakfast is brought to the room on time. A poor choice is scrambled eggs or porridge. I advise you not to take porridge at all! It's just terrible. Soaked large oatmeal flakes floating in milk. Cold and tasteless. Sometimes they may not put tea or yogurt.
The room constantly smelled of different food, very strongly.
And when we left, we were not given the documents for the accounting department. Super!!! And they also said that it was their own fault, they should have warned them a few days in advance. Although it was dissuaded at the entrance.
In general, the impressions are contradictory.
