Great water park! Better than in Astana! Several pools of different depths, slides, excellent baths and saunas. There is everything for small children and for those who are older. The food court is cool, the prices are adequate, the food is delicious. I liked that there is an alternative to fast food. I liked that the area with lockers is shared. You can safely walk with the whole family and not divide the bags into male and female halves. We will definitely come back!

And the slides are not bad, and there are rescuers, they monitor safety. BUT you have to keep an eye on the water! Especially in the summer season when there are a lot of children.

Of the cons: the water in the shower barely flows and is not regulated, it is dirty (in the sense that many girls do not clean their hair, swim with their hair down and then all their hair floats in the pool (but there is not much of it)), and one more thing, tiles... either there is such a tile, or it is not on the stairs. Accordingly, concrete under the influence of water naturally collapses, as a result, all this sand is in the pool. But in general, this water park is very good for a city of this scale.

We were on weekdays and, on our own, bought unlimited money - read in vain we threw away money! There is absolutely nothing to do there, one big slide did not work, I think the children's area is not safe at all. Firstly, there is an outdoor children's complex installed there, and not for a water park, there is no water supply to the slide, secondly, tiles fall off all around, screws for fastening stick out from the side. It is simply impossible to take a shower in the locker room before visiting, either before or after bathing, since the water runs quite somehow and is cold! We skipped it for 10 minutes, but nothing has changed, the water is completely cold. The changing rooms are comfortable, new, that's probably all the advantages. Well, there were enough bagels for us to ride, because we were almost completely alone there. Oh, yes, since we were almost alone, the photographer was just following us, even though we said we wouldn't buy it back. There is no more desire to visit this place.

They sell swimming trunks, hats, if they didn't bring them with them, there is a cafe, however, the food there is questionable. There is a wardrobe, there is only one hair dryer in the women's locker room and there are a couple in the foyer.

The slides are cool, it's interesting to ride. There are only two normal baths for 90* and a hammam. In the rest, it would be good to understand the temperature, otherwise 35 *, 40* is too little. The administration sells a maximum of tickets to everyone, the number of sun beds is limited, there are not enough buns for slides, there is no place in the 90 * bathhouse, the Jacuzzi is overflowing. There are a lot of people in the pools too. I was surprised that the cafe sells beer... The staff is rude, especially the guys on the lower floor. They know exactly what is not allowed, and the rest is your problem, because you have already paid the money 😉
