A large park, a beautiful castle and a gentrified area. If you are looking for a place where you can walk and enjoy the views near Minsk, be sure to come here!

A very beautiful castle, an interesting tour, beautiful interiors. There is a park around, which is pleasant to walk around. Ducks swim in the moat, a heron walks, swans on the lake. 3 hours flew by unnoticed.

I definitely recommend visiting this place. Special thanks to the caretakers of the halls, I spoke to a woman and she answered my question better than any guide, told me a story and recommended more places in Belarus that are worth visiting. From the heart🫶🏼

It's a great place. The castle itself is well preserved and well maintained. There are many historical exhibits, paintings, and photographs. They even say there is a ghost. There is a free toilet and two tourist shops in the castle itself. Nearby there is a beautiful Catholic cathedral, built by the former owners of the Radziwills castle and a park founded by them. In my opinion, the park requires some restoration so that it is as magnificent as the castle.

A great option for exploring the Middle East. The story related to him is interesting. An excursion is definitely needed, as there is much more to learn and immerse yourself in history. We traveled independently from Minsk by train, the tour is already in place.

We spent the whole day and night in Nesvizh. Our visit began with a tour of the castle, which was very eventful and informative. An interesting story of the guide in the beautiful interiors of the Radziwill castle. Then we checked into the Palace Hotel, which is located on the territory of the complex, which is also very cool, because there is an opportunity to wander around the courtyard almost alone, when all the tour groups have already left. We had dinner and breakfast at the Hetman restaurant, which is also located on the territory of the castle. And in the morning we also took a walk through the park that surrounds the castle. The place is very beautiful, with its own history and atmosphere. I'm glad I've been here.

The castle is very overrated. Due to the fact that there was a sanatorium there until recently, and then everything was restored, everything is now very clean, sterile, without a single crack and antiquity is not felt. But the tour is very unusually served with the help of additional costumed actors in different halls. But if you choose which castle to go to, then it's definitely better to go to Mirsky.

It's a very interesting place. A beautiful castle, there are three ponds around the castle. There is a great beach in one of them, you can swim. The entrance to the castle exposition is 17 Br. An interesting story of the Radziwills. There are several parking lots nearby. There is a souvenir market and a cafe. There is an atmospheric hotel on the territory of the castle. You can also rent bicycles and ride around the territory of the castle park - it is several hectares. It's worth it.

An incredibly beautiful place! And the castle itself, and the town of Nesvizh, and the parks around! In winter, there are fewer tourists and it is more comfortable to see the castle itself. In the warmer months, of course, in the parks around the lakes.

+this place combines history, beautiful territory, and a majestic park. There are places where you can have a snack - but in the place where the hand of a modern man touched it looks very awkward . Hastily made stucco , an artificial Christmas tree in the center of the hall , models . Personally, I did not have enough sophistication in this moment. If you have visited various castles and palace complexes, it is quite possible that this one may disappoint you.

a cool place, a great history museum, if you explore the castle yourself, be sure to buy an audio guide and do not forget to visit the church where 36 bodies of the Radziwill family are kept in the crypt. (the guide will tell you everything perfectly)

We went on a special weekday with an 11-year-old child so that there would be fewer people. And so it turned out, but it did not help to fully get acquainted with the museum: there were no guides available, the administrator herself dissuaded the audio guide (it was hard to hear). And the signatures of the exhibits are very stingy and the plaques themselves are small and faded. Not all the caretakers in the halls are ready to answer visitors' questions. To be honest, there is not enough interactivity for a palace-museum of this level, it looks expensive and rich, but in fact it is not interesting! Especially for the young audience. Maybe a guided tour would be better, but I'm not sure I want to come back.

I visited Nesvizh for the second year in a row. Last year I went on an excursion, but this time I got there on my own — from Minsk railway station to the city itself. It's only about a kilometer walk from the train station to the castle. I admired the cathedral, strolled through the picturesque surroundings of the castle, which deserve special attention. At the castle, I visited the palace with an inexpensive ticket and enjoyed the Christmas production. I also took a bus to get back.

Who are the Radziwills? Will this question make you smile in Belarus? Well, how can you not know the richest family of the state? After all, we know and are proud of our Romanovs, Rurikovich, Shuisky, Naryshkins in Russia. So the Belarusian land remembers and honors the princes of the Holy Roman Empire, which were the representatives of the Radziwill family. The famous ancestral castle of these nobles is located in the city of Nesvizh. It's worth visiting here and, if possible, making friends (virtually, of course) with some of them. For example, with an Orphan, a Fish, or a Panekohan. Such nicknames were used by the glorious representatives of the Radziwills. Well, the castle itself is, of course, a story. The Belarusian people. Our common history.

The Radziwill residence is the luxury and horror of the Middle Ages, the extravagance of the Enlightenment, the hustle and bustle of modern times. Expensive and rich, as they say. If it weren't for the holidays and the influx of tourists, we would have taken an audio guide and wandered through the numerous halls, galleries and corridors for all 4 hours. One of the disadvantages: it is impossible with a dog, even in a carrier, even with a mini-pomeranian, I had to hide the red fluffy from the vigilant curators of the museum. In general, we are satisfied with the eventful day and the medieval architecture.

In January, I visited the castles of Nesvizh and Mirsky with an excursion from TravelAgency.by . I've been dreaming for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. I really enjoyed the tour, the guides fully immersed me in the era of jousting tournaments and the Renaissance, when castles turned into beautiful palaces as a result of reconstruction. It is very good that a full lunch is provided during the tour. Thank you very much.

You can go see the castle once. In the town itself, I liked the Town Hall and the church. We traveled from Minsk by bus for two hours. The road is scenic. There are many stops. Local peasant women come in and out. Tickets were bought on tutu. I can't say that this is something outstanding. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to walk in the parks.

I recommend everyone to visit. There are 30 halls, but the park around is not very well maintained. Parking is paid on site. It is worth visiting Mir Castle beforehand and arriving in Nesvizh after lunch. In addition to excursions, there are also opera concerts and other events.

I will join all the positive reviews. And if you arrived by private car, feel free to go to the paid parking. This is convenient and much better than plowing a field in a spontaneous parking lot a kilometer from the castle. And yes, there is a toilet next to the organized parking lot, after the road you will surely need it.

Nesvizh Castle. Belarus. 🍂🏰🍁🏰🍂 A palace and castle complex located in the northeastern part of the city of Nesvizh in the Minsk region. An architectural monument of the XVI—XVIII centuries. It was founded by Prince Nikolai Christopher Radziwill Sirotka in 1582, and the main works were completed by 1600. During the XVI — XX centuries it was the residence of the princes Radziwills. He got his nickname — "Orphan" — not because he lost his parents early, but because they once lost him in some corridor during a high-society ball. The boy began to cry, and the king himself passed by, stroked his head and said, "Why are you crying, orphan?" Since then, this nickname has stuck to him. Nesvizh Castle is the ancestor of a new type of bastion fortifications in Belarus — the so-called New Italian system. At the time of construction, the castle was considered one of the strongest and most perfect buildings of this type. There was no shortage of artillery, handguns and military ammunition in the castle. The castle was of great military importance for several centuries, and was the place of concentration of the private army of the Radziwills. Externally, the palace has always looked very romantic: a monumental building with harmonious towers of different sizes, raised above the water, drowns in the greenery of trees. After several reconstructions, the medieval feudal castle turned into a palace and park ensemble with a large open courtyard surrounded by monumental buildings. Many architectural styles are intertwined in it, which indicates the use of artistic achievements from different historical eras. Decorated with slender towers and turrets, the complex acquired a romantic appeal, and the water in the ponds and the bright greenery of the landscaped castle completed the formation of the palace and castle complex, one of the best in Eastern Europe. The architectural ensemble of the Nesvizh Castle is currently a historical and cultural museum-reserve.

It's a very interesting place, it's definitely worth going here! If you are going to come here, then keep in mind: It's worth spending at least the whole day here. It is ideal to spend the night in the castle, for example, there is a hotel on site. It's no frills, but that's not the point, the main intrigue is in the evening atmosphere of being inside the castle at a time when no one is around. In general, the nature around, the atmosphere...the beauty is indescribable, it is recommended to visit!

The standard option, when they come and take a guide and walk around the halls in a crowd, did not suit me. By the way, the guides talk well. I came here for other impressions: I wanted bombastic photos in the interiors of the palace and to feel like a part of this castle. I went in the opposite direction from the standard route, where there is no one - empty halls are at your disposal!!! Whoever decides to do the same, believe me, you will not get lost, there are signs everywhere and a lot of impressions!!!

After Mir Castle, the Nesvizh Palace Complex is something amazing. The difference is incredible. A must-visit! The feeling that I caught myself being inside - as if someone lives there now, and I'm not talking about Barbara Radziwill) The furniture and decor are very cool, made thoughtfully with love. I plunged into this place with my head. The interiors are amazing, the territory is large, a picturesque moat around and a beautiful bridge. Next to the castle, you can rent medieval dresses (modern, but they look gorgeous!) and take a bunch of beautiful photos against the background of the castle, ride a carriage with neat and stylized coachmen. Every hall is a delight, more than once during the whole time it took my breath away and literally opened my mouth. Nesvizh is also worth a walk. A beautiful, small, cozy city with clean streets.

A rare redoubt-type castle, where instead of walls there is an earthen embankment surrounded by a moat. Until 1939, the residential estate of the Radziwill princes, an interesting exposition inside the 17₽B entrance, outside the castle is surrounded by a park and man-made lakes, next to an active Catholic church, in general there is something to see and where to walk. Sightseeing tour around the castle 100₽B

A gorgeous palace , surrounded by a gorgeous alley , the only thing that no one responded to when reading and listening to stories , because after all , history was studied differently in Russian schools . But it's still very interesting. There is no parking as such , parking is spontaneous , in the field . If it rains, you can get your sandals dirty :) but these are small things . I recommend.

It's all good. Nicely. The staff is very helpful. There is a problem with transport accessibility. To go by train and by bus is another quest. I recommend that you apply for a transfer and sightseeing service on the castle's website. There is a link to the transport company. We were very lucky - we were traveling with the owner of the business, Sergey. Very intelligent. Professionally. Not intrusive. It's a great car. The big Chevrolet SUV is fairly new. Very good and safe driving. For a family consisting of a father, mother and two children aged 8 and 11, it will be cheaper than on a tourist bus as part of a group. Lots of pros and no cons.
