The brand by correspondence clearly departs from the answer and ignores the messages I wrote , moving away from the topic , texting with scripts . There is no desire to help your regular customer and save him either . Is it really so difficult to transfer the discount to the next purchase, knowing that the customer will buy more than once. Thank you 9.22 store for a pleasant solution to the situation - ignore it!
The choice is solid, but there are not enough fitting rooms. And recently, the quality of the materials used has been steadily decreasing, the size range is very much "floating", and the fit is suitable mainly for thin and tall ones.
the worst place I've ever been. it's stuffy to the point of horror, only two fitting rooms, a 2 by 2 place. consultants always go back and forth, which makes the place even smaller and smaller. if you arrange promotions, at least make a bigger place for customers. I do not recommend this sharashkin's office.

NINE 22 is my lovely shop and very friendly and helpful girls. Things of good quality and modern cut. The dress is white with fringe, in my opinion it is generally a masterpiece. I can't get enough of the black robe dress and all the other things purchased in this store are my favorites. Thanks to the whole team for the excellent work and polite attitude to customers! I wish you good sales, as well as a good mood!

I was really waiting for the Elsa dress and when it went on sale (by the way, they were sold out in a day) I asked to postpone the dress until the evening, because I was at work and before the working day ended, the dress could already be bought. The girl agreed without any problems, fulfilling my small, but such a long-awaited dream.

2) why are there no information media or any other markers/information stands with the price of the product on the products sold? this is a violation of consumer rights. why should I, as a consumer, in order to find out the price, bother the consultant with questions when playing with the phone is clearly more interesting for her?
3) the permanent state of the payment terminal is "oh, sorry, it's not working today.".. There are serious questions. According to the amendments of the Council of Ministers and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, organizations are required to provide the opportunity to make payments through payment terminals.
4) there is no cash register. There is no receipt.

I'm the kind of person who stays away from huge mass markets and can spend very limited time buying things. My buying algorithm is similar to the principles of the Roman emperors: came-saw - bought. Therefore, I very carefully and scrupulously selected and saved on Instagram the best showrooms in Minsk (here I live and work) and Brest (from here I come from and often go shopping). Nine 99 was included in this list back in 2018, along with a goose-paw jacket. It was followed by the hits of my wardrobe - a gold combination (I was gorgeous in it at a friends' wedding), a black sundress (there was mourning and a sad occasion, but there are such things and you need to look appropriate), a terracotta dress, a black fringed dress for bachata parties, a crimson combo of a pencil skirt and a top with wide sleeves for my husband's brother's 20th birthday. Ohh, and there have been so many reasons in my life since 2018 and for everyone I found my own image with NINE 22.
So dear girls and gentlemen, this showroom is already a part of my reality and I wish Vika and the girls inspiration and creativity for new images!

Oh, I wanted to write a review about this wonderful store from the very first minutes, but I gave myself time to cool down so that emotions would fade into the background, and leave an exceptionally constructive comment.
This was my first experience with Belarusian designers, and this is how it happened:
I was looking for a costume for my doctor, and here it is, a miracle! I liked the black suit with an elongated jacket on the Instagram page, and they also offer a 30% discount in honor of my birthday. I think that's lucky! And even a friend bought a coat from them (more on that later). There was a post under the photo for the costume dated February 7: "Especially for birthday people, we have a 30% discount 3 days before, on the birthday and 3 days after upon presentation of a passport."
It's March 25th in the yard, and I have 28 others. Everything is going great. I am writing a personal message, to which they reply that there is only one suit left and just my size, but, BUT! It turns out that the information under the post from a month ago is not relevant to them and the rules have changed, now only one day before and one day after the other (indeed, why delete irrelevant information).
Realizing that today I have the only opportunity to buy a suit, because then I will be busy preparing for the holiday, hoping for understanding, I ask you to forgive me for 2 days, to which they answer me: "no, we have such rules."
And also the payment is only in CASH. And here's a reference to a friend's coat: a year ago, their terminal was still not working. It's probably a serious problem if they couldn't fix it in a year.
I respect the rules very much, but also the individual approach to the client.
I think, okay, I'll come, I'll try it on first and we'll decide on the spot.
I arrived at the place and paid 5 rubles for parking (no complaints, but as a rule, in many establishments of this kind it is free for customers). I get up and try to open the door. It is closed, although I have informed you about my visit. I'm writing on Instagram that I'm at the door. A few minutes later, a girl rises, at the sight of whom I was wary. I don't want to judge her in any way, but it's like the face of a store. How can I entrust myself to a consultant who has collected all the contradictions of fashion and style? There was a feeling that this was a seller from a nearby grocery store who forgot to take off her vest and put her hair in a bun so that it would be more convenient to fix the branded visor.
I take the suit to the fitting room, the quality is pure synthetics, which has collected all the dust and hair, but it was not possible to check this, since hanging labels with information about the care of the product is probably also contrary to the rules of the store.
Only the jacket fit me well, there were no trousers, but there were not many options and there was not much time, and I thought I would take it. I asked them to meet me halfway again, to which they replied, "Oh, do you know how many people like you?". That phrase left me speechless for a minute...
The dialogue continues.
Again, with understanding of the rules, I say: "Okay, I can leave an advance payment, this will be my guarantee that I will definitely take it, and I will drive up on the day of the discount, do you agree to help me?".
To which the seller replies: "No, but what if someone else wants to buy it at full cost? Come, if you're lucky, he'll stay."
At the same time, all the time that I was in the store, the seller practically did not look up from the phone screen, demonstrating her disinterest.
To which I thanked her and left this place.
When the store is not interested in the customer and they have "so many people", then why do they need me and my money? That's what I concluded. I will never come back and will not advise my friends.
