The hotel did not get in touch! We sent letters to the post office, wrote through booking.
As a result, the booking manager wrote that the hotel refused to refund the money. I understand that the tariff is non-refundable. But how can I influence the closure of borders!
I think it's unfair.
I work with Russian hotels myself and I know that in such cases, hotels always meet me halfway. It's better not to deal with these guys. Otherwise, you will need to clarify something, but they do not answer.
By the way, they didn't cancel the reservation.

A pleasant hotel, compact rooms, a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. If the room is on the ground floor, then you can hear everything that happens in the recreation area under the window. There is an observation deck on the roof. The area is so-so, but close to the train station, it's convenient. The price is relatively low.
