We had a family vacation, a 35m2 house with a covered veranda. A fabulous place, I really liked everything! The area next to the forest and lake, quiet.... Peace and relaxation, swimming in the lake is magnificent, fishing from small piers, swans and other wild birds. Even a fox came to us. The base is beautifully decorated, illuminated with beautiful lamps along the paths, lanterns on every house, all this deserves admiration. The houses are really very stylishly decorated, modern minimalistic design, floor-to-ceiling windows are a separate plus, it's so nice to wake up with a view of nature. And everything is also very convenient, the space is organized wonderfully, spacious, comfortable and cozy. The sofa in the living room is huge, the child was delighted. Although three children would have been accommodated there). Bedroom, living room, bathroom - everything is good and everything is convenient to use. There are many different light sources, and everything is also very beautiful. A lot of attention to detail - there is everything you need, but also a little more, a kettle, a coffee pot, oil, salt, pepper, water in the refrigerator, and even repellents and matches. We lived for a week, we had enough of everything.
Disadvantages:
1. Unfortunately, the condition of the houses is not well monitored, the toilet door did not close, the drain in the shower clogged and eventually clogged completely. They said to our complaints that everything could be repaired, but the workers would leave Minsk, they would arrive no one knows when... and we left everything as it was, it didn't hurt much to rest, everything else was fine
2. Keep in mind - there is one on the double bed! a blanket. And it's unrealistic to get the second one, they have a kit for home, they just don't have blankets on the base. They give the plaid a rather prickly one
3. Sapboards - the child's paddle broke in the middle of the lake, the second one was wrapped with duct tape

Dzyakui for adpachynak! For the first time in Braslav and we liked it so much!
The houses are compact, but everything is thought out and it was sooo comfortable and cozy for me. It is convenient that there is coffee, a yoga mat, boots for rainy weather, books, tabletops, charcoal, skewers, a projector. I recommend taking a fishing rod, a boat for rent, going to the sauna and a hot font (and if you freeze in it with pleasure counting the stars, then it will pass nearby).
High! Well done, thank you for such a tour facility in Braslav!

I recently spent a weekend in a charming Scandinavian house, and it was an incredible emotion! 🌲🏡
From the moment of arrival, the simplicity and elegance of the interior struck me: light wooden walls, large windows and a cozy atmosphere. Every detail has been thought out, creating a feeling of warmth and comfort.
It is impossible to describe the pleasure of silence surrounded by picturesque nature, and in the evening it is like in a fairy tale. Watching the starry sky was a special pleasure — it was incredibly beautiful! ✨
The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and a chilzone. It is an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature.
I recommend staying at NOMAD HOUSES to anyone who is looking for harmony, comfort and privacy! And I'm already planning to come back again! ❤️🌌

The place is very beautiful! Calm, quiet, cozy! House No. 1 is equipped with everything you need (except disposable slippers, if this is critical for you, then think in advance about changing shoes).
Excellent service! Managers are always in touch, inform you in advance about the equipment of the house and services (shops, pharmacies, cafes and entertainment) in the vicinity of the complex.
I recommend it!

In general, everything is not bad, but in such a distance from Minsk and with such prices, it could be better.
We lived together in a double modular house with a sauna. Of the cons:
1) There is too little space for two
2) There are no towel hooks in the bathroom
3) No TV
4) The sauna warms up for two hours. This should have been reported additionally in the basic information about the house
5) The skewers for the grill do not match the size of the grill itself. Only 30% of the meat had to be skewered so that it was fried. It would be all right if there were not three of them, but at least 6-7
6) There were too few coals. One small bucket. I specifically clarified it in advance. It would be better to buy it for your own money
7) Lack of clear instructions on how to remove condensation from windows after using the sauna. We completed all three "simple" points, but in the end nothing changed. As a result, the fan in the bathroom either does not work or is missing
8) Rather strange refund rules. To be more precise, they don't come back at all. This should also be taken into account when paying in advance in the amount of 100% in advance
Positive:
1) Location. The view from the window is really amazing. Within walking distance of the lake
2) Domestic cats :)
3) The presence of a sauna nevertheless brightened up the overall impression
To sum up, it's a one-time story. If you pay a little extra money, then there are more spacious places near Minsk with a wood-burning sauna, which is included in the price. I won't come back, at least not if they don't "rebrand" it.

Overall, everything went well. But we didn't have any super impression left. Yes, the houses are beautiful, I liked the sauna inside. But even for 2 people it seems a little cramped, especially the place at the entrance. Perhaps for the sake of the houses they rather went to see :) The manager often responded with a long delay. Some little things were broken. In the sauna, the door does not close tightly in principle and it is not even always possible to put it as close as possible to the "box" - there will always be a gap ((There were not enough hooks in the shower - there are none at all) But the most negative feeling was from the sleeping place.. It is unclear why the boards were stuffed lengthwise on the base under the foam mattress! at a distance of 30-40! cm. To put it mildly, it was not very sleepy:(
By and large, such houses can be placed in any forest near the lake - the result will be about the same. The wow effect would be if the houses were actually on the shore and the windows overlooked the lake! In general, for the 1st time, I don't want to go a second time.

In general, the picture is beautiful, but unfortunately, there is a lot missing for a really comfortable stay, given that architects really did it🥲
If you add at least a clean tile in the bathroom, it would be better (it's like they really didn't try to wash it in the seams for a month), and the flush button worked every other time (which also brings a lot of discomfort).
With regard to the kitchen area, even for a small dinner, there are not enough normal-sized plates, a good knife, a towel and a non-plastic and greasy spoon💔
And there are hooks in the bathroom and good hinges from the shower door
I want the guys to really develop correctly and take into account all the important details in the future, and it would also be convenient to duplicate the same content of the houses on Instagram to take this into account when visiting

A great vacation in an atmospheric quiet place!
Cozy houses, everything inside is thought out to the smallest detail. We rested in house number 2, we really liked the location, secluded, panoramic window overlooking the forest.
I recommend visiting the sauna, cool soft steam, fresh brooms, a relaxation area with panoramic windows and a font!

We had a rest with my husband in a big house, we really liked it. A calm, cozy and stylish place, you can see what is done with the soul. The house is very comfortable and everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the team is very polite, attentive, one day there was no water for a couple of hours, they immediately brought us 5 liters of drinking water. There is everything you need to relax, and I would like to note the cleanliness separately, because it is not always monitored in such glamping, but here the guys try their best. It was sad to leave, but we will definitely come back again!

Unfortunately, there will be a negative review despite the fact that it is a very beautiful and cozy place.
The biggest problem of this glamping is customer orientation. She just doesn't exist.
Before check-in, the manager answered the question for a day. Then I sent cool useful lists with the afterword "if you have any questions, write" and immediately after that my question was ignored altogether.
Next, about the house: when we checked in, it was open, and when we wanted to go for a walk, go to the store for food and began to close it, we found that the lock was broken. The technical staff who were on the territory at that time tried to make some attempts, but the verdict was: "the lock is broken, but no one will replace it for you today," and to the logical question of what to do with valuable things, the answer was "well, they don't steal here, it seems, but, of course, we will not be responsible."
We contacted the manager on this issue, the answer was brief: "the lock was ordered from Minsk, it will not be repaired today, you can leave things with the staff until a certain time." And the time was already approaching the end of the working day of this staff.
The lack of any help, indifference to the problems of residents that arose through their fault and lack of foresight.
About the house itself. It is small, has everything you need, except for normal lighting. There is an LED strip on the ceiling, the modes of which are blue, green and pink. The door to the sauna barely closes, the floor has already been scratched along the trajectory of this door.
A cool terrace at the house, everything looks very cozy.
But unfortunately, comfort and beauty alone are often not enough. The impressions of the rest were very blurred.

We rested here in the middle of September. This is our second vacation in a Scandinavian village two years later.
We get high here from the natural aesthetics of the Braslav region, hiking in the forest and into the city + a separate love is the morning lake on the saps. The buzz is not transferable.
This year, a sauna with panoramic views and a font has been launched.
And the discovery for us was a wireless projector, saps and an outdoor gazebo.
I definitely recommend NomadHouses for a quiet, peaceful and aesthetic holiday in Belarus.

Great place!
I went on vacation with four friends to a big house.
There is more than enough space for such a company, a separate bedroom for two, and a large recreation space where even 5 people can be accommodated at the same time.
A comfortable, compact kitchen. The dishes were well washed, they did not have to be washed, as is often the case.
a convenient lunch table, but most of the time we ate together on the terrace, enjoying the view of the forest.
There was everything necessary for the barbecue, they regularly offered to add firewood to the wood-burning box.
There was a problem with the drain, we wrote to the administrator, and it was solved in less than 10 minutes!
An additional plus is that they provided a map with routes around the neighborhood, answered all questions, and collected feedback about the vacation.
To be honest, I am delighted, I will definitely come again!

A wonderful place! It is very picturesque, a feeling of unity with nature. But at the same time, the houses themselves are as comfortable and advanced as possible, all amenities, clean bed linen and towels, dishes and everything you need for a barbecue are already in the house. Scandinavian houses are about beauty, comfort, despite the fact that they are in nature, with all the amenities. I really liked the contactless check-in, panoramic windows and the presence right inside the sauna, which you also turn on yourself.
The distance between the houses
is very small, but you don't really cross paths with the neighbors. I also liked the equipment of the house, there is everything you need: dishes, a refrigerator, a small stove, a kettle, olive oil, spices, board games and books, a heater, extra blankets, shampoo, soap, towels, a hairdryer and yoga mats. And the possibility of temperature control using an air conditioner.
On the terrace there are sun loungers, firewood, charcoal, grill, grill and a place for a bonfire (everything is included in the price). There is a coniferous forest around, and one of the Braslav lakes is three minutes away. A very good rest from the hustle and bustle of the city! We will definitely come back

We had a rest with two families in the summer in houses 5 and 6. We liked the complex very much, it is clear that not everything is finished yet, but it is already very beautiful: modern Scandinavian mini-houses, pine forest, clean lakes. Nearby is the city of Braslav with all the necessary infrastructure. The complex has a boat and boarding facilities. Near the shore of Lake Berezhye, about 10 minutes to the lakes Strusto, Drivyaty, Yelnya. The cabins have everything you need for a comfortable outdoor recreation. We went on vacation many times to various houses, as we like to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and there were enough good houses, but these turned out to be the best, I have not felt such lightness and silence for a very long time.
It is really free and easy to breathe here, there are forests and Braslav lakes nearby, which adds its share of pleasure to the rest.

We came several times. We love to go to Braslav and this glamping was noticed a year ago. It is clear that the complex is developing. The houses are great, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There are all kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, pepper, salt, everything you need for a grill, a hair dryer, yoga mats, a wireless speaker, etc. There is a feeling of caring for the guests. I really like the format of microdomes with contactless check-in! The complex right on the shore of the lake is a big plus. The second plus is the modern Scandinavian aesthetics.
But there was a construction site on the territory before, everything was in the process. Landscaping was not completed, communications were conducted, workers were walking. But every time I see that the territory is being improved, parking has been made, lighting of the territory has been planted, grass has been planted, trees have been planted, a common gazebo, hammocks, swings, art objects have been built. Now I like this place more and more. I think that there are no analogues of such glamping in Belarus yet! I highly recommend it for the style, location and thoughtfulness of the details!

We had a great rest!
We came here with a group of girls. We stayed in a big house, there was enough space for everyone! They asked for help and lit a fireplace and a barbecue for us, a very responsive guy.
A bathhouse with a font is a separate "buzz". The view is very beautiful, you feel at one with nature.

We were here a couple of days ago. House number 5. The view from the window was not very good. If you go here, take number 8, there you will really enjoy the view from the window. I liked the house, there is air conditioning, the water pressure is good. The house has everything you need for life. But there is a big disadvantage, the houses are quite close to each other, so the audibility is high. It all depends on the neighbors who are nearby. On the first day, the neighbors were very cultured, they observed silence, so you could relax quietly, listen to the birds singing and enjoy nature, because that's what they go to glamping for! But on the second day, a noisy family came by, drank, swore and shouted obscenities, and in the morning we woke up to the loud screaming music of the Leningrad band. It's not very pleasant in the morning!!!. In general, it is necessary to regulate the time of silence, for example, from 22 to 11 in the morning, no music!!! People come here to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and reboot! And there's also bad WiFi, very weak, and on the second day there was no Internet connection at all, but we didn't really need it, but suddenly it's vital for someone. My daughter suffered without the Internet, and for us it was a bonus☺️

If you want to take a picture, come. But it is impossible to live here, The houses require renovation, ill-conceived, cramped, the lock of the front door was opened every time for several minutes with difficulty. There is no sense of privacy on the territory and in the houses. Wild animals can come from the forest. You feel unsafe and uncomfortable here, there is no security on the territory. The podium near the entrance is not designed for several people, they almost fell over with suitcases. The wooden raised paths are narrow, the two of them cannot separate and you can fall off them with bags / suitcases. Did not meet expectations at all. But the picture is instagrammed, and that's it.

The trip to Nomad Houses met all expectations. This place has an atmosphere that allows you to feel at home being away from home, at the same time forget about the problems, the hustle and bustle of the city and dissolve into a peaceful atmosphere.
My friend and I were vacationing in house No. 6, this is a spacious two-room house with a fireplace, with panoramic windows. There is a projector in the house - in the evening we enjoyed a movie with a glass of Prosecco)))
We started the morning with yoga, then went on a bike ride. During the day we enjoyed the Braslav lakes and amazing nature, and in the evening a font and sauna were ready for us🤌🏽
A great place for a short break. I would like to note the service separately, the guys did a great job very quickly responding to any questions and suggestions))
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique and relaxing vacation.

Good afternoon. Vacationed at Nomad Houses in March with my family. A wonderful place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and be with their family and alone. The complex is positioned as a glamping, so I don't quite understand the claims of many who leave comments here that they lacked something (dishes, towels, slippers) the very philosophy of glamping does not imply the service of the hotel. As for the idea, it's great. It can be seen that the complex is developing, growing, and improving. The territory has not yet been completely formed after construction, but it is planted with trees with love, the grass is green. In a year or two, there will be beauty here.
The houses are comfortable, there is everything you need, dishes, firewood, ignition. Yes, everything in the houses was not as in the picture, but listen, so many vacationers pass through them a month that they look great after that and perfectly cope with their functionality.
The staff is polite, there is an employee on the territory, asked for various questions, immediately came to the rescue, helped close the door to the terrace and explained how to close the front door, brought more firewood for the stove.
I was very pleased with the proximity of the lake 100 m from the complex. The lake is beautiful.
In general, the impression remained super. Unity with nature, silence, barbecue.
There is still something to work on, but it is clear that the guys are working, the complex is not standing still, growing and developing, responding to customer requests. I advise all those who are dissatisfied to take into account the fact that Nomad is not a finished project and all its beauty is yet to come. I will definitely return to it in a couple of months and see how and what has changed. In the meantime, like for the opportunity to look at the stars.

I had a great time with my friends. We booked a big house and we really liked it!
I highly recommend it! I was driving to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and I will come again.
They settled in on their own. There was a nice enough gift in the house - tea and a note!
We went to the lake - a beautiful view and very inspiring. The house is equipped with everything you need, so you didn't need to take anything with you except food. We also booked a sauna with a font. I really liked the font, everything was prepared for our arrival, the water was heated. We booked in the evening and watched the stars! We took the 4th house (17m2) with a girl for two, but an hour before check-in we received a call and were offered to move into the 8th house (35m2) without changing the cost, so there was more than enough space
I was very pleased with the presence of a fireplace, air conditioning, barbecue, coals, grates, skewers, etc.
They left us a bottle of water in the refrigerator, there are enough dishes for 4 people (there seemed to be 6 in total), there are also spices, olive oil and a souvenir tea of local collection
There is a place for swimming nearby

Although the "beach" is indicated on the map next to it, in fact, an ordinary pier, the depth is smooth, in about 10 meters it will be chest-deep, the bottom is sand, but the deeper, the more vegetation
In the morning after the 1st night, there was some kind of invasion of ants on the kitchen table, but it is unclear where they came from (they were nowhere else in the house)
The last 600 meters or so of the road is just terrible
It is quite expensive to take a large house (now 420 rubles / day), but since we were settled for 280 rubles a day, then in principle it is rather worth the money

I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted to. After all, many people think that this is the perfect place to relax. But this is just a beautiful picture for Instagram. And now the facts:
- the road to the complex is washed out, not every car will pass there, in the rain it is better to drive a tractor and in rubber boots
- you can get stuck in the parking lot, because they couldn't completely sprinkle it with rubble
- the sauna may run out of hot water abruptly and you will have to stay in the house
- immediately get used to the fact that all passing people will see you, because the windows are on the floor, even in the steam room
- blinds may not be on all windows, it's probably intended that way
- it is better to take firewood with you, just in case, because those that lie in the house may turn out to be damp and will not burn
- and if you plan to cook, then take a good knife, otherwise you will have to cut for a very long time
- ants can sleep in bed with you, do not be afraid, they are kind)
That's how it is. If you are going for beautiful photos, then you will like it. And if you relax with good service and all amenities, then definitely not! Get steamed up more than you rest)

There were a lot of good ones, but there were also some not so good ones. They say the furniture is broken, cheap, the houses are very small, not to approach, etc. Upon arrival, I naturally drew attention to this. In my opinion, everything is functioning as it should. The bed is excellent, the furniture is not for permanent living, yes, but to come to rest on a one-time basis, performs its function perfectly. From the window, as they wrote, the coolness really goes, but only if you lie right next to it. It was quite warm and cozy. I came with my wife and a 3-year-old child, I will say that we had enough space and everything was fine. The child was happy, he didn't want to leave, that's the main thing. There is a barbecue, firewood, ignition, etc. It's great that there was even a Bluetooth speaker in the house, I was pleasantly surprised. I chose the most extreme house at number 2, and for good reason. At night, I didn't even have to close the curtain of the panoramic window near the sleeping place, because the window looks directly into the forest. Of the advantages, I can list many more. And those who are dissatisfied, go to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the hotel, and get what you wanted. My verdict👍

We were in house No. 8 from February 16 to February 18.
Of the advantages:
- Beautiful nature around, Braslav, lakes, hilly terrain (left a star for this)

- Do not clean the paths between the houses, they need to be trampled on their own, spoil shoes in mud and snow. In addition, on the dates of our reservation, it was raining and snowing, so it was very dangerous to walk along these makeshift paths, it was slippery because of the ice and mud + the houses stand on the hills, sometimes you need to roll downhill, and it's even scary to do it on ice, it's traumatic. As a result, in the evening of one of the days on the way to the bathhouse, I slipped heavily on one of these mud-ice paths, drove along the wooden flooring near the bathhouse and along all (about 15 pieces) steps that lead to the bathhouse. I badly injured both my legs and my arm, miraculously did not break anything and generally survived. But everything is bruised, big bruises, bumps and abrasions (I thought to attach a photo, but decided not to scare anyone, the photos are really scary, as if I was beaten). It will take more than one week for all this to pass. There was still hope for an adequate response from the manager to this situation, we called and told about everything. But manager Dmitry just said that they were sprinkling the tracks and referred to just bad weather, you see, it's all because of snow and rain, it's not about service and uncleaned tracks, in short, complete indifference and inaction. The impression of Nomad Houses has completely deteriorated. The next morning, we saw children falling repeatedly near other houses, I hope no one was injured. I think this is simply unacceptable and shows the disgusting service of this place!
- Besides, there is no lighting. We walked around with flashlights from phones, it was as inconvenient as possible.
- Flushing in the showers (this is both in the house and in the bath). They practically do not work, i.e. in the process of taking a shower, you stand almost ankle-deep in water, and then after that you wait for 10 minutes until the water goes away. Also, in the morning of one day, the toilet flush practically did not work.
- Poor cheap furniture and plumbing in the house. For example, the cabinet doors do not close completely, because everything has dried up and is on different levels. Also, I cut my finger on my hand on the kitchen cabinet, because it was shabby. The door to the terrace closes and opens with great effort, when closed it blows strongly, as well as in the bedroom from the window.
- Bad unstable internet.
- Roads near the complex. Many cars skidded due to unpaved and unpaved roads, not every car can bring you to Nomad Houses. No one cleans the parking lot and the place near the trash can either, there was water, mud and snow.
- The territory is not fenced and most likely is not guarded by anyone.
- The pier is not so close to the houses, and with the nuances that I described above, the entrance / approach to it is very problematic.
- The cleaning was only for our arrival, and it was of poor quality. For example, the toilet was yellow.
- A sauna and a font are offered, but slippers and bathrobes are not provided. It is inconvenient to run in winter in a swimsuit between houses without a bathrobe. There are also no disposable toothbrushes and pastes.
- The lock in the front door did not work. By the way, the roof over the front door is not thought out either, drops from it drip directly into the house.
- There is no sense of privacy.
- No sound insulation.
- There is a column, it's great. But she can barely cope with the load.
- According to board games, there is only one game - Jenga.
- No one sent me 'live' photos of the house, as the managers write here. I didn't think it might be necessary, but everything was fine with me on my Instagram profile. If I had received real photos and read the reviews here, we wouldn't have gone, it's 100%.
Result:
A complete disappointment! The discrepancy between price and quality. We won't come back anymore and we won't advise anyone!

A good recreation center with a pretty area that fascinates with its beauty. I came here to look at the lakes, and this sight was really worth all this effort. The glamping itself is quite cozy, the houses are conveniently located, so that personal boundaries are not violated

the place is interesting, it is better to take a house with a view of the forest on the edge of the plot (2 houses) , all amenities are there, near the lake. fishing is great, the main thing is not to forget to buy a ticket for 3 days 9p).

House N4 ( autumn) . The idea of the complex is good, but there are nuances- I hope this is only because the project is fresh and will get better over time. So : There are no paths , instead of them on slippery squelching stumps or on wet grass and clay . There is no parking - i.e. a clearing and muddy mud. The territory is practically not illuminated ( several small lanterns ) , so you have to walk with a lantern , as if you are not in a modern complex but in a remote village . The underfloor heating of the bathroom and toilet did not work , and in the absence of a heater it is always damp and cold , the floor is icy ( there is not even a rug ) . There are also no shelves of hooks in the bathroom, as well as door handles (the door closes with a sharp movement, having time to remove your hand so as not to get pinched)). There was a fire bowl on the 1st day, and on the second (when we planned to sit near it on the street) she was taken away ( just without warning). The payment for the bath is on the spot (I even double-checked the correspondence), but it turns out that on the spot it is only in cash (we did not have time to withdraw money during the time and had to cancel the booking of the bath). I take one star for the territory and the icy wet bathroom, and 2 for customer support. But very tasty herbal tea as a compliment, beautiful views and houses, and in general I would like to wish the project success. Would you come again? - perhaps, but definitely not in a small house and already with cash)) and rubber boots :)))

It's a damn paradise on earth!
I went several times, and here's a review:
A small house (2 people): in reality, it is smaller than it seems in the photo, but the storage system is made sooo competently, resulting in a feeling of comfort, not crowding, especially on the bed near the window. You can warm up in the sauna, although its limitations are obvious, nevertheless, a couple of people had enough for their eyes! The furniture is comfortable and thoughtful, there are more than enough dishes, the lighting is perfectly not overloaded, and the presence of a column completes this composition of comfort!
A special pleasure is campfire, sitting with tea in front of the fire is the wildest thrill!
Big house (4 people): well, of course it's a luxury. The space is very well made, a stunning full-length sofa, a cozy terrace, a cool mini-fireplace. In general, all the advantages of the previous house are moving here + more space (if it is uncomfortable in a small one, there will be no problem here). The four of us were great: there was a lot of space on the couch + a bedroom.
The territory is well made, log cabins are thought out, in order not to walk on wet grass, the houses are well thought out separated from each other by partitions, views of the forest, well-groomed lawn.
It is convenient to go to the water, they took saps and went crazy. And hammocks in the woods: an awesome way to relax and read a book in the woods.
Separate superplus: petfrendly, my dog is happy as an elephant)
Total: I like the place right insanely much, I strongly advise everyone, and I will be happy to come more than once)
