The room is neat, everything is available, the room is cleaned every day, there is always a clean bed towel, delicious, hearty food, free transportation to the beach, convenient location of the hotel, everything suits you, rest at a height
Everything was very wonderful. We arrived late at night, the accommodation was already ready. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. And for dinner there were always watermelons, melons, pastries, souffles. Meat (chicken, beef), fish. And dinner until 23.00! We never stayed hungry. Many thanks to the hotel staff!
We had a family vacation with a child for 1 year at the hotel in early December 2024, in general, the hotel is excellent for its three stars, we arrived at 12 at night, settled in literally 5 minutes, immediately offered juice at the entrance, and what surprised me, this was not even in 5-star hotels, you could have dinner in a restaurant, although it was already closed according to the schedule. The child was sleeping in his arms, I asked for a cot in the room and it was immediately brought, the work of the staff was just at the highest level, bed linen and towels were changed in the room every day, without additional requests. There was enough food for everything, there were several types of meat and fish to choose from, salads, side dishes, and always some delicious cake and fruit, again for a threesome, it's just fine. They brought us a high chair, there were no problems with it, the service was excellent. There was always a shuttle service to the beach without delay, they took you away in the morning until 9 and picked you up from 12-13, a comfortable, roomy bus, 5-10 minutes to go. We were only on the beach of the Reddison hotel, there are free sun beds and umbrellas, we did not go to the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there is a mosque nearby, well, it's just unbearable how loud it is, yes, I read about it, but I had no idea that it was so much like a column under my ear and it was at 5 in the morning, the child woke up and cried, and I myself have never been able to sleep a little longer, which I want on vacation. We have already vacationed in Dubai, as well as in a city hotel and did not hear the prayer at all. The audibility in the hotel generally leaves much to be desired, something was constantly moving from above with a creak half the night, everyone on the floor slams the front doors. There is a construction site and a children's playground for locals under the window. There are a lot of children there, there are screams, screams and this is until 23:00, but for people who do not have such a light sleep as we do, it may be normal.
For your money, a very decent hotel, the rooms are not new, but everything you need is clean, the staff is very friendly and tries to please as best they can, the beach from the hotel is good, sun beds and umbrellas are free, they carry every 10 minutes, from 7 to 9, medium-level breakfasts, everything is within walking distance, the very center of Sharjah.
The best hotel I've ever visited!
Good location, there are a large number of shops, hospitals, cafes nearby, parking is available opposite. There is a bus stop nearby, a clothing store, and excursions.
The hotel itself has an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and a cafe. Upon arrival, juice is offered in the lobby. There are very beautiful sofas and paintings hanging there. Gorgeous corridors. There are 2 elevators.
The food is decent. Delicious, varied.
The service is probably the best thing available here. All the staff speaks and understands Russian. (Not ideal, of course, but still.) They will do everything to make the rest comfortable. It is clear that they are trying. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
As for the room itself: (We took a 3-seater, it turned out to be a 2-room one. ) the interior and design, of course, are not very good, but you can live. (Confused by the white walls, sockets that do not fit our connectors, urns, carpet, paintings) The only drawback is the lack of a dryer. And so, in general, the room is very spacious. (There is a TV, but there is no YouTube on it, there are only a couple of Russian channels.) I was glad that there is Wi-Fi in the room.
From the "+" I can also highlight: they took me to a private beach every morning. (where only Russian tourists are) The beach is sandy and very decent. There are sun beds (free of charge), a toilet, a swing for children, a large territory, beautiful views with palm trees. It's not a long drive, ~ 10-15 minutes. They also took me to Dubai for a few hours almost every day. It's already a little longer to go there, but it's tolerable, ~ 30-40 minutes.
I don't understand why the hotel is rated 3*, although there should be a bold 4. I definitely recommend this hotel. Only good and pleasant memories. Thank you for your hospitality.
I had a vacation with three preschool children at the end of December last year (2023). I only took breakfast, but I didn't have to take that either. The whole hotel was covered in Christmas trees. We checked into a room on the fourth floor, there is one elevator and there is always a queue. Room with bathroom, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and living room. The kitchen had dishes, a kettle, a sink and a refrigerator. Shower accessories were left every day after cleaning, when we went to the beach before lunch. Towels were also changed daily. The location is gorgeous, there is everything you need within walking distance. I found a day to day store nearby, like Auchan. We ordered the food in the delivery "Fairy Tale", everything is very tasty. Thanks a lot to the one who shared this valuable information in the reviews! We tried all their menus, the children ate with pleasure. We found a grocery store around the corner on the first day. By the way, I exchanged the money back in Moscow, at the rate of 25.
Closer to departure, I found out that the hotel has a swimming pool, but I couldn't get there because of the children.
They take you to two different beaches to choose from, and they give you towels.
The best hotel in the price-quality segment. The staff is kind and very helpful. The food is based. But for the new year, they arranged a real chic, also transfers to Dubai and 2 beaches. So you have to take it for your price.
A very budget hotel. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. There's a McDonald's across the street. They take you to the sea. They don't say much. The breakfasts are very poor. These are usually eggs, sausages, fried potatoes in the shape of a heart (there used to be such in Ikea) and tomatoes and cucumbers. Coffee is already in God's.
Great city hotel.Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean beds, towels.Daily cleaning service. There are many supermarkets and clothing stores nearby.the location is convenient, the staff is very attentive, they speak Russian.

Price is quality. An ordinary inexpensive city hotel. Common areas - hall,"restaurant", corridors, elevators - fresh, modern renovation. The rooms were refreshed to a minimum: everything is clean and tidy, but the overall impression is like it moved 30 years ago. The food is not too varied, but it is delicious at home. For lunch and dinner there are always 3 types of side dishes, meat-fish-chicken, a couple of salads. For sweets, some kind of cupcake, a couple of times like a souffle, from fruits - watermelon.Breakfasts are meager: eggs in one form or another, sausages stewed with vegetables, for some reason potatoes in one form or another, cereals. Porridge has the consistency of drinking yogurt with flakes. But for breakfast there is tea, coffee, "juices", for lunch there are no juices: only water. But, nevertheless, it is satisfying and quite tasty. Bus to the beach 7-9 in the morning, back 11-12. There are plenty of reviews about beaches:the beach from the hotel is a closed cove, the water is hot and not too clean. The city is open, the water is clean, but shallow: I swam 20 meters behind the buoys, and there is still a meter and a half deep)
In general, if the ticket is inexpensive, it's worth taking:clean, tasty, neat, friendly.
The food in the breakfast is not too rich, but if in a restaurant, it is very tasty. The towel was changed, cleaned regularly, and the rooms were large and two-roomed. The location is convenient to shopping malls, a 10-minute drive to the beach. The beach is beautiful
The hotel is nice, not renovated and the furniture is not new, but everything is decent. Everything is working and clean. We took breakfast, you can't go hungry, but there's nothing to overeat. Price is quality, not expensive. The big plus of the hotel is that all the attractions are within walking distance. There is a shuttle service to the beach (2 types) every 15 minutes. until 9 a.m.
A magnificent hotel. You can't even say that it's 3 stars. Very helpful staff, cleaning every day, good with fresh food in the restaurant. Convenient and regular transfers to 2 beaches (urban Al Khan and private with free Radisson sun beds). Transfers to Dubai 3 times a week to the metro station and shopping center. Nearby is the 303 bus stop to Dubai, who wants to go on their own in the morning. Within walking distance there is a promenade for walking and a stunning fish market, where any delicacy can be prepared at your request for reasonable money. We had a super cool vacation. Thank you very much Nova Park! We were in January from St. Petersburg for 140 thousand with my husband and child of 5 years! The only disadvantage of the hotel is the pool in a dark and cold basement, where it smelled strongly of chlorine, we went there a couple of times to play table football))
We stayed with a friend at this hotel on 24.01-28.01.2025. We were looking for a hotel to spend the night, have breakfast in the morning, go to the beach before lunch, and then explore Dubai until late at night. The hotel fully met expectations in this perspective, let's say)) The breakfasts are modest, but you won't stay hungry. There is a shuttle service to the sea in the morning, until 09:00, and back at 12:30-13:00 they pick up at the hotel. They take you to 2 beaches to choose from: one is the former Radisson blu hotel, with sun beds, the other is the Al Khan city beach with paid sun beds and umbrellas. Beach towels are provided at the reception, we prefer the city beach, wide, clean, clear water, but here for an amateur. Mon, Wed, Fri at 14:30 free transfer to Dubai (City centre deira). Make an appointment in advance at the reception. We got a room on the 8th floor with a view of the parking lot and the Sharjah Ferris wheel. The pillows, the mattress, the bedclothes are very comfortable, that's the main thing. The air conditioners were working properly. And that's all we needed from the room. There is a feeling of "fatigue", but thanks to the staff who try and maintain cleanliness and friendliness! As we wrote earlier, if there are available rooms, they extend the stay for free. There is a fish market, shops, and a bus stop within walking distance. Our budget vacation was a success, only pleasant impressions!
I don't recommend it
4 times in the Emirates, we visited hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman of the Ramada hotel chain, 3-4*
Positive:
1. The location of the hotel (near the embankment park, where to walk)
2. Helpful hotel staff
3. Transfer to the beach (though it's a little early) yves Deira 3 rubles a week
That's it.
I noted more minuses for myself:
1. Disgusting breakfasts both in terms of the number of dishes (rather their absence) and in terms of quality ( coffee is only in a thermos, instant, there is not even a tea bag
You can count what is presented on your fingers: 1 type of oatmeal porridge, fried eggs - there is nothing more. Nothing made of meat. Fish is nothing . sausages with fried peppers and onions on eom "protein " is over... There is no cheese at all!! This is nonsense and unpleasantly surprised
Processed cheese in packages, all the guys
Cucumbers tomatoes from vegetables and that's it)There is no greenery from the word at all
Nothing from baking , there are dates in the chaplash
Of the fruits, only finely chopped melon floats unripe in liquid
Pancakes
One kind of fried pancakes with potatoes and something else
Yupi juice, tea in a thermos
And that's it!
The worst breakfast of all the hotels where I have been and abroad, not only in the Emirates, but also in other countries and in Russia
I wouldn't put a single star
2 the room is not comfortable, elongated, there is a separate kitchen, a bedroom, then a small corner of the living room with a TV, then a bedroom without a TV and with a stupid wardrobe
There are no Russian channels , 1 TV store, the second one is unclear, there are no music channels
There is no ventilation in the corridors of the hotel and the elevator
3. In the bathroom there is a shower curtain! It sticks to my ass even though I'm not an elephant)
It is inconvenient to take a shower
, there is no water pressure , cold and hot there is no such thing, barely warm always flows
I do not recommend it and of course I will not go anymore
There are a lot of reviews and a lot of positive ones, I was surprised
I booked this hotel on my own through Booking (without prepayment, payment on the spot in cash, because our cards do not work). But only new (blue) or dirhams are accepted..I was looking for a not expensive hotel, without frills, but relatively decent , a mandatory requirement is free wi-fi and free Parking.Since we were vacationing on our own, we rented a car for the whole vacation and left the car for free in the parking lot near the hotel, where there was always a place for a car.We didn't take meals at the hotel, so I can't say anything about it, but you can actually pay for any meal and go eat.But the rooms have a kitchenette, so to speak..with a kettle, cups, glasses and spoons, sink and refrigerator. We had coffee in the morning and left for the whole day to explore a wonderful country. We returned in the evening and went to bed, so the hotel was clean to spend the night.
The big minus is the smoky and smelly rooms! We were first given one with a view of the city. The stench of smoke was what I wanted to vomit. It was replaced for us immediately after the request to a room where it was possible to breathe normally, but there the window looked out into some corner of the building..in short, there was no view at all, but we didn't need it, because we didn't even have time to look out the window)), and then we even found the advantages of our room, because the noise from the roads was not so audible through the window and the sun did not heat the room and we almost did not turn on the air conditioner, well in any case, we slept without him.My husband and I even jokingly started calling our room "the room around the corner".But the room itself is quite normal.A child of 11 years old is considered, as I understood it, as an adult since the age of 11.That's why they brought us an extra bed (not a rumpled cot, but quite a decent bed) .My husband and I had a large bed with a good mattress and a huge blanket, but not very much.comfortable pillows.Bathroom with shower .. everything is clean, no mold, plumbing works well. The only thing missing is the brush.Shampoo, gel and paper were replenished constantly.Water is only available upon check-in, but in the lu lu store they bought a pack of 6 pcs of 1.5 liters
in the area of 7 dirhams, so they did not see any problems in this. We changed towels every day and cleaned well every day too (without tips). The room is quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors at all..The only thing is that at 5 a.m. the mosque starts yelling..but then I got used to it and already perceived these sounds as native)) And they also found a Karan in English in the bedside table.language.)).The bed linen and towels are clean and white. The TV is working, but we haven't watched it at all.The Internet is free and nimble, videos and photos fly away quickly, I also coped with the norms at work.Regarding the transfer to the beach, I read that it is free. But I asked for the sake of interest on the reshepshin, they told me 12 dirhams is worth 1 person. But we didn't need it, because we drove all the beaches around in our (rented) car and it was super.I advise everyone to rent a car whenever possible! It is much easier than it seems and cheaper to take a taxi if you are active and want to find out the country on your own. We visited 3 emirates, went wherever we wanted and at what time we wanted.
Here's a big minus that I didn't like -it's that smoking is allowed in the hotel!Okay , also in certain smoking rooms ..but we have some kind of "not a good person" , how to put it mildly, smoking in the hallway..naturally, this smoke and stench went to the rooms nearby. Is there really such a need to smoke in a public place of the hotel? Why is the hotel management not monitoring this?
The exchanger is good in the LU LU store (go out and to the left ..go along the main road to the traffic light, cross the road and lu lu), a little further down this street, where Lu lu is a McDonald's where you can have a snack. We took smoothies and fresh drinks at the Indian-Pakistani cafe to the right of the hotel..Yes, don't be afraid to take it there..they have never been poisoned))), in the UAE they are very careful about san. There are also large fines if violations occur.A large selection of smoothies and very tasty.
In general, the hotel is of good price / quality (one of the cheapest on booking). Therefore, they did not expect anything wow from him, they understood that this was a budget 3 *.I do not recommend going on a tour package with full meals in it and generally in the UAE, because you limit yourself and tie yourself to one place.Travel on your own !)
R.S. there are many photos of the hotel here in the reviews..that's why I'll leave you photos of this wonderful country))
If you have any questions, write to your profile..I will tell you in more detail what and how you can save well))
Great vacation in March 2024, the Nova Park hotel is located very well, in the center of Sharjah within walking distance: the lagoon embankment with a park, fountains, cafes and restaurants; the central market (steam trains), fruit and fish markets, supermarkets, clothing stores. There is a shuttle service to the beaches every day, very convenient. The food is good, we had breakfast, in the morning a choice of 4-5 dishes, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese. I especially liked the attentive and positive attitude of all the hotel staff! At the reception and in the restaurant, they understand Russian, there were no difficulties in communication. I recommend it!
An excellent hotel, despite the three stars, the staff is friendly, customer-oriented, try to help in everything. Huge rooms, bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet. Cleaning every day, change of towels every day.
Good time of day. I want to leave a review about this hotel. We were at this hotel from November 30th to December 7th, 2024. They only took breakfast. We were satisfied, the food was delicious and varied. The room stock is of average fatigue, we only spent the night. Cleaning was done every day. They take you to two beaches, one at the former Rixes hotel had sun beds, umbrellas and to the city beach of Alkhan. I liked both beaches. The only disadvantage is the transfer back from 12 to 13 o'clock. We did not go back, we walked after 17:00 along the picturesque embankment, through the famous market "Locomotives" 3 km. The location of the hotel is in the center of the Emirate of Sharjah. Near the market, shops, cafes. Dinner for two cost 40-50 dirhams on average. We liked it!
Great hotel, the very center of Sharjah. There are many shops within walking distance, a beautiful promenade for walking. Inside the hotel there is a fairly modern renovation, the old remaining interior items are washed up in the general comfort, so it is not critical. Apartment-type rooms, this is a huge plus! Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, large hallway. Good sound insulation from the neighbors. The restaurant is hearty and delicious. It's not a strong variety, but you definitely won't stay hungry! Staff 5+
Definitely would have come back again!
The food is good. Positive Indian staff. They provide a transfer to the beaches and to Dubai. Affordable room rate. The rooms are not cramped. Tired interior. Local Hindus solve household issues according to the principle "and so it will do."
The hotel is located in an excellent area of Sharjah.Staff for 5+There were only Russian speakers in the hotels. Free transfer to two beaches (Al Khan and Radisson), to choose from and to Dubai, they take you to Dubai 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) Upon check-in, they provided a two-room room with a kitchen for two. The room is very spacious and clean. I recommend it, I'll come back again!
We have been vacationing since January 27, 2025. We took breakfast and lunch. Location 5, rooms 5, cleaning 5, meals 5 . We knew we were going to 3*, and no matter how much we expected, everything was fine. A transfer takes you to the sea and picks you up. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. The food is modest, the lunch is excellent. I didn't regret at all that we chose breakfasts and lunches. I recommend it!
I had a rest from February 20 to February 26, 2025.
The staff is polite, the service is good, the food was very pleasant.
Many thanks to the chef!
I will recommend your hotel to my friends and acquaintances!
The main advantage is the price per tour! The rooms are very large, the bed is just huge with a good mattress, the room has 2 air conditioners, even a small kitchen with a kettle, the cleaning is normal, the food is average, we are not picky, the reception is Russian-speaking, the hotel has its own pool and fitness, where there is a water cooler. Buses take you to the beach and back, I didn't like the city one-the bathing area is very shallow to the chest, you can't go behind the fence-the lifeguard immediately drives you back. But the beach on the territory of another hotel is cool-deep, there are sun beds, shade from palm trees. Of the advantages, there is also free shipping to the mall. Well, as it should be in an Islamic country, you are woken up early in the morning for prayer.
We went for a walk, went to look at the pool, everything is cultural, the location is excellent, the cleanliness, the breakfasts are excellent, friends said, there is even a place on the street where you can sit at a table, I recommend
A good three, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 a.m. we thought we would wait for check-in until 2 p.m., but we were immediately given a key to the room, where we went up and settled down, even rested for a couple of hours from the road. Upon check-out, we were also allowed to check in the room for free at 14:00, check-out was at 15:15.
We took breakfasts and dinners, and every time you enter for breakfast, they ask you, what would you choose for lunch or dinner today? There was always meat, fish and chicken, salad, vegetables... In general, it's not very tasty, but it's quite tasty, there's always been cream soup. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is served by the waiters, but lunch seemed meager to me.
The bed in the room is cool, they are cleaned every day, there is a TV (there are also several Russian channels), there is a board and iron in the hallway, there is a refrigerator in the room.
There are supermarkets and cafes near the hotel, where you can buy meat, fish and groceries. I jokingly told my wife I should have brought an electric steak grill and fried fish and lamb steaks in the room.... there is a small kitchen-type room (refrigerator, kettle)
Everything was working in the room. room 722 is on the 7th floor, the only inconvenience is that prayer is held early in the morning in neighboring mosques and quite loudly, the windows do not save.
The hotel has good staff, they teach Russian, they are friendly. There is a pool on the ground floor, but we did not use it. There is Wi-Fi, we were given a password at the check-in and we constantly used it indefinitely, inside the hotel and at the tables at the entrance to the hotel.
For its stars, the hotel is just a bomb. Check-in earlier, the room is huge, located in the center, everything is at hand. There is a shuttle service to the beach, everything is on schedule. As a sweet tooth, I didn't have enough cake and other goodies for food. In general, the food is not bad. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (a man with a mustache at the reception). He is really the business card of the hotel, as he solves any problem! He has a separate respect and thanks for the individual transfer to the sea and for the eviction after 12. I will be happy to come back again!
For three stars it is very good, even if compared with three-star hotels and Europe, the scale is amazing, cleaning, changing towels every day, refrigerator, TV, iron, kettle, hair dryer, everything is there, water, tea, coffee are not replenished, the staff is polite, went to breakfast - dinners, everything is quite decent, not hungry You will stay.
A wonderful hotel for relaxing and exploring the Emirate of Sharjah! Supermarkets, mini restaurants and a recreation area on the bay are within walking distance. The food is decent, the transfer to the beach is scheduled, the room is spacious and multifunctional. Room cleaning is daily and of high quality, responsive staff at the reception (there are Russian speakers), ready to help solve any problem! We thank the hotel staff for their responsiveness, attentiveness and for creating a pleasant family environment for a good rest!!! Can we come to you again?!!
Great hotel. A clean, well-maintained city hotel. Shops, markets and a beautiful promenade are within walking distance. Comfortable rooms. Friendly Russian-speaking staff. One of the disadvantages is a monotonous diet, although you won't be hungry. And there is also no private beach. Transfer to the beach only in the morning. There is no transfer in the second half, only a taxi.
For those who choose this hotel, I want to tell you a little about it. An ordinary 3* hotel, well, the furniture is old, painted with paint, I do not know who is going to rest and why, but we definitely did not sit in the room, we only came to spend the night and therefore we were not up to it. Some people write that you can't go out on the balcony, because there is an air conditioner, but did you come to sit on the balcony?About the food-we only had breakfast, but we took lunch and dinner twice at the hotel, 90dirh.for two, all inclusive.Again, some write monotonous breakfasts, and I would like to ask, especially those who choose a 3* hotel, and you probably eat caviar at home every day, in my opinion, everyone has a standard breakfast of porridge, eggs, coffee, tea, sandwiches. We were offered porridges, muesli, yogurt, pancakes, chicken, potatoes cooked according to different recipes for breakfast, and lunches and dinners were always delicious and varied, on mother's day we baked a large, delicious cake, the only thing, but these rooms were not replenished with water, tea and coffee. We bought it all near the hotel, at the Lu-lu store.Well, now I still want to tell you about the tourists themselves. I always find the answer to the question of why Russians are treated this way on vacation. Dear fellow citizens, do not forget that you are going to a foreign country, with your own laws, orders and your own mentality, why are you behaving like this? You are a disgrace not only to yourself, but also to your country. A tour to the Emirates is not cheap, you all come with manicures, pedicures, and glued eyelashes, so don't you have money to buy yourself water or juice? Why are you hiding everything in bags, taking everything in a row-butter, cheeses, honey, toothpicks, bread, rolls. Two grandmothers, well-groomed, brought two bottles for breakfast to pour juice into them, they were approached twice, made a remark, explained that it was impossible to take anything out of the restaurant. Another lady-one day, there was stewed potatoes with beef bacon for breakfast, I try, I try very hard not to make a remark to anyone, but then I couldn't stand it, I see she carries a whole mountain of bacon in a plate, and tells her husband to go take it while there is left, to which I reminded her that bacon with potatoes it goes that people also paid money and just like you have the right to try everything, she did not say a word, I am generally silent about apologies. Now about the children, spend political information with them at home, educate your children, read them a poem "What is good, what is bad"
There was one little girl there for all the rest time, she never squeaked, a smart girl. But Sava was there, a little older than her, the child was on his own, mom, like most on the phone, and he was crawling on the floor, and dropped the dishes with food on the floor, yelled, and poured juice into all the glasses. Horror. Another family, they could be heard all over the beach, two boys, about 4 and 6 years old, they yelled at their father-you're a fool, you don't understand what and showed "facts", vacationers just stared. One grandfather, while we were waiting for the transfer to the beach, began to complain that he and his wife did not like that the call to prayer began every morning, that he woke them up with his yell. You have come to a Muslim country where prayer is recited 5 times a day and the mullah does not yell, at your age you should be closer to God. You can't behave, stay at home. It is not necessary to think badly about our country, we are like a bone in everyone's throat without you. I wish you a good rest
We rested in the second half of November 2024. Much has already been said, I agree in general: the number of rooms is three, we must be ready for this. and take a string to dry swimsuits :)). Otherwise, everything was fine. From the useful: 1. it did not seem to be mentioned that when boarding buses (both to the city beach and to Dubai), you need to take a plastic card from the porter - it replaces the ticket on the way back so that the hares do not climb. Return it on arrival. 2. There are better beaches in Sharjah than those that are taken for free. You can expand your geography by taking a taxi. Taxi drivers do not break prices, everything is strictly on the counter. After Moscow, it's inexpensive :). Beautiful, long, with a promenade and playgrounds, the city's free beach is further from Radisson, it stretches almost to the border with Ajman. (It's close :)). 2. Who, when saying that the rooms have a kitchenette with a kettle, counted eating in the room - it is forbidden. Just tea. Therefore, there are only tea pairs from the dishes, not a single plate / fork. Some of the china drawers are even boarded up. No stove, no microwave.Eating outside is prohibited. Although the people are carrying something.. I think cookies for tea. We unknowingly brought pizza :)). 3. The pool is normal. Both we and the people actively used it in the afternoon, when they don't take us to the beaches. He 's not in the basement , and he 's not in the dark . There is light and music, the first floor, there is a shower, towels are provided, there are sun beds and benches, a polite employee is sitting, there is something to swim with (all sorts of foam things). So we didn't understand the negative reviews. 4. It seems that no one mentioned scales for suitcases. On the ground floor, near the stairs. They helped a lot at check-out - they redistributed the weight in suitcases in the room, and not like some - on the floor in front of everyone at the check-in desks at the airport. 5. The Gazprombank Union pay card stopped working with us. It was unpleasant. Take cash dollars. Rubles are not accepted anywhere. Dollars can be old, they make a small discount. 6. On excursions, I support not to borrow from travel agency guides. Only an overpayment. There is zero service. 7. In the restaurant, a request is printed in large letters to take as much as you eat. Really, don't embarrass yourself and your country. Some sit like pigs with mountains of food.. It's already disgusting. I would like to mention the restaurant staff Dinusha and Pragina - they are so positive, polite
, it's really nice to start the day with them at breakfast. The restaurant has high chairs for children. Coffee is NOT instant, but brewed!!! and you can also buy food right there, for 45 dirhams. The price is normal for a buffet. If you are, for example, at breakfast only.. If you are interested in something that is not mentioned, ask, I will try to suggest it.
The convenient location of the hotel, a lot of shops, McDonald's, Day To Day.We had only breakfast, you won't stay hungry, the menu repeats. A shuttle service runs from this hotel to the beach and to the nearest metro station. And there are a lot of shops and a huge shopping center not inferior to the Dubai mall, everything you need can be found.Al Khan beach is very cool, equipped, the water is not stagnant, the safest for children.I recommend.
We had a rest in December, the room is large, clean, minus no balcony, and bottled water only at the entrance. The audibility is strong from the road from the mosque. Pros they take you to two beaches to choose from, the food is also not super diverse, but delicious.
Great! A city hotel! Thanks to all the staff for their smiles, responsiveness, and kindness.cleanliness in the hotel!!!!! We will definitely come back to you!!! And we'll bring friends!!
Were in October 2023. The hotel is three stars, but the service is very decent. Like it. The staff is friendly and attentive, it is clear that they are trying to please. The interior is clean and elegant. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool.
In the room: two rooms + kitchen; in the room appliances: there is a refrigerator, electric kettle, LCD TV (three Russian-language channels), hairdryer, safe (no extra charge). At our request, an iron and ironing board were brought. Air conditioning in every room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day (!) even regardless of whether it is necessary or not, plus daily replenishment of shampoos, soaps, shower gels. Coffee, tea, bottled water in the room for free upon arrival, then not replenished. Internet: free, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room is excellent, everything is loaded at a good speed. Hotel buses are taken to the beach from 8 am, several flights are made, they are taken back from 11:30 am. Beach towels are provided. They take you to two beaches to choose from: to the city beach of El Khan (well-groomed, clean, but umbrellas and sun beds for money) or to the beach at the Radisson hotel (umbrellas and sun beds are free, but the coast is worse, near the port).
Meals: buffet, breakfast from 7 to 10 am, lunch from 14 o'clock, dinner from 19 to 23 o'clock. You can not take everything (for example, only breakfast), but we paid for three meals a day. Beef, fish, turkey, chicken are served, there are soups for lunch. The kitchen is good, I liked it. Alcohol and pork are absent (Islam does not allow).
A great budget hotel! We have been there several times and still want to). The rooms are large, two suites, in the living room and in the bedroom. But the most important thing that makes the hotel great is the staff! Always be careful, they take you to the beach to the last person, and not like in the next one, you didn't have time - your problems. They always try to help. There is enough food and everything is delicious. If you do not take food, you can order room service for money, inexpensive and a normal portion. In general, I recommend it furiously))
Great hotel! The service is excellent, we got two-room rooms for two, with a small kitchen. Yes, the furniture is quite old, but solid. At the same time, it is clean, they are constantly cleaned. They are very polite and friendly. The food is good. I think that for my money, the hotel is the most beautiful!
For 3 stars it is very good! There are shops, markets, currency exchange in the LuLu market nearby. Room cleaning every day, polite and helpful staff.
There is a bus to Deira City on Mon-k, Wednesday, Friday. There are buses to the beaches too, although it's early: from 7 to 8 on Al Khan, on Radisson from 8 to 9h. You can do it a little later). The fish on Radisson Beach are not afraid of people, they swim underfoot, which pleases everyone, you can swim with a mask!
There is plenty of food, a little seafood is not enough and children have little choice.
The rooms are 2 rooms and there is a small kitchen, like a small apartment, you can't hear the neighbors. The noise of the conduits from the balconies interferes a little, but from the second night you get used to it. The beds are off, you sleep fine. There are no ropes to dry the laundry!!!
The hotel is perfectly located. The food is very decent. The room stock is quite consistent with the star rating of the hotel, everything suits us. The staff are just great, they try to solve the issue quickly at the first request. On the beach there are umbrellas, sun beds, sand. The bay is therefore practically free of waves. The beach area is quite green. Children's playground. The toilets are clean. There are showers and changing rooms. In general, we are very pleased that we chose this hotel
The hotel is well located. The rooms are not new, but in san.We will find out that repairs have been made. There are balconies, but they are technical, there are blocks from air conditioners, but there is a place for smokers to smoke)) I brought a rope and dried things on it, they dried faster than in the bathroom. The food is good. The choice is not great, but there is always something to choose. Meat, fish, chicken. By the way, dinners are tastier than lunches. There is a shuttle service to 2 beaches, Al Khan and Radisson(the hotel is currently under renovation, so the whole beach is occupied by Nova Park). Nearby hypermarkets are Lulu, Nesto, Mumtaz. The first 2 have exchangers. And you can buy ready-made food if you don't have everything on. There is a cafe on the corner of the hotel, you can eat there, tasty and not expensive. We ordered lunch a couple of times right at the hotel, you can dial directly from the room and they will bring it. In general, if I go again, this hotel will be among my favorites. Someone wrote that there is no pool, it is, on the ground floor, indoor, there is also a mini gym.
This is a great hotel. Polite staff. Excellent, varied cuisine. Quick check-in to the room (we waited no more than 30 minutes.) Timely transfer to the beach.
A good hotel, for its price and quality of services, free transfer to two beaches, breakfasts are edible, of course, you won't go hungry, the rooms are clean, the beds are moderately soft
A wonderful hotel for 3 stars. Convenient location, close to shops - Lilu grocery and exchanger , Day to day with inexpensive goods, markets. The room is large, consists of 2 rooms, a kitchenette. We liked the food. Conveniently, there is a transfer to Dubai and a separate beach from Radisson with sun beds. I definitely recommend it and hope to return.
A cozy little hotel. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Transfer to the beach and back. They wait until the last guest, they never leave anyone without the sea. There is also a convenient transfer to Dubai. Friendly staff. Convenient location : close to shops, the famous market, the embankment within walking distance.
