The staff is kind, diligent, and almost all speak Russian. The room is 2-room:a bedroom, a recreation room and a bed for the 3rd person (namely a bed with a full mattress) and a "kitchen", but there is only a sink and a kettle, there are no dishes. The closet is not small, but there is not much space for things. Normal breakfasts, it is possible to order a la carte in the room, prices are the same as in cafes on the street, but definitely without spices. Good location, close to shops, cafes, 20 minutes to the butterfly Park, 15 minutes to the embankment. There is a very early transfer to 2 beaches, transfer to Dubai. There is a local tour agency nearby. Despite the old furniture, the simple interior of the rooms, we liked it.

We booked a room for 3 people at the hotel in advance (3 months). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed:
1. The numbers on the website and in real life are different.
2. When booking a room for 3, we provided a room for 2.
All the accessories are for two people too.
3. For the third person, they brought an old bed on wheels, and then without one wheel

Nice hotel! It's great for a threesome. There is a shuttle service to Deira three times a week and daily transfers to Al Khan Beach and Reddison. they take you there and back. Only good things about this hotel. The room faced the city, the view was not bad. The cars did not interfere. The air conditioners are all working fine. Everything is in good condition, the sofa is well upholstered, the bed linen is perfect-white. The towels are new and soft. The food is like with a standard city hotel, i.e. everything is made from semi-finished products and canned food, for breakfast there is always liquid yogurt, feta cheese or processed cheese, tropical fruit cocktail or canned peaches, muesli always, milk porridge always, scrambled eggs already made, sausages. Tea, instant coffee in a large container, ready-made, milk. For dinner, too, everything is constant, i.e. one caoan with dressing, lettuce, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, fillet of pollock fillet, which is made differently every day, chicken, also either fried or stewed and beef, rice, pasta, boiled broccoli and cauliflower. It's all the same every day, just cooked differently. For dessert, soudle and cupcakes. For dinner, tea, coffee and milk are the same as in the morning, you do not need to pay extra for anything, with half-board in the evening, all drinks are freely available. The staff is just great, the rooms are cleaned, this is really cleaning, everything is cleaned, I wipe and wash the floors, every day. We asked to clean up every other day, we hung a sign, if you remove the sign, then even in the evening the cleaner immediately comes and offers cleaning. They take us to the beach, we went to the beach of the closed Radisson hotel, a great beach, with wooden umbrellas and sun beds, a locker room and a toilet and, bay, there is no wind, there are no waves either. Everything is quiet and peaceful. The sand on the beach is very fine, white, soft, clean. On the last day we went to the city beach to take a taxi and leave earlier. They take you to the beach from 7.30 and somewhere until 9 a.m., they take you from 11.30 to 13 p.m., they take you to the city beach earlier, then to the Radisson, the hotel has two small buses and one bigger, so they go in the morning. The hotel is very conveniently located, near the market, many inexpensive shops. Very polite and friendly staff, always ready to help, using a translator on the phone. The room is large, very clean everywhere, cleaning every day. The furniture is simple, but the mattresses on the bed are very good. Beautiful restaurant, breakfast is simple, but hearty and a lot. You won't stay hungry. A very nice beach is closed and clean, the hotel provides towels, sun loungers and umbrellas for free. A bus and a minibus take you to the beach.

The food is a bit monotonous, but there is a choice. Everything is quite edible. The number of rooms has been updated, cosmetic repairs have been carried out in the bedrooms. The kitchen furniture is quite old. The service is good, without comments. Location in the city, the bus takes you to the beach (10 minutes on the way) at 8:00 and 9:00. However, at the reception they didn't say anything about the 8-hour bus, they found out by accident. Back from the beach at 12:30. There is a transfer to Dubai three times a week at 15:00 there and at 21:30 back. Wi-Fi is now free. Of the minuses - noisy air conditioners. But they didn't stop me from falling asleep. In general, a good, inexpensive hotel. Suitable for an unassuming inexpensive vacation. Nearby there are cafes, shops and a hypermarket. Everything is within walking distance. Our room rate included breakfast and dinner. You can change dinner for lunch, having previously warned. Without problems and surcharges. Comfortable.

Good evening!we were checked in immediately upon arrival, we arrived at 12.20 pm, the hotel is old, but very comfortable atmosphere..there is a pool, but it is deep..since we can swim, we were comfortable..The hotel is in an excellent location... everything is within walking distance.. shops, cafes, lagoon.My 10-year-old child and I took breakfast and dinner, sometimes changed for lunch...Excellent food...there are few fruits, but this is not the main thing...they cook very tasty.Thanks to the chef!! the staff at the restaurant is smiling and polite.. at the reception, no matter what request we made, they always helped! Thank them very much!!! the disadvantage of this hotel is that they do not put water on and do not replenish the tea set, as in other hotels.they take you to two beaches..

The rooms are two-room, spacious, cleaning every day, linen was changed every day, I really liked the food-very tasty soups, pastries. The beach is taken to the Radisson hotel, the beach is very good, the entrance to the sea is gentle, there are a lot of sun loungers. The staff is very helpful, they didn't have time to unpack things - they already brought a bed for their granddaughter and a whole set of linen with towels and all sorts of gel and soap and shampoo and. Did we arrive late, at 21:00, by the time we got there it was already the beginning of twelve, and dinner until 23:00. So they called our room and said they were waiting for dinner. We thought we'd go to bed hungry. Well done, thank you very much.

Clean. The repair is already tired .Friendly staff. Free transfer to the beaches and to Dubai (which is very important). The room is large with two air conditioners. There are shops and eateries nearby . Sockets in the room are not EURO, ask for an adapter at the reception.

We had a vacation in December 2018 with a child.
A decent inexpensive option, with huge rooms, good food. Transfers to Dubai and beaches. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby.

I had a rest on 4.01.2024 , Geographically a very good place , near the embankment , the market .I can also recommend the hotel itself, Breakfast and dinner were included, the food was delicious and varied.The room was cleaned every day. In the morning they took me to the beach and gave me beach towels .
