However, during peak hours, there may be slight delays in service, which somewhat spoils the overall impression. As for prices, they are above average, but this is offset by the quality of the food and service.
In general, Tempo is a great place for those who are looking for a cozy restaurant with good cuisine and pleasant service. If you are willing to turn a blind eye to minor flaws, this restaurant will be an excellent choice for an evening out.

I decided to definitely go to the wine stand at the end of the week. Yesterday, on 28.03, I went in the evening, full boarding, a lot of waiters. I sat down at an empty table and waited 20 minutes for at least one waiter to come up to me. But everyone passed by many times, because the table was just on the way to the staff room, possibly washing dishes. By the way, in this "nook", a pile of crumpled napkins on the floor immediately caught my eye, I noticed it only when I entered the restaurant.
As a result, I went home hungry and at a loss why I was ignored, this is the first time this has happened to me.

A cozy place. For some reason, this came as a surprise to me. There is nothing special outside, around the building itself. But inside there is a warm interior, pleasant colors, an interesting division of a large space into zones, soft lighting (it was in the evening). There were quite a lot of people on Saturday evening, but there were also empty seats. I liked it on the 2nd floor. The waiters are nice. I would say the waiting time is "short". There were no complaints about the food.

The food is delicious and the cost is not big, not small, that's for sure. The staff is friendly and positive, it's always nice to come there. The waiting time (not during rush hour) is excellent, you wait 10-15 minutes for a pizza (medium or large), which is short in time. The room itself is very beautiful, cute sofas)

I come here 1-2 times a month to have lunch.
The service is good, the food is delicious. The price/quality corresponds.
The menu is quite extensive - a good selection of pizzas (thin / thick dough), hot dishes, snacks, salads, drinks (tea /coffee, non-alcoholic, alcoholic).
The waiter guys are attentive and friendly. Orders are accepted and delivered on time.
The interior is cozy and relaxing, pleasant music.
I recommend it to those who are looking for delicious food, without unnecessary frills and overpayments.
The only drawback is parking. On weekdays, during the daytime, it is a problem to find empty seats. Therefore, take into account the time in advance, as you can spend an extra 5-7 minutes searching for a place for the car.

The waitress doesn't fit, so I have to look for her in the hall. The dishes were empty for a long time, until they asked to be removed. She offered to add mint to the tea, without warning that it was paid (maybe it's obvious, but mint has gone wild). If I had known it was worth 3p, I would have refused. In some places, they give free bread for soup, but here mint is for 3p, I think it's expensive.
Also, the waitress brought the bill when we didn't ask for it, and serves the terminal. And all the time with a displeased face.

The delivery from the establishment is just disgusting. Once an order was placed, the courier was more than 15 minutes late. They gave me a promo code for a free pizza. I decided to place an order again and use it. The courier was late again + the wrong drinks were delivered. If you can't arrange normal shipping and warehouse logistics, just don't do it. And you do not need to send an SMS with the arrival time of the courier, if you do not fit into it. No more foot in the institution, no more in your delivery

After that , the waiter was informed about the lack of cheese in the pizza and sauce in the saucer . She left for 20 minutes , the pizza was cold . They asked another waitress to find out what and how , she also disappeared without return . As a result, we ate pizza. . As a result, the waitress came 40 minutes later , we had already eaten , had gathered a long time ago , she took the saucer and left . As a result, the third waiter came to calculate, as a result, both cheese and sauce were included in the bill, which was simply taken away from us. They asked the admin . We waited f***ing another 25 minutes. She didn 't solve the problem in any way , she just grinned and said that she allegedly watched the cameras as the pizza man put the cheese , just a disgrace . Cheese was not excluded from the bill . Oh yes, they also have ice in their homemade lemonade!? The only tempo in the Republic of Belarus where ice is included in homemade lemonade . There is 0 attention paid to the guest, the seating is weak, only a couple of tables are occupied, the waiters are going about their business, giggling and swearing at the whole hall. They brought a terrible salad with panko chicken, tasteless, there are only stalks in the salad and nothing more, there is little dressing, the chicken is basically normal. Olga (with blonde hair), the waitress, served my table. I put 2 stars only for the waiter guy, who at some point was left alone in the hall, pleasant service, I wanted to personally leave him the change and tip him, but unfortunately you can't do that in this place and the tip would have gone to the unpleasant girl Olga. Review your staff, the level of the establishment specifically drops with such service:(

I do not recommend going to Tempo pizza on Yakub Kolas because of the terrible service. It's better to choose another place.

Never order anything from this organization!!! Delivery is a special kind of piggery! They won't put napkins on you, the cutlery will be brought with mold! The quality of the dishes is 2.5 out of 5. The pizza "as an apology" will be brought rubber... The service is ugly, as is the attitude towards customers! If your health is dear to you, close this site and contact your competitors! Maybe they will start to appreciate people here, which I doubt very much!!! They definitely do not know how to correct their mistakes (only with me this is the second case, the first time I understood and forgave, but the second time they surpassed all the facets of piggishness!)
