Everything is standard good. As it happens in a good chain hotel. But the location is not very good. This is one of the most congested and noisy streets in the city and even at night the windows cannot be opened. Perhaps if the room is on the inside, it will be quieter there. Well, it is located sideways to the mountains - they are almost invisible from the rooms.
The staff is pleasant, friendly, helpful. There is a swimming pool and sauna on -2, but on both morning visits the sauna was still cold.
For some reason, the overpriced room price did not include breakfast (I did not notice this when booking), and for some reason they additionally cost like a normal lunch for two at a local restaurant. In the cafe in the same building with a toilet shared with the hotel, you can have breakfast both tasty and at prices adequate for the city.

As I understand it, this is one of the best hotels in Bishkek.
In general, everything is fine.
The staff is very polite.
People are friendly.
When we stumbled in like homeless people after a month in the mountains (Khan Tengri and Victory), no one looked at us askance. They just clarified: "Should I bring shaving kits to your room now or later?"
I didn't have time to really look at everything. I haven't been to the spa. I can only say that the food is very tasty and varied. Breakfast buffet.
The room is clean, the furniture is intact, everything is cozy and comfortable.
If I come to Bishkek again, I will most likely stay at the same hotel

The very center of the city. The chain is an excellent hotel. Fresh rooms, plumbing in perfect condition, tea station, very comfortable bed. The breakfasts are very good for chain hotels, including a small national flavor in the form of delicacies. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The restaurant in the lobby pleased with quite decent prices (by Moscow standards). A very good hotel for relaxing after work.

I really liked the hotel and the breakfasts. The rooms are spacious. The service is very friendly. Cocktails at the bar are delicious. The location is gorgeous. We were here in July 22 and here again in November 23. They stopped putting hygiene supplies in the room. There was no toothbrush, cotton swabs, etc., which is surprising, the room costs $ 160. The bar is lovely, the food is delicious.

I'll start with breakfast, it's gorgeous! A huge selection. Everything is very tasty, There is everything for the convenience of guests. We arrived, took a dip in the pool, steamed up and went to bed. For me, the only negative thing is the mirror in front of the bed and the cleaner. In the afternoon, the cleaning lady came into the room immediately after the knock and the same story happened in the toilet. The women's room was busy, I went into the wheelchair. The woman opened the lock and stood, I asked her to close the door, but she continued to stand and watch 🤦🏻♀️ Teach the cleaners not to do that

Hello everyone
I'm going to write you why I gave you four stars.
But first, about what you liked:
The hotel is located near the city center. There are three minimarkets and four currency exchangers within walking distance. One of these stores is around the clock. There is a public transport stop nearby. Taxi on request.
The hotel is clean, stylish, and beautiful.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We arrived very early, but we were immediately checked into a free room for a small surcharge.
The rooms are perfectly clean.
The breakfasts are quite varied and very tasty.
On the 2nd floor there is a small gym, a spacious swimming pool and a classic hammam with a Finnish sauna.
Now, about the fact that "not very much":
1. There are no sauces for meat dishes and sausages at breakfast, from the word at all. There is no ketchup, mustard or olive oil.
2. If you want to steam in the Turkish steam room, then you will be expected to have a hammam, not a steam room. Just a warm room.
3. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or other personal hygiene products in the rooms. Take everything with you.
But overall I liked it!

Be very careful when visiting this hotel!
I am writing here because I have not received any response from the hotel administration! On 17.06 at 13:00, leaving the hotel and being late for a meeting, I left my personal belongings in room 533 in a closet with shelves, which stands immediately after the mirror, namely: a khaki skirt-shorts, a turquoise plaid shirt, medicines, 2 light tops.
Due to the workload, the next day after departure, I notified the hotel staff by phone that I had forgotten things in my room, and that my friend would pick them up. The hotel staff assured me that everything was fine with my things, so that I wouldn't worry, and that they would call me back!
However, neither that day nor the next, no one called me back, my calls were answered, the staff promised to sort it out, and on 19.06, when I called the hotel again, they told me that my things were not there!!!!

A wonderful comfortable hotel in the center, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, which is important to me. Good sound insulation. The view from the window is of the city, you could even see the mountains! The comfort in the room is on the level, there are all necessary hygiene items. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and there were also national snacks.

A small bed.
They don't keep the level of a 5 star hotel.
There was no body gel or hair conditioner for the shower.
If you ask to bring something to the room, it turns out 3 times. The robe was brought for 3 hours.

Great hotel!!! Breakfast for 5 out of 5!! The room is clean at the European level. The air conditioning in the room is running at 5. The prices at the hotel are 30% cheaper than at the Sheraton for meals and a bar. I left my watch at the check-out, it happens when you're going fast, unfortunately. I couldn't imagine they found it!!! They called and prepared it for shipment. Thank you very much, we will come back more than once!!!

WATCHES AND MONEY WERE STOLEN AT THE SPA CENTER. They tried to settle this point directly with the hotel, after which the police were called, the hotel administrator promised the staff that the hotel would sort out the situation on its own. We have not received any result. The hotel unsubscribes that they are waiting for some results from law enforcement agencies (after a month and a half, and obviously there will be no results). It turns out that any guest can be robbed, and the hotel itself will throw up its hands, because there are no cameras in the locker room, and you can't prove anything. When visiting, no one even offered to leave valuables in any other place if their cubicles with a code are not a reliable means of protection. Moreover, I am inclined to believe that this is the work of the staff, because even the maid turned out to have a universal key with access to all the booths, which was confirmed and what the hotel security staff were very surprised by. In no case do not recommend this place to visit, save your nerves and money.

A new hotel for me in Bishkek.
As a regular customer of the Akkor network, I have booked accommodation here.
An expensive pleasure - 135e/day for Bishkek seems expensive to me. Moreover, the hotel still has a lot of shortcomings.
The main and undoubted advantage of the hotel is that it is new and located in the center on Manas Avenue. It seems to me that my main comments are connected with the novelty: the rooms seem to be new, but some are understaffed, no shoe spoons, no iron, no board. Ale, you position yourself as a top five, well, how is that?
Breakfast is strangely organized, the staff loiter, the tables are not cleaned for the guests, the coffee machine is constantly not working, the employee who should be behind the cooking of scrambled eggs is absent, although the brazier is present! Well, how is it?
What did you like: the gym, the novelty of the room, the friendly manager who tried to find an approach to all the guests.
In general, we need to raise the level to the generally accepted standards of this hotel chain, which is why we love it.
I'll come and check it out after a while.

Terrible service, very tricky. We flew from the Emirates, we were at the dock for 12 hours. We were billed for two days in 12 hours. They considered earlier check-in, days earlier, and late check-out, so it is more profitable for them, they did not even want to extend it by 2 hours, saying that they need to leave the room. For this price, you could live in comfortable conditions in the center of Moscow! It is impossible to pay with a union pay card, the staff laughed, you are under sanctions, you know, it is very unpleasant, even in Europe there is no such attitude. And in the exchanger, the employee slept at 2 p.m. under the table and got out shaggy. The lights were constantly flashing in the room. And this is my first terrible review when I would never recommend this hotel.

If you do not take into account the rather high cost, then the hotel is just perfect. I won't be able to write much more, because in this price category it was my first hotel in the Central Asian region. There is nothing to compare it with, but from what I saw, I really liked everything. The room is clean, cleaning every day. Of the micro-cons: usually pastes, toothbrushes are available at the hotel, although not always. They're not here. And the most annoying thing was that there were no teaspoons.

A great hotel for both business trips and weekend trips. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, there is everything you need, the equipment works perfectly. It is also important that there is a swimming pool with a sauna, which is very useful after walking in the heat.
The only remark: coffee is expensive (by local standards, of course) and not to say that it is delicious. And so everything is super, I recommend it

An amazing hotel! I have been to different hotels in my lifetime and in several new hotels in different countries, this one, in my opinion, is the best among all, without exaggeration! We were escorted to the room, helped to bring our things, and told everything. On Saturday evening, a wonderful artist sang live, delicious food, very cool local beer Orion. The room is beautiful, new. The breakfast is delicious! There are local goodies that we appreciated, honey in honeycombs. We were here one night passing through, but the truth is - great respect to those who work here, it's really one of the best hotels in the world where I've been!
