We kindly ask the administration of the institution / store to sort out the accounting of orders.
On the afternoon of 11/19/2024, an order was placed for 4 pizzas (2 hunting, 1 original, 1 pepperoni) by 18:00.
At 18:00, when we came for the order, it turned out that the cook had forgotten about it at all. He apologized and warned that he needed 20 minutes to prepare the order.
After 25 minutes, only one pizza was ready (later it turns out that it is not the one that was ordered). We were warned that another 10 minutes were needed.
As a result, after a 30-minute wait, at ~ 19:00 we came out with a ready-made order.
I want to clarify that we did not check the pizzas, as we have never encountered an incorrect order in the establishments of this network.
Upon arrival home, it turned out that the cook had not prepared ANY of the pizzas from the order. The products were chosen absolutely randomly, as were the sauces.

Total: the waiting time for the order that was forgotten was equal to one hour + not a single item from the order was made. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
