Great hotel. Beautiful view, pleasant staff, delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. The pool is on the 8th floor with a view of Dubai. Cozy rooms. Convenient location near the shopping center and the metro station, which can be accessed both on the street and inside the shopping center.

Very tasty breakfasts, the rooms are as clean as possible)).
Linen is changed every day.
The room is tired, of course (Family suite-bedroom, living room with sofa bed and 3 bathroom-boudoir rooms).
The windows in the room do not open, I often wanted fresh air.
There was no need to bring shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body cream and other accessories. The rooms have quite decent quality glass and large volumes (bottles are nailed to the walls) 😂
On the 8th floor there are 2 heated pools: adult and children's.
There are no Russian-speaking managers in the hotel, as stated.
In general, everything is fine, the location is close to the Ibn Battuta shopping center, you can eat at food courts and restaurants (who has breakfast). But, the hotel is very far from the beach, you can not walk, the hotel does not have its own territory, there is nowhere to walk, unless in the parking lot of the Ibn Mall.
From the hotel to the Dubai Mall, the one-way taxi fare is about 100 dirhams, to the Dubai Marina-40 dirhams, Outlet Village-70 dirhams. In principle, it is possible to take a taxi along any route.

Great hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a lot of everything, including various cheeses. Checked in for 18 nights, settled in a quiet nice room. Plus, the location of the mall is within walking distance, as well as a metro station and a bus station within a 5-minute walk

October 2024. The hotel is good, we liked it.They take you to the public Kite beach 20 minutes by bus. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for a fee. In front of the hotel there is a shopping center, metro and buses. On the day of departure, they are picked up from the hotel in five and a half hours, by taxi in 35 minutes. I highly recommend the hotel itself, I liked everything. And the beach and the transfer, of course, overshadowed the rest a little.It's not an option with children, but it's great for adults!

We visited this hotel in May 2024. The location of the hotel is good, near the shopping center where there is everything necessary and unnecessary. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is not enough light in the room itself, it always seems to be muted because there is no ceiling lighting. This is not a minus or a plus, it was fine for us. There was a lot of food and enough, one evening there was no meat for dinner alone and the dinner itself was meager. We checked in strictly at 15:00. The room is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Our room had both a shower and a bathtub in different rooms. Every day there is a transfer to a gorgeous beach, but you need to sign up and the earlier the better, there may not be places for the desired time. And it is better to ask to check the recording more than once, they may forget to record it. The staff helped to solve a personal issue, for which I also thank you.

The hotel has deteriorated...
We celebrated the New Year 4 times in this hotel. On our last visit, from 30.12.2023 to 10.01.2024, it became very bad. Mustafa no longer treats guests with coffee and dates. The reception staff are all Indians who speak English really poorly. Due to the erroneous cancellation of the booking at the Booking, we overpaid the cost of the stay to the hotel, because the prices on the hotel's website are higher. When I addressed this question to the only Russian-speaking employee of the hotel, the head of Maya Kukava, she offered me a free New Year's dinner as compensation. At dinner, the child and I stayed for an hour and a half, because I felt sick... At our departure from the hotel, we were still included in the price of the New Year's dinner debt. Kukawa was not at the hotel then and it was useless to find out anything... Even the Indian reception staff was surprised by this. I completely agree with Anastasia Shevchuk's review. We will not come to this hotel again. There are many hotels in Dubai of a similar price category and even cheaper with their own beach. Tip: book hotels on Booking or other sites - pay much cheaper. The hotel disappointed us greatly.

A great hotel with very helpful staff and a good location. Across the street there is a huge mall with a Carrefour and everything you need. The metro is a 3-minute walk away.
The rooftop pool and gym are of excellent quality with modern equipment.
We rented an apartment for a family of 4. Everyone is delighted. The rooms are very clean, with daily and thorough cleaning.

The hotel is super! We had a great rest! We went on May 13-20, took all inclusive and did not regret it, the food was delicious and varied, when we did not have time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we could sit in the Revo cafe bar and order any food and drinks from the all inclusive menu, well, in the evening there is a night bar on the highway, where you could also order and to eat and drink all inclusive until 23.00, then for a fee!
A shuttle went to the beach at 10.00 and 11.00, back at 14.00 and 16.00 YOU NEED to MAKE an APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE, but if you forgot, it's not scary, the staff is very kind and always found a place on the bus 😊 or launched a second one. On the RIVA beach, the menu is paid, but if you tell which hotel you came from, they will give you a discount.
The service is at 10, everyone is very kind. I want to say that I read a lot of reviews before the trip, I was upset somewhere, and somewhere I wasn't, but until you see for yourself, you won't understand, the rest was a bang, everything was great, I recommend it to everyone!

We chose this hotel for our vacation and did not regret it. Yes, the beach is far away, but they took a bus from the hotel to a private beach with all conditions. Sun beds, umbrellas are free of charge. There is a shower, a pool with cool water, when we got tired of very warm water on the bay, we ran to the pool. The water in the bay in the second half of September was very warm. The hotel took only breakfast and dinner for meals. In the heat of the day, I didn't want to eat at all. It was possible to change dinner for lunch. On Fridays, shrimp dinner. The hotel also has a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Towels were distributed everywhere. The service is 100%. Opposite a large shopping center. Metro and bus station nearby. We traveled both by metro and by bus, only traffic jams on the road, the metro is the fastest transport in Dubai.

A wonderful hotel! Beautiful lobby, there is a mini-exhibition of paintings. Each floor has ideas in the style of different countries... the idea is that along the corridor there are paintings associated with a particular country. For example, on the floor of "Russia" there was the Kremlin, birches, snow, matryoshka dolls, Moscow, and even roads with pits 😂
On the eighth floor there is a swimming pool where you can cool off, the water is cool there. And if you go to the other roof, there is also a mini pool, sun loungers and a Jacuzzi!)
The rooms are clean, well furnished, cozy, daily cleaning. The staff in the restaurant deserves special praise! Very polite, attentive, caring!!!Geographically good location. Next to a large shopping center, through it you can also walk to the metro on the "chill" The only caveat is that you can't get to the bay from the hotel, despite the fact that the water is relatively close ... (fenced territory of the industrial zone)
By the way!!! If you can't open the window for ventilation, contact the reception, they have a miracle key, as they said jokingly in English ... it's a screwdriver))
We were leaving for the beach to ventilate... things did not dry out, and there was dampness in the room…

I chose this hotel based on reviews. I don't know who publishes such colorful positive reviews, the hotel is shabby, a lot of things are already in need of repair, buses go to the beach 2 times a day at 10 am and 11:30, back at 14 and 16 o'clock. I need to make an appointment today for tomorrow, I had an early arrival, but I did not get to the beach because I was not recorded yesterday. i.e. minus one from a vacation from the sea. The next day, the answer was the following: there are no seats on the bus, if you want to go, order a taxi, of course at your own expense, 40-50 dirhams, i.e. 1-1.5 thousand rubles
. There are no declared Russian-speaking staff, only English, most of them with a strong accent. there is no private territory, during our vacation I went for 7 days, the terrace was closed for 5 of them, for what reason is unknown. An additional joy is an all-inclusive hotel stay. there was a feeling that tourists from Russia, in principle, are not very popular. Approaching the bar at the pool, the following answer was received: no coffee, no freshly squeezed juice - because there is no fruit, no milkshake because there is no ice cream. After ordering a non-alcoholic pinocolade, I received it about 40 minutes later with a wonderful piece of fresh pineapple (which for some reason was not there when I ordered the juice). Any order within the all-inclusive framework needs to wait for 40 minutes-an hour and when you come to clarify where the order is, they ask you to repeat it and say that you wait another 40 minutes. A separate joy from ordering coffee)))) they brought it to me in a paper cup, to the tourists from Germany sitting next to me in a glass glass, with water on a stand.
Excellent desserts, I won't say anything here, the fish is also delicious.
The rooms are cleaned well, there is enough water, and more is brought on request.
But I will not go to this hotel anymore, it does not match the price and quality at all, also all the all-inclusive service ends at 11 p.m....
.. It is very boring there is no entertainment from the word at all.

Of course, it is a pity that we are not happy with the sea, but every morning, it seems, at 9:30 and 10:30, a bus arrives to the beach, there is a swimming pool on the beach, there is a bar-cafe, sun beds with umbrellas, towels are provided there on the spot. The bus picks up at 14:00 and at 16:00.

I didn't like it at all!!! It is impossible to pour coffee in the morning, all coffee machines are not working! It's the third day we can't have coffee for breakfast. There is no tea on the buffet for lunch, you need to order from the waiter. We were settled with two children in a room where it stinks unbearably of tobacco smoke (then it turned out that there was a hookah bar downstairs and from there all the smoke rises to us through ventilation). Obviously the hotel knew about it.

Everything is very decent. By Dubai standards, this is not five stars, but a solid four. The condition of the rooms (I'm talking about the 1st floor called China) so-so, very worn out. But it's clean, the air conditioner is working, TV shows Azerbaijani news - the only channel in Russian, the refrigerator is working, breakfast is very good, dinner without drinks for 120dirh (they charge 85dirh at the reception) is not worth it. But the location is above all praise: the metro is 10 minutes on foot, the drunk MMI is 5 minutes, the food court with different cuisines is 3 minutes, a huge carrefour is also there (fruits, water, drinks in a large assortment), the heated pool with a bar is also good. The staff is responsive, mistakes are corrected, they try - well done.
Well, the highlight, for those who have finished reading, is the shuttle to the riva beach club from 9-30 to 16-00 located on the trunk of a palm tree (artificial island) for FREE, the maximum possible and necessary bonus.

All the equipment is old , the sun beds in the pool are dirty and dead. The food in the restaurant is good. There is no entertainment at all, if only a trip to the beach)) There is a shuttle going there , but to get on it you need to book a day or two in advance 😅There is no other entertainment )!The hotel is not suitable for business trips, for sea holidays at all. It's better to take everything inclusive by the sea, as for me.

On the day of the birth of a loved one. At the time of booking, this information was indicated and spoken in person.
In my experience, for the first time there was a situation when the staff and the hotel staff did not react in any way to the information about the birthday celebration, especially agreed in advance.
+ the refrigerator is broken in the room. Replaced with another one, but there is no sense. It doesn't cool drinks anyway.
The situation is extraordinary. But definitely not pleasant

This hotel is a disappointment
1. the hotel is very old, the doors are shabby, the elevator buttons fall out, there are huge cracks and chips on the floor, cups in the room with chips
2. the hotel is quite dirty, especially annoying at breakfast, when the glasses smell of stale rags
3. the hotel is not customer-oriented at all: for example, when we were informed that we would celebrate a holiday with them, the hotel staff pretended that they did not know anything, and when I asked why they did not take into account our wishes, they said that they had not transmitted anything to them and this was not their problem. To the question, how did you then confirm the booking (in the voucher all the information is indicated in two languages), they did not apologize, but replied that the voucher was nonsense
4. the breakfasts are mediocre, the food is running out and it is not replenished, it happens that you will not find free tables, and the staff at the same time does not rush to clean up the dishes for those who leave. Plus they don't wipe the tables at all
5. They cheat on the size of the rooms, so the room declared as 35 meters with three beds is actually a regular standard with one bed and about 20 meters
6. the hotel is located in the industrial zone, next to the bus station
well, in small things: new guests are not met, luggage is not helped to carry, the reception staff is constantly distracted by everyone around.
This hotel is about three, I think, since it is definitely not a five-star hotel and does not look like a four either - it is much inferior, so when comparing it with other offers, keep this in mind.
