The convenient location of the hotel is 7 minutes to the beach on foot, 10 minutes to Walking Street and there are many shopping centers nearby.
But! The room is old and dirty.
Rooms are cleaned very formally, but tips are always taken.
However, the worst thing is the food! It is exclusively for Hindus - curry chicken for breakfast, fried tortillas and some pasta. For Europeans
, only scrambled eggs and peanut butter. That's it!
There is almost never any fruit

I stayed there in a semi-suite.
Cons: low ceilings (I am 181)
Pros: friendly staff with a good level of English, remember you and say hello, the guard, at night, always opens the door for you, let him do it, he tries so hard)
In general, the hotel is not bad, glasses, water, towels and all the garbage for the shower are constantly being changed. Also, the area is not very good, but a couple of meters and a market, and there is already a Walking Street. In general, I recommend it, but I would look for more)

An amazing hotel on its budget. Top! It is not immediately clear to everyone, but the hotel has a very convenient location.
Extremely clean, friendly, the rooms are comfortable. I don't know what else to want within this budget.
