A good block-type dormitory. I have been living with my family since 2019. In addition to the block itself, which has everything, I like the presence of a stroller, a children's room (as in kindergarten, spacious), a bicycle room, a sports room and a mini-assembly hall (as a small meeting room with a table). There are no stupid restrictions like in student dormitories. Everything is adequate and reasonable.
