We had a rest in Turkey from September 1-10. The receiving party is Coraltravel. Our guide is Angelina. On September 2, there was a meeting, as usual, information about the hotel (Crystal Flora), but most importantly, it offered shopping and excursions. A day later, a message asking what you have chosen. As soon as they replied that we didn't need any shopping or excursions, the connection with us was terminated. The flight was supposed to take place on September 10, but due to the well-known events in Moscow, the flight was constantly postponed. We tried to contact Angelina - there was no response and no messages. We were evicted from the room, spent the night just by the sea (we are over 70, we were with our grandson), But an agent from Coraltravel helped us a lot, tracking the flight and informing us. That's what supported me - knowing the information is very important, we are very grateful. But Angelina should not work with vacationers, they have not met such a mercantile attitude, she completely discredits the Coraltravel company.
Odeon tour is random, like everything in Turkey. Let's start with the good stuff, apparently we have pure karma, we got great guides on excursions.
The guide in pomukale is a girl named Ozlem (I hope correctly) speaks with an accent, but speaks Russian well and this accent is even the highlight of the program. 110% posted information about the tour, 10% is a lot of interesting information about Turkey on the way back.
The sea to sky guide is Ivan Ovchinnikov, a guy with humor, told interesting stories, answered any questions from the public. The day was interesting and informative.

Airport Hotel: The guide didn't say anything, but it makes sense here - he just didn't exist. The driver took us away (0 complaints against him, helped, explained himself somehow, drove carefully)

It is absolutely impossible to work with this company, they endanger the life and health of tourists. On 06/14.24, we went on an excursion (the old town and the cable car), paying 140 euros for two. An old bus with a broken air conditioner came for us! It was 40 degrees in the cabin! Guide Fatih has obvious problems. All the way, he talked only about himself, how smart he was, 4 degrees (apparently, he did not reach a high level anywhere), what he was there, how many apartments he bought, how he married our compatriot and everything like that. No guided tours. There was no organization of the group, everyone wandered by themselves. In the mountains, our bus broke down, the brakes failed!!! We jumped out of the bus while the driver was throwing rocks under the rear wheels! We were forced to climb the mountain on foot, including the elderly and toddlers! When we got up, the guide was nowhere to be found, everyone was looking for him. Then he appeared, smoking a cigar. We told him that he could not leave us and should always be with us, especially in such a situation. He started yelling at my mom in Turkish, then said he would call the police. We suggested that he do so in order to tell the police about his behavior. For some reason, he has already changed his mind about doing this. As a result, the tour was shortened, they didn't even bring us to the olive farm. The bus was somehow patched up and taken to hotels on a broken bus. We returned two and a half hours later. We spent more than 10 hours in the cabin with a temperature of 40 degrees. I immediately wrote a complaint to the operator. They sent a response in the form of a report from this guide, where all the facts have been changed. He messed up everything. He blamed the tourists for everything, every word was a lie. In this situation, no one helped the tourists, did not protect them. As a result, odeon refused to refund the money, saying that the tour was conducted completely and at a high level. Please beware of this operator, do not cooperate with him. I hope that the money for the tour will bring Fatih a lot of happiness and health!
