I was sent to the spare parts purchasing manager, who, in my opinion, did not understand at all what I want from him and what spare parts I ask to check. He said it was for the repairman. I went to him, he looked at the manual that the work takes 14 hours and then he gives me: "They say it is very difficult work and they do not have devices for fixing shafts and that they will not be able to help me." As a result, a month of my expectations for smarty. It is good that the condition of my chain is still satisfactory and there is time to find another service station.
Verdict: Incompetent specialists are working who do not understand the essence of the issue and make false promises.

Due to this fact, it is not possible to check the replacement of consumables. Because the client pays money, he has the right to see how IT is carried out and what is done by the master.
2. The boorish attitude of the master - when asked why he tightens the plug after draining the engine oil without unscrewing the oil filter, the answer came - I don't like it, change clothes and do it yourself.
02/16/24 Arrived under warranty. The sound in the radio is gone. We did the diagnosis for a long time (about 4 hours). The verdict of the radio is for replacement, we will wait for delivery (according to the manager from two weeks to three months). They called back two days later. They asked me to come again because not everything was examined. I have arrived. The examination lasted about an hour. I took the car in a hurry. Later, I found poorly assembled panel parts (torpedoes). But I did not focus on this, I corrected everything myself (put the squeeze on the clips). In early April, they called (a tape recorder came). We have previously agreed on the installation time. I have arrived. We installed a tape recorder (TWO HOURS) and about an hour more paperwork. In none of the cases was the acceptance certificate drawn up. I immediately discovered that the dismantling and installation of the torpedo parts were not done well (they made a HOLE in the soft part of the panel during dismantling). The manager's response was amazing. "We didn't climb there. You didn't notice it when you bought a NEW CAR." I bought a car on 6.12.23. Did I drive for four months and did not see it?
I do not recommend this service to anyone. It is better to go to Gomel under warranty and service.

On 09/05/2022, I was on maintenance of the TO-2 at the Geely service center.
The car was taken away without a certificate of acceptance, the service staff did not use the covers for the steering wheel and chair.
After the call, I came to pick up the car, it was already on the street. I paid at the registrar for the certificate of completed work, but no one showed me the car and did not hand it over. There were no replaced auto parts in the car. After reading the act of completed work, I realized that the work on TO-2 was partially completed (the brake fluid and the cabin filter were not replaced). I went back and asked for the replaced parts and to explain why IT was not completed in full. The master who worked with my car was no longer in place. We searched for spare parts for a long time, but we never found them. They said they threw it away. There are doubts whether there was actually a replacement. And as for the fact that IT was not completed in full, I was told that they were not available and I could ride on this brake fluid and on the filter for another year.
They promised to call as soon as the details arrive. No one gave exact dates. And about the replacement parts, they promised to call the next day.
On 09/15/2022, an employee of the Geely service center called me.Mozyr, I asked you to evaluate the maintenance of my car. I expressed all my indignation, after which she promised to sort it out and give an answer on 09/16/2022. But silence again.
I would really like to service my car in full and not worry about its maintenance.

A nice bonus, the payment as a result turned out to be lower than previously stated by 100 rubles.! I am very pleased, I recommend it to everyone! For the sake of such a service, you can even come from Minsk.
I arrived at this service station with a punctured wheel. Couldn't get the secret off. For half an hour I went back and forth for each instrument slowly. I didn't take one, then the other. And all this is really a mess . As the receptionist told me: he's not in the mood.... What?!?!? Mood??!!!! Are you serious??!!!!! As a result, I couldn't remove the secret. He said that it needed to be drilled, like either a bolt or a stud were licked there. I did not risk the alloy wheels and their non-configuration. I went to another service. Guys over 5 (!!!!!) They took off the secrets for about 4 minutes. They said that everything was fine with them, nothing was licked off. I changed the tires in another service (not where the secrets were removed). And there the guys said that everything was fine with the bolts. I do not recommend this service at all. Their non-configuration and quality of service and professionalism 👎👎👎👎
I did a convergence with them, they could not unscrew the steering rod on one side. As a result, the convergence was completed, but the steering wheel is crooked, which is critical for a car with directional stability. On another service, they coped with this task without any problems.

At the end of September 2022, I replaced the suspension parts, supports and tips there. I came to the collapse. They took the car. They made a collapse. I paid the money. Left. But during the operation of the wheelbarrow, the strange behavior of the car on the suspension began to manifest itself.
I went to another service for diagnostics. The verdict. The upper lever. But that's half the trouble.
The coolest thing is the rear adjusting camber rods for replacement. Then the question is how did you do the collapse? If it is seen that the rods with which the adjustment is being made need to be replaced? They didn't fail in a month.
Twice I had the honor to stop at this service station for the collapse. The first time was a terrible negative, for today, pleasant communication with the administration, the same with the master for accepting orders, BUT the master for performing repair work surprised me by saying that in order to perform the collapse, I must develop the adjusting nuts of the tips.

After the winter, I decided to check the suspension, change my shoes and at the same time replace the rotted protective cover of the rear brakes (the problem in the Peugeot 406 was that the handbrake did not work and the ABS error was burning). I found the guys on the Internet based on reviews, called them, came. As a result, the steering tips, the rear stabilization rack were replaced, the handbrake cable was installed, adjusted, and a new ABS sensor was installed. I made a collapse. The receipt is attached, the price suits me. It was done in a couple of hours, the craftsmen and locksmiths know their business. As a bonus, there is a sink. The only caveat is that you cannot stay in the box during work.
Terrible service. I changed the stabilizer rear and front levers. When I picked up the car, I talked to master Sergey and the mechanic who handled the car (the best one they have). They said everything was fine, go ahead. Two hubcaps flew out at the turn (they couldn't even put them on properly! One cap was never found.) Due to the fact that the hood flew away, a terrible picture was revealed in general: there are NO TWO NUTS on the front drive wheel! They didn't screw them on, they lost them and didn't tell me anything and hid them behind the hood! I have never met a more bad attitude towards a client!
