I love a forest fairy tale, the only thing I don't like is that their car only takes the residents of the hotel , it's not fair to the regular guests who drag their skis
A great place for a family holiday with both children and a couple with a significant other. Comfortable treehouses, large two-storey cottages. Cuisine of different nations, playgrounds, all in one place with a beautiful view of the mountains.
You can write endlessly about oh karagai, and personally from me it will always be compliments and thanks!
Very attentive staff, at any stage, from check-in to check-out, any issue is resolved without delay.
Eating in restaurants is a different story! We fell in love with their quail in a Georgian restaurant, now we go specially to have dinner with you)
Thanks a lot to the chefs!
The fresh air, the nature is gorgeous, the cable car is impressive.
Price: for pensioners with a pension certificate 414 tenge;
children 414 tenge;
for adults, 4000 tenge.
Take a windbreaker or a jacket, a hat, a snack with you.
We were with our family, walked around the park, rode the cable car in all areas. We went to a restaurant. The food arrived very quickly. Everything was delicious. Beautiful Italian-style interior (in an Italian restaurant) The restaurant is very clean. Thanks!
It is convenient to get to the place. You can take a taxi from the city or by bus. We took the bus back.
An excellent place to relax. We've been here for the third time and always want to come back again and again. Nice, clean rooms, hearty breakfast (dairy products, fruits, pastries, juices, coffee, omelets, several hot snacks). And most importantly, it is an incredibly beautiful area and surroundings. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.
A wonderful place to relax. I have been to many places, at different recreation centers, there is something to compare it with. Large territory, clean, very beautiful. There are many accommodation options, we chose a tree house, it is very atmospheric, everything is in the room. There are also a lot of ways to spend time. We walked along two hiking trails, got high from the views. We rode the lift to the observation deck. In general, I recommend it, it distracts well from the routine and charges.
A healthy place. We always bring guests here — this is already part of the program for getting to know Kazakhstan))
We just like to walk around the neighborhood, ride electric bikes and climb in the pandapark
Everything you need can be found here for any wallet. There is a 210 bus every hour, at best. Be sure to take the cable car, where you can make a family trip along the trail. A very good trail with interesting observation points. I did not regret that I went, although taxis are certainly tight here and it will be more expensive to call from the city. And you'll have to wait. And if you don't regret it by car. The cost is higher than average prices, but there is a big plus that I really liked, it's cleanliness and thoughtfulness.
Everything is beautiful by nature… But, kitchen, there are just no words. The cuisine is not of the restaurants that stand there separately, namely breakfast. My husband and I are holding a fast, we said that they would bring suhur. Since the price was 104,000 tenge for 1 day, we thought that tomorrow would be good. And here, may Allah forgive me, but it's just shameful for such a place. I'll post a photo right now, you'll see, just look, is that how suhur is served?
Beautiful views, cafes and restaurants, clean free toilets. My nephew really enjoyed the lessons with the instructor. The cable car is open, the queue for it on weekends is just huge. There is also a decent traffic jam at the entrance and exit on weekends. I recommend going on weekdays.
A wonderful place to relax, even alone, but preferably with the whole family or with friends! The air is great. The view is beautiful. We go and enjoy it every year!
A beautiful place in one of the most beautiful gorges of the Almaty region. The only disadvantage is the price, everything is quite expensive, but the places are so picturesque that you can have a great time arriving for a day without spending a penny.
It used to be a great quiet place, now corporate parties have begun to be held to increase profits. From 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., speakers and music are blaring. Even going to the "Boar Lake" you can hear this farce, not to mention the houses, especially in the trees. The kitchen is still normal, which at least slightly smoothes the situation. The main one at the reception generally ignores the presence of guests, the reception staff are great, but at least warn when booking that you do not expect silence.
A place that keeps visiting a thousand times for its nature))) the staff is also good, hospitable) a place where only the prices make your mouth water and thin your pocket
Excellent nature, overall service for 4, but the staff in the restaurants falls far short of 4, the atmosphere is generally good on site. But for such a price level, it is necessary to tighten the service and the range of catering
A great place for walking, the open area is a big plus of the administration. Everything is fine, except for the restaurant, it's expensive, I would like it to taste better.
We were in June. We stayed in a cottage. A great place to relax with your family. A lot of different activities, caring, polite staff, clean, daily cleaning. There are three restaurants to choose from - Kazakh, Georgian and Italian cuisine, there is a burger bar. Buffet breakfasts for every taste.
It's not a bad place, but the prices are certainly cosmic. What kind of accommodation, what kind of food. On average, it is one and a half times higher than in the city. And it's a little boring out of season, there's nothing to do. We could have dropped the price at this time, since most of the rooms are empty.
I am glad that funds are being invested in the restoration and preservation of historical heritage. The color of the building where the palace theater was does not fit into the overall ensemble. The objects of everyday life were not used
A comfortable and pleasant wheelchair in winter. With a good place to change clothes and relax.
Although no, it's bad here)
I recommend cimbulac to everyone!
Everyone just go there.
And here I'll take a ride myself in comfort)
Well, guys, look for adventures here.
The TV is not working, there are no towels. And so the nature is beautiful, but everything is paid. 1305 with love. PS, while we were looking for our number, we got lost..
A good place for active recreation with children, many accommodation options and entertainment for all ages.
Three restaurants (Georgian is the best)
Activities and the cable car only work until 19 o'clock, after that it gets boring, especially considering check-in at 14:00.
Communication is good on the territory.
Great rest, clean air, there are attractions, though for the extreme, the food is good, but very expensive, I would advise you to eat at the national cafe, which is located there
It's a great place. Good nature, remoteness from the hustle and bustle of the city. But not really with food. I was in an Italian restaurant with a nondescript and unmemorable name. I haven't eaten worse pizza even in the dorm, cooked by students. And the price, by the way, is much more expensive than in the city (about 6000 tenge). The interior is more suitable for a dining room. The service is very weak. The waiters plug into the phone instead of watching what is happening in the hall.
I liked Ugusha. Three rope routes, the child is very happy. The cost for the whole day is 6500 - I think it is very acceptable.
In general, it is normal to come for a breath of air and for the child to move actively. You can also go through a simple trekking route.
I'll probably come back, but with a dry ration. Maybe I'll give the Georgian restaurant another chance.
Excellent ski base. We were not there during the canal season, so there was no way to assess the level of the trails. But the whole infrastructure is excellent. What are tree houses worth! Great idea, unusual
Awesome place with great infrastructure. The management of the resort are fantastically professional people, and this is great!!! And after the construction is finished, there will be a bomb!!!
Peace of mind!!! Mountains, blue sky, clean air and loved ones. My memories are only of the good things.
The children liked the rope park and the climbing wall. There are many interesting destinations, the main thing is to make an appointment in advance.
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
In general, everything is cool!!! Drive with a good mood and everything will be great!!!
Excellent location, although much further away than Shimbulak.
The well-equipped territory of the complex for a family holiday is just super!
Cable cars, trails, horseback riding, restaurants and more…
Clean air, friendly staff, good breakfast, some advantages…
Two disadvantages:
1. Paid parking if the room price is below 30 thousand tenge
2. I rented 5 yurts and there was no water in the shower, the phone did not work, so I had to do without a shower that evening…
It is very cold in the Yurt at night in mid-August, and the split system did not work for heating, but these are nuances…
A very interesting place, there are different housing options, ordinary rooms, treehouses, yurts, chalets. There are restaurants on the territory, the food is on the level. What is most interesting is the wheelchair, there are green , blue and red tracks. If you go on weekdays, you can get high, since not a lot of people ride. To be honest, I liked it more than Shymkent. With children, it's generally an ideal place. There are also cafes and eateries on the tracks themselves. In general, I highly recommend it
A great place to relax with your family. However, I was very upset by the lack of at least some free playgrounds on the territory. You charge 5,000 tenge for parking, is it really impossible to provide at least some free children's entertainment, at least the smallest playground
This resort has given us an unforgettable experience. But those who are going to rent ski equipment there, I do not advise, it is very expensive.
And there would be more restaurants inside the resort area, otherwise you don't want to stay for more than 2 days🥹
It's a terrible place. Broken tree houses only look nice in the photo. In fact, it's a barn, everything is broken, everything is the cheapest in the room, the smell is bad. But they meet with a price list for a breakdown. The breakfasts are terrible, unsanitary. The restaurants are the same. I caught a bowel infection after dinner at the Georgian restaurant. If you are not used to Spartan conditions, you do not need to come here.
A fairy tale in Java. Walking away from the bustling city will fill you with energy and strength. Fresh air will cheer up the spirit. The atmosphere will immerse you in pleasant thoughts, and the soul will calm down
