It is convenient to get to the place. You can take a taxi from the city or by bus. We took the bus back.

An excellent place to relax. We've been here for the third time and always want to come back again and again. Nice, clean rooms, hearty breakfast (dairy products, fruits, pastries, juices, coffee, omelets, several hot snacks). And most importantly, it is an incredibly beautiful area and surroundings. A wonderful place to relax. I have been to many places, at different recreation centers, there is something to compare it with. Large territory, clean, very beautiful. There are many accommodation options, we chose a tree house, it is very atmospheric, everything is in the room. There are also a lot of ways to spend time. We walked along two hiking trails, got high from the views. We rode the lift to the observation deck. In general, I recommend it, it distracts well from the routine and charges.

Everything you need can be found here for any wallet. There is a 210 bus every hour, at best. Be sure to take the cable car, where you can make a family trip along the trail. A very good trail with interesting observation points. I did not regret that I went, although taxis are certainly tight here and it will be more expensive to call from the city. And you'll have to wait. And if you don't regret it by car. The cost is higher than average prices, but there is a big plus that I really liked, it's cleanliness and thoughtfulness.

Everything is beautiful by nature… But, kitchen, there are just no words. The cuisine is not of the restaurants that stand there separately, namely breakfast. My husband and I are holding a fast, we said that they would bring suhur. Since the price was 104,000 tenge for 1 day, we thought that tomorrow would be good. And here, may Allah forgive me, but it's just shameful for such a place. I'll post a photo right now, you'll see, just look, is that how suhur is served?

Beautiful views, cafes and restaurants, clean free toilets. My nephew really enjoyed the lessons with the instructor. The cable car is open, the queue for it on weekends is just huge. There is also a decent traffic jam at the entrance and exit on weekends. I recommend going on weekdays.

It used to be a great quiet place, now corporate parties have begun to be held to increase profits. From 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., speakers and music are blaring. Even going to the "Boar Lake" you can hear this farce, not to mention the houses, especially in the trees. The kitchen is still normal, which at least slightly smoothes the situation. The main one at the reception generally ignores the presence of guests, the reception staff are great, but at least warn when booking that you do not expect silence.

We were in June. We stayed in a cottage. A great place to relax with your family. A lot of different activities, caring, polite staff, clean, daily cleaning. There are three restaurants to choose from - Kazakh, Georgian and Italian cuisine, there is a burger bar. Buffet breakfasts for every taste.

It's a great place. Good nature, remoteness from the hustle and bustle of the city. But not really with food. I was in an Italian restaurant with a nondescript and unmemorable name. I haven't eaten worse pizza even in the dorm, cooked by students. And the price, by the way, is much more expensive than in the city (about 6000 tenge). The interior is more suitable for a dining room. The service is very weak. The waiters plug into the phone instead of watching what is happening in the hall.
I liked Ugusha. Three rope routes, the child is very happy. The cost for the whole day is 6500 - I think it is very acceptable.
In general, it is normal to come for a breath of air and for the child to move actively. You can also go through a simple trekking route.
I'll probably come back, but with a dry ration. Maybe I'll give the Georgian restaurant another chance.

The children liked the rope park and the climbing wall. There are many interesting destinations, the main thing is to make an appointment in advance.

1. Paid parking if the room price is below 30 thousand tenge
2. I rented 5 yurts and there was no water in the shower, the phone did not work, so I had to do without a shower that evening…
It is very cold in the Yurt at night in mid-August, and the split system did not work for heating, but these are nuances…

What is most interesting is the wheelchair, there are green , blue and red tracks. If you go on weekdays, you can get high, since not a lot of people ride. It's a terrible place. Broken tree houses only look nice in the photo. In fact, it's a barn, everything is broken, everything is the cheapest in the room, the smell is bad. But they meet with a price list for a breakdown. The breakfasts are terrible, unsanitary. The restaurants are the same. I caught a bowel infection after dinner at the Georgian restaurant. If you are not used to Spartan conditions, you do not need to come here.
