I forgot my things, I left at 12 as expected. I was on the premises before 18, and my luggage was at the reception. No one notified that they had found the items and did not try to return them. After a request to the hotel, on the third day they replied that they had found it, come and pick it up....

A very atmospheric place! Cool location. One love. I can't stop admiring it. I work in this place. There are various activities: a rope park, a trolley park (the longest zip line in Central Asia), horseback riding, various hiking trails, a cable car, a ski slope. Cuisines for different tastes, Italian cuisine, Georgian cuisine, Kazakh cuisine are located in a large yurt, which entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2015 as the largest yurt. There are different rooms for those who appreciate coziness and comfort. There are chalets for large companies, there are rooms in cottages, there is a mini-hotel, there are rooms of a hostel type for budget accommodation, there are tree houses, which entered the top ten eco-hotels in the world. The concept of the eco friendly hotel, all rooms are non-smoking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are also accommodation facilities for people with disabilities. The territory is good, large Parking areas, everything is good in the rooms, high-quality cleaning. There are power outages, while the pumps supplying water to the rooms are turned off. If you live on a hill, for example in treehouses upstairs, then after an electrical outage you can stay without water for a long time. I can't judge how often power outages occur, perhaps it doesn't happen often. But on our arrival, one of the days was marred by long interruptions in the morning. As a result, on the day of departure, there was no opportunity to wash or go to the toilet in the room : (The staff is responsive and leaves a pleasant impression.

On weekdays, in the morning, it was wonderful. There aren't many people. I expected it to be worse. The tracks are quite long. And there are forests and open ones. You can't compare it with a Cimbulac. of course, but you can ride for 3-4 hours.
The restaurant at the top is pleasant, Neat, stylish.
I would recommend going there a couple of times.

There are many advantages such as: food, territory, staff, entertainment, etc., but I did not like that the Internet does not catch in the tree house (1304) (maybe in other houses the same thing), as well as the fact that initially it does not say that you can get, for example, to the center with horses by car with as a driver, in the end we had to walk, and then we were told that we could get there.

It is a very picturesque place. Accommodation for every taste: decent rooms in a shared building, Alpine chalets, glamorous yurts, a town in the trees. There are several ski slopes, a rope park, and a bunting track on the territory. Hiking and horseback riding trails are available in summer. All this is for an additional fee, entertainment is not included in the price.
There is a detached restaurant building with a cafe of European cuisine on the ground floor and a Georgian restaurant on the second floor. Neither impressed me. In theory, there should also be a restaurant of national cuisine (a large yurt), but in January 2020 it did not work.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained.
Quite expensive. I think some of the activities available at the hotel could be included in the price.
Overall, I liked everything. I would like to return here in the summer, when we will establish normal communication between the countries

Very beautiful location, mountains, clean air. We rented houses last winter in a village in the trees, it's very warm inside, the water is clean, you can drink directly from the tap. I really liked the Kazakh cuisine and the breakfasts in the yurt. We went snowboarding, ziplines, and enjoyed the stunning views.
Squirrels are constantly running around the tree houses, you live right in the center of the forest surrounded by nature, it's very cozy and beautiful, everything is covered in snow.
The sauna is a separate attraction, everything is at a high level. In general, I have never seen such a level of service anywhere in Kazakhstan, I want to come again!

I was extremely dissatisfied! The smell of sewage in the room. I checked in in the evening and there was no way out. I had to stay. Booked for 3 days. But in such conditions, the night seemed like an eternity. I checked out in the morning and the administration did not return the deposit to me. They arranged a correspondence, first they said we would return 70%, then they wrote that they would not return anything. And the rooms are not cheap, for Russian money 10,000 rubles a day. Unreasonably expensive price, cheap and smelly rooms tied to a tree. I do not recommend it!!!

We started driving almost twenty years ago. I remember how the first rope park was built... At the very beginning, the eldest frolicked there for free. Sometimes we left later than the staff, we couldn't get our son out of the park... I went up on the climbing wall with a small boy in my arms... There was no asphalt, the old houses stood without windows... But the benevolence and responsiveness of the staff was above all praise. Two decades have passed since then, and Skazka has become the best mountain resort in Alma-Ata. Magnificent chalets, treehouses, and trolls appeared... Excellent service. Now it is a huge outdoor recreation complex!!! And, like a miracle, the spirit of benevolence and kind attitude towards vacationers, the spirit of old Alma-Ata, has been preserved.
Excellent ski trails in winter and excellent hiking trails in summer.
However, shish kebab used to be tastier when it was fried right next to the cash register, on an open-air barbecue ...

I haven't been here for a long time. Everything has become even better. A new Forest Fairy Tale has been built, which can be reached by cable car from the old Forest Fairy Tale. A cafe has been built at the very height, where you can drink delicious coffee and have a light snack with a beautiful view. It's perfect for hiking. It is clear that the territory is being cared for and money is being invested in development. Probably, this is one of the few places where you want to return. I really liked it. I recommend it!

We celebrated the New Year in this hotel.
The reception staff is friendly enough, the rooms are clean, I also want to note that all the guests were congratulated on the upcoming year and presented with gifts.
The food in the Italian restaurant is very tasty, everything is fresh, the waiters are prompt and friendly.
A negative impression was formed about the New Year's program and the staff who work in the rental of ski equipment:
1) 115,000 tenge per person was paid for the New Year's program and the cheapest alcohol was put on the table for this money.
Entertainment included a laser show and contests that lasted more than 50 minutes. In the future, people come to drink and relax, and not spend the whole evening on stage)
The music was playing very loudly, and it was impossible to communicate at the table. The request to turn down the sound was ignored.
2) There are huge queues in the rental area (which is understandable), but the attitude of the staff is a separate story. They give out dirty and torn things, when asked to replace them, they say that there is no other, you approach another employee-he changes everything that is needed. I am a girl with XS clothing size and I was given XL pants, arguing for the lack of other sizes and at the same time the person behind me in the queue is given size S…

Excellent room stock! Very comfortable junior suites in small cottages. There is a good training slope nearby. A very comfortable playground with a closed room (yurt) is for children. There are 3 restaurants on site. But I like Georgian most of all: both the food and the service. We will definitely come back
