The impression of the office, to put it mildly, is not the most positive... I'm not asking for it to be like in Russia - if we work from 9:00, then we open at 8:30 so that the client can drive the car, arrange it, and at exactly 9:00 the masters will start working with it - but at least open at exactly 9:00 (especially considering that you are sleeping in the next room) or answering the phone to say "I will be there in 5 minutes and we will open" would be possible. Further in relation to the client. I called and asked when I could drive the car. They said, "bring it in on Wednesday morning, we'll take it to work, you'll pick it up on Friday morning." And so he did. I drove it on Wednesday, waited until 9:15, opened it. Some kind of inarticulate receptionist came out, for some reason went to the car, looked into it and said that he could not take the car until next Tuesday, because - attention! - they drove 2 cars to him! That is, I, who called and signed up for Wednesday, is that so, did someone give a shit? Naturally, the desire to cooperate with them disappeared completely after that, if they are like that in small things, then what can we say about situations when they mess up something?
