I really liked the trip to Georgia on 15.06 with 2 children (15 and 6 years old) from Olan tour
.It's an amazing country!Very beautiful nature, wonderful people and amazing food and drinks!
The hotels along the route are good, the drivers and guides are professionals in their field, the excursions are just on top.
I was very impressed with the Seashell Hotel (Kobuleti), where we stayed upon arrival at the sea.The staff is polite and attentive, they speak Russian.We were greeted very good-naturedly)They quickly settled into rooms, helped with luggage.The hotel has an elevator, which is good news)The rooms are clean and cozy.There is everything you need:beds,wardrobe,table,bedside tables,air conditioning,TV,kettle.In the bathroom: shower,towels,shampoos,gels,soap, etc.I would like to mention the design of the hotel.Everything is done with taste and soul!Very green area, plenty of space to relax with friends and family.There is a swimming pool.Meals are buffet style.Unlimited food.Meat,fish,khachapuri,eggs,salads,vegetables,fruits,side dishes, etc.Everything is always fresh and delicious!The convenient location of the hotel allows you to quickly reach the sea, cafes and shops (5-7 minutes on foot).I recommend
this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back here again!

Terrible, just terrible.
On vacation, we decided to go to Georgia with the children. Everything was painted beautifully. Excellent hotel five minutes from the sea, wonderful hosts, delicious food. You'll have a great rest.
As a result, after three days of driving. We settled in the Seashell. The room is dirty. The room is bunk, the last step on the stairs is loose, there is a constant fear that the children will fall. There are cobwebs on the windows and dead insects. By the number of the pile of hair. The mattresses with pillows on the beds are terrible. I was ill for a day and lay with a fever, I thought I would not get up from this couch. There is no basic dryer in the room (inherited from neighbors). They were drying clothes on the railing. There is no curtain in the shower. After I bought everything in the water. The water in the shower barely comes off, while you wash, you stand ankle-deep in water. The food is terrible. The children simply refused to eat. We went to the canteen and went to eat in a cafe. I had to contact the travel agency and cancel the meal. Unfortunately, there are still breakfasts, although there is nothing to eat on them. When we came to breakfast, one day he was not found in general. I contacted the office. And? And the reaction is "0". They asked what time they came for breakfast and that was it. No compensation of any kind, no banal "We apologize". When we were there, people were left without lunch. When the fuss started, they brought yesterday's cold cutlets, put them on, eat them. With food, waste-free production. If you haven't finished the pasta at lunch, it's a casserole in the evening. They didn't finish the mashed potatoes with cutlets, again it becomes a casserole. After two days, some kind of soup is cooked from the salad. I haven't seen any other soups. Porridge is rare. Butter is margarine. Breakfast is dumplings. In short, the buffet. Some Georgian pioneers were vacationing with us. Often the food was left on them, and we... Eat whatever you find. Lunch was served, something was eaten, the pioneers arrived, they were exposed to khinkali. No one cleans the rooms. There is an additional fee for this. You need to wash something, pay. No one changed the towels during the whole vacation. No one brought toilet paper. The urn is broken. You put a garbage bag on the floor, it gets all wet after taking a shower. There is no refrigerator in the whole building (there were in the next one), or rather it stands on the ground floor, but it either works or not, I opened everything warm, but it buzzes. And the stink from it is terrible, probably, it is also cleaned for an additional fee. Of the advantages – air conditioning, Wi-Fi (you won't be surprised by them now), but I didn't catch it well everywhere.
Contacting the owners is not an option. The hostess has a brick face, there is nothing to talk about with her. During the entire vacation, she never answered "hello" to me. The owner will always nod his mane with a stupid smile, smile stupidly, and splash a smurf on you at the very least. But he doesn't do anything on the appeals. I got the money, and you do as you want. The dryer... Yes, yes, well and gone. People need to change the light bulb, yes, and forget it. The toilet doesn't flush, and that's fine. I still didn't understand how to find someone at the reception.
We drove back merrily. The Olan-tura bus broke down. Although before the trip we were assured that the new buses were comfortable. We took a Georgian bus. When people sat down, they said, "Hooray, we're going home." We got into minibuses at the border. Then the Russian bus. And only then, after another transplant, Olanturovsky. That's what they didn't let us down in- transshipment hotels. No match for Seashell. Everything was fine in Tbilisi, Rostov and Voronezh at the recreation center.
The trouble is. We also meet other Belarusians vacationing. Those who came with another travel agency, who live in other hotels. Everyone is happy. The food is excellent, fruits are vegetables, I don't want to eat, strangers come and order food. The hotels are great. Someone got sick, the owners took the car to the hospital. Some kind of holiday, the owners and vacationers celebrate together. Everyone is happy with everything. Somehow, everything is sad for us personally. Yes, if you relax like young people who came together. Then you can close your eyes to everything. I woke up, Winchik got drunk and hit the road. But when you want a little comfort, as for me it's not a Seashell and probably not an Olan tour.
Olan Tour is responsible for all the gloom that was on vacation. They chose a hotel, they sold us a ticket, they assured us that everything would be fine. Did we pay a lot of money (something like 2,350 USD 2 adults 3 children) for the promise of a good holiday? No. For this money, there should be at least some comfort and attention. A normal attitude. Here, we received the money and goodbye.
In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, then contact Olan-tour and Seashell. Maybe if they change the hotel, everything will change, but I hope so. May other vacationers be more lucky than us in the future. Although if they do not react in any way now to the fact that people are just shocked by the rest, then what can change in the future? And so they heard from Seashell's Olan Tour, they said: "Goodbye" and closed the door. Don't mess with me.
One thing did not let us down - the weather and the sea. And there is no merit to Olan-tur in this either.

I do not recommend this travel company, especially for tours to Georgia:
1. We booked seats on the bus, we paid extra money for it. The manager said that all the seats are available, choose any. As a result, the day before the trip, the manager writes to us and says that the places we have chosen are occupied, let's choose others. Such confusion was not only with us, but also with other tourists.
2. Manager of the OlAn tour. I asked questions: Does the Seashell Hotel have: shower gel, shampoos, shower towels, beach towels? They answered me: "Yes, everything is there." As a result: there was no shower gel, one shampoo per person was 20 ml, which was enough to wash your head 2 times. There are no towels for the beach.
3. The description of the hotel in Georgia (Kobuleti) given by OlAn tour: "The Seashell 3* Hotel, a cozy hotel surrounded by lush gardens, offers its guests comfortable living conditions."
This description is a lie, the hotel is damp, mildew, dirt, dust, sometimes there was no hot water. There was no hair dryer or kettle in the room. The conditions are not comfortable. The gardens are not lush.
The photo on the website is only of the new building, but there is also an old one)) The rooms there are completely different, worse.
"The hotel has a restaurant with Georgian and European cuisine, which serves dishes made from fresh local products. The concept of food is a buffet. There is also a rooftop bar with a wide range of drinks and snacks. Free Wi-Fi is available on site"
"Restaurant" a la dining room. Buffet – 1 choice of meat, sometimes meat with a side dish at once, 1-2 side dishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad. There were cases when there was not enough meat for everyone and they said "there is no more meat." There was no sign of a rooftop bar. Wi-Fi was intermittent, as luck would have it.
4. Olan Tur promised "A comfortable bus ride." The bus is in disrepair, with large cracks and holes on the windshield. During the trip, mechanical problems with the bus started, thank God we got there. But the next group did not get there, the bus broke down halfway to the sea. There was the same bus back, but the glass had already been replaced. However, on the way, the drivers collected large cans of water and poured it into the mechanism, apparently something was wrong, as green liquid was leaking out.
5. "Route support". It's actually a funny story. The maintainer who does not solve any issues. And he says, "I'm just accompanying you, I don't know anything, I don't decide anything, I have nothing to do with anything." Usually, the escorts come to an agreement at the border, and the bus passes faster. In our case, the escort was sitting on the bus, and our tourists went and solved issues at the border!!! To let us through, so that no one cuts us off. We went and looked at the situation, and if we saw that there was a separate lane for buses, we talked, and we drove forward. Everything was decided by tourists!!
Despite the fact that the escort emphasized that everyone knows her here, she has already traveled many times. What's the use? Everything was done by tourists who were tired of this lawlessness and the indifference of the escort.
The drivers probably went to Georgia for the first time. They are afraid to go, everyone cuts us off and climbs ahead. As a result, we stood on the Russian-Georgian border for 21 hours. And the bus that was behind us overtook us and was ahead)))) He did not stand for so many hours, simply because there are normal drivers who know how to negotiate and are not afraid to drive in such conditions.
As a result, the OlAn tour deceives its tourists, throws them to the mercy of a foreign country. Tourists without communication at the border, and the escort has nothing to do with it and does not solve anything)))

I have been using the services of the Olan-tour travel agency for many years. We traveled from them to Egypt, Turkey, the Emirates, and Cuba. The managers are attentive, polite, always in touch, from the beginning to the end of the trip, they select the most profitable vacation options for us. I also often travel to Moscow by bus from Olan-tura for work. Comfortable clean buses always and a pleasant attitude.

We travel a lot with different travel agencies, but this is the first time we have encountered such a terrible attitude towards people.
Firstly, we did not go on a checked bus, and on the way it broke down and we waited 4 hours for another bus to come for us.
Secondly, there were basically stops for all paid toilets! Although there were a lot of gas stations along the way
Upon arrival at the hotel house, our rooms were not ready, or rather they were generally occupied and we had to live in another room for a day.
In the third, on the way home, we were transferred to another bus, and everyone moved things in the rain!!!
In general, we will not turn to this tour operator anymore!!!

Tour to Georgia 30.07.2024-08/14/2024. The room and breakfast at the hotel did not correspond to the picture (photo, video) and the stories of the OlAn-tour travel agency (contract with them) and the Centerturist intermediary (I booked the tour through them). The shower was broken in the room, the sink was cracked, the bedside table and chest of drawers were dirty, without a door. The shelves in the closet were held on nails. The door of this piece of furniture fell out and almost fell on my daughter. There is a hole in the wall near the air conditioner. The door handle was held by snot. Push open the door and you're in the room. I sent photos and videos to the travel agency - there was no reaction. The ignoring is complete. This was the situation for many of our guests, both in terms of rooms and food. On the way back, we drove four vehicles: a Georgian bus, a bus with Russian plates, a Russian bus and a Belarusian bus (on which we were traveling to Georgia and which broke down on the way behind us). There were no words of apology at all. Only negative memories. I definitely do not recommend it

We have traveled by these buses from Moscow to Orsha more than once. Of course, the conditions were not very good, there was no trash... Until yesterday.
So, I was driving from Moscow to Orsha on Monday evening. At first everything was more or less, we were driving, I fell asleep on the road, I slept very soundly, because I had not slept the night before. Initially, my seat next to mine was empty.
I woke up closer to the border, from the sexual harassment of a neighbor. He sat down somewhere, I can't say for sure. The man is big, most likely not sober. When I woke up and tried to resist, he began to threaten that it would be worse. I still managed to get to the driver and ask for help, to which the driver did not react in any way. Before Orsha, I was sitting in another seat, when the bus stopped, I saw that the man was also getting out. He took his things and was obviously waiting for me. I repeatedly asked the driver to call the police, to which the driver rudely sent me, rolled my suitcase away from the bus and went to the other end of the platform.. Everything ended well for me, only because the taxi driver, who was watching from the side, 'took me on board' and told that guy that he would personally call the police and be a witness. After that, the fellow traveler disappeared.
It is very interesting who should ensure the safety of passengers on the way and what to do in a critical situation if the driver reacts in this way.

While we arrived in Kobuleti, we solved a lot of issues ourselves. There are a lot of complaints about this office. In Seychelles, everything does not match the description that Olan's manager told us. The reserved rooms were not provided to us. For a room with a balcony, they paid plus 10 euros per person. They put us in a room without a balcony.We solved the issue ourselves, begged, negotiated.There are a lot of negative things, nothing else with the Olan tour and nowhere else.

Валентина. Экскурсия в Белгосцирк. Экскурсия очень понравилась. Экскурсовод Марина Евгеньевна супер. Музей Квантум классный. Потом поехали на валуны. Прошлись по одной дорожке. Но место очень красивое, парк шикарный. Решили то вернёмся туда следующий раз при хорошей погоде. Музей мини очень понравился. И для детей он тоже хорош. Очень современный, показ и миниатюры, и фото с планшета. Есть аудиогид. Хорошая поездка, спасибо.

On December 29, my husband and I bought tickets for the Olanare tour for the first time, before that we always went on a visit tour, but it is inconvenient for us to get from Novoyasenskaya. That's why we bought it in Olanara tour. They were supposed to leave at 19 o'clock, the bus was delivered at 21 o'clock, a cold old one. But that's not the worst part. My husband was returning on January 2, the ticket was purchased in advance for 130 rubles, at the New Year's rate. They didn't let him on the bus, they said he wasn't on the list. ‼️‼️‼️I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Route: Bobruisk 10.07.24 departure at 19.00 Moscow 11.07.24 at 07.30 arrival.
The bus was initially put on the line in a faulty condition, the first breakdown was fixed before entering the Russian Federation at 23.23 for 30 minutes, then we drove on, after 500m at 00.05 it finally broke down.
Passengers who were in a hurry to board a plane or with young children, we put them first and 41 people out of 52 were left waiting for a backup bus (as it turned out later that the carrier did not have one) for 2 hours they allegedly searched for a bus. Until we called the police, after the police arrived, we were told that there would be 2 minibuses soon (but they would not be able to pick up all the passengers)and what the rest of us do is unknown, we are waiting for a minibus, the driver approached the passengers and announced that the company would refund the money to everyone.
Half an hour later, he said that there would be a bus at 5:00, the bus arrived at 6:30 in the morning (so that you understand, there was no toilet nearby, there was no place to eat or drink) we left at 6.300 for Moscow and arrived at 13.25!!!😠
No refund was received, THEY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE‼️‼️‼️
By purchasing a ticket from this carrier, there is no guarantee that you will arrive on time.
I think that you will have 52 fewer passengers🤬
By the way, if you're counting on Wi-Fi, then it's not there either.

The bus is not really designed for long journeys:there are no side headrests, the seats, if they move apart, creak, the toilet does not work, the Wi-Fi does not work well. But these are flowers. The Seashell Hotel, where we were settled, is the horror of the modern world. Dirt, mold, narrow rooms with broken furniture and a rusty bathroom.A rusty refrigerator is one per floor.We managed to relocate only half of the rest and then with a scandal, with our own efforts. I bought a round-trip ticket only because there is a Wi-Fi stop at the Kazan railway station.
I was driving from Bobruisk to Moscow - there was no declared Wi-Fi at all, I was driving back Wi-Fi was only on the territory of the Russian Federation.
On 12/14/2023, I left av Khovrino at 21:00 from Moscow to Bobruisk.
The first stop was closer to one o'clock in the morning.

Не первый раз летаем от Олан-тура. Всегда остаемся довольны обслуживанием, этот год не исключение. Отдыхали в отеле Selcukhan 4*. Отель понравился. Размещение, уборка каждый день, питание, СПА, анимация все достойно. Сейф в номере, хамам бесплатно, Очень удачно расположен развлекательный центр, не под окнами отеля, а около моря через дорогу от отеля и нет громкой музыки под окнами номера. Спасибо Олан-туру за отличный отдых!

Поездки из РБ в РФ или наоборот, это всегда игра в рулетку, как повезет. Езжу много лет. Всякое бывало. И автобусы ломались, и «лесников» перевозили, и пьяных «бедолаг» по дороге подбирали. Понятно, за лакшери это явно не сюда. Главные претензии - пьяные пассажиры. Люди разные, кто-то лежит и молча спит похрапывая, а кто-то пристает к другим пассажирам, шумит, воняет и тому подобное. Ехать в автобусе не 2 часа, и никто не рад такой компании. Водители порядок навести не могут (не все). В общем, если бы не комфортные условия для меня по графику поездок и особенно месту остановки, то скорее всего Олан-туром ездила бы очень редко.

Всем добрый день! Уже который год пользуюсь услугами Олан-Тур, сама компания очень хорошая, сотрудники очень приятные. Этот отзыв адресован выше стоящему руководству компании!!!! Прошу обратить Пристальное внимание!!! На техническое состояние автобусного парка. Из года в год автобусы приходят в ненадлежащее состояние а ими нужно хотя бы изредка но заниматься. Тогда вы сможете составить хорошую конкуренцию Визи-Туру. Я думаю не стоит писать что произошло 5.01.23 на рейсе Бобруйск-Москва. Поэтому пожалуйста отнеситесь к таким отзывом более внимательно и принимайте правильное решение.

Отдыхали с семьёй из 3 человек с 26.06 по 03.07 в Грузии . Сами из Солигорска. Отдых очень понравился. Немного не повезло с погодой. Из семи дней три дня было без дождя. Но для Грузии в этот период это норма.Отель выбрали Old Batumi4*в старом Батуми. Номер на 3. С завтракам. Завтраки были очень приличные. Смена полотенце и вынос мусора ежедневно. Минус ,расположен был среди строек. Но Грузия не для того чтобы сидеть в номере или валяться на пляже. Очень интересные экскурсии на водопады, каньёны, пещеры. И просто прогуляться по набережной. Получили очень много впечатлений.

С годами качество услуг все хуже. Родители ехали из Бобруйска в Москву 30.12.22, автобус сломался(что уже не редкость),пассажиры 2 часа ждали в офисе, не зная успеют ли вовремя приехать. У кого-то в Москве была пересадка,на которую не успевали люди в канун Нового года. В районе могилева сломалось зеркало и автобус 20мин стоял, пока водители скотчем это зеркало клеили. Людей не выпустили. В самом могилеве из-за задержки рейса туалеты были закрыты и людям никто не предложил альтернативного варианта.Мы не знали,когда встречать родителей, потому что последовательность остановок тоже никто не объявлял. Желания пользоваться такими услугами все меньше и меньше

Ехали в субботу из Бобруйска в Москву. Автобус АА 8139-6. На улице -20, ждали автобус 40 минут, все позамерзали. После целый час не могли закрыть багажник, внутри воняло бензином и весь час были открыты двери, продолжали мерзнуть дальше. Как выяснилось , по дороге, у данного автобуса проблема с печкой, т.к. он не греет, ноги у моего ребенка были ледяные, даже по приезду в Москву. На одной из остановок что-то поковыряли, не уверена, что помогло, вернее не помогло, раз ребенок мёрз. На одной из остановок в Москве вскипел движок, водители доблестно его охлаждали, прождали еще 20 минут. Наконец, по приезду в на конечную станцию еще одно диво, багажник был затянут буксировочным тросом, чтобы не открылся.
Спасибо, что довезли живыми.
Что это за издевательство над людьми!! Неужели нельзя купить нормальные автобусы,а это корыто выкинуть!! Немаленькие деньги, между прочим, платим за поездку.

Недавно только вернулись из Египта, спасибо ОлАн-туру за организованный отдых. Никаких проблем по проживанию, перелёту и так далее. Это одно из тех редких турагентств, что подбирает путевки, выгодные прежде всего покупателям, учитывая все пожелания клиента. Будем обращаться еще!

Бобруйск -Москва Ехала недавно, автобус большой, не было юизби рядом, с верху сломанная розетка, пол дороги кондиционер был ном, потом врубили холод, попросила сделать теплее врубили парилку, видно на зло, девушка пришла говорит жарко, врубили опять холод....

Отличная туркомпания. Всегда вежливые диспетчера и администраторы!!! Ещё ни разу не было никаких проблем, только помогают и идут на встречу. Автобусы хорошие, водители отзывчивые и справедливые! Большое спасибо за помощь всему коллективу! Раньше ездила с другими компаниями, альтернатива конечно есть, но я лично рекомендую именно эту компанию.

Постоянно на нем езжу, все устраивает. Чистые автобусы, все быстро. Единственный нюанс очень неудобные кресла, мои плечи не помещаются

Пользуемся этим перевозчиком долгое время. Ездим по маршруту Могилев - Москва и обратно. Очень нравится, что водители вежливы, приезжают в Москву раньше. По возможности дают места, которые просим. Удобно что есть остановки по Москве.

Для меня самый комфортный автобус на маршруте Москва-Бобруйск-Москва. Ездить приходится постоянно, ещё и домашним животным (кошкой).
Первое: комфортные сидения (в отличии от Визит Тура, где даже при моих 165 см, мои коленки мне почти в груди упираются, на столько мало места между сидениями).
Второе: очень дружелюбное отношение водителя, к пассажирам с дом. животными. Ехать 12 часов, а то и более зверю естественно не комфортно в переноске и она начинает мяукать и всех беспокоить. Чтоб такого не было - из переноски достаю и держу все дорогу кота на руках (естественно все сидения - 2 места покупные, застилаю пеленкой, чтоб не было шерсти и прочего вреда салону) и спокойно с кошкой еду. В отличии от того же Визит Тура, где спустя 8-10 часов переноски кот просто начинает плакать и выть. Но водитель даже на плёнке переноску не разрешает поставить кошку на сиденье (опять же, при покупке 2! мест), так и приходится всему автобусу ехать 2-3 часа ещё под кошачий вой.
Из минусов, иногда действительно в автобус ездят нетрезвые работяги и это бывает доставляет изрядный дискомфорт. Однако в том же Визит Тура это также сплошь и рядом.

Ездим с Олан-тур постоянно. Дешевые туры, всегда есть из чего выбрать - Египет, Турция, Болгария, Хорватия, где мы только не ездили. И вот недавно вернулись из тура в Москву. Всё прошло очень хорошо. Экскурсовод потрясающий, в автобусе удобно и комфортно. Мы остались очень довольны туром в Москву. Рекомендую.

Ехала по маршруту Москва- Бобруйск. Осталась довольна поездкой. Есть гибкая система скидок, удобный автовокзал Северные ворота, откуда отправляется автобус в Москве. Прямо около метро, что радует, Приехали в Бобруйск точно в срок. Спасибо "ОлАн- тур"

I do not recommend it . Very uncomfortable chairs, armrests broken off with meat, heating in the bus is just a torment.!!! The bus has a pungent chemical stench , it 's dirty ! No Wi-Fi. There is no transponder and the bus stops to pay in cash. It feels like I'm in a third world country ! I'm not going with them anymore.

В какие-то сроки ввели систему скидок, при этом не объяснили с какого времени. Очередной раз прихожу за билетом , спрашиваю: А вам не давали карту скидок. Отметили оплату на данный день. Однако приходили позже меня за билетом и им выдали карту скидок с отметкой оплаты за прошедшие дни включая.

Ехала с дочкой 2,5 годика - полёт нормальный))Отличное агенство, хорошие операторы, ответственные и вежливые водители! Маршрут Москва-Могилёв.Останавливались довольно часто, на заправках, для человеческих нужд) На границе отстояли в районе часа, в связи с обстановкой в стране! Автобус достаточно комфортабельный, прошу заметить , что бывают намного хуже! Людей в автобусе было не много, и это плюс, так как можно было прилечь на два сиденья) Вообщем ,вся поезда прошла на 5+) Рекомендую данную фирму))!

09.01.2022 Рейс Бобруйск-Москва (Северные Ворота)
Посадка в Орше 22:30
2,5 часа автобус стоял на границе в ожидании пассажиров, которые не могли пересечь границу легальным путем. Пока их возили обходными путями, все оставшиеся пассажиры должны были ожидать. По итогу вместо ориентировочного времени прибытия на автовокзал Северные ворота 7:30 прибыли к 11 часам дня. И дело здесь явно не только в пробках
Со слов водителя никто ни за что не отвечает. Видео и аудиозаписи разговоров есть.
Олан -Тур, если вы хотите заработать больше на пассажирах без права въезда в РФ- закладывайте это время в расчетное время в пути.
Многие пассажиры опоздали на работу, а кто-то на поезд.
Ущерб, полученный пассажирами в результате вашей дополнительной незаконной деятельности возмещен конечно же не будет, т.к. см выше никто ни за что не отвечает.
Если у вас много свободного времени и желания провести ночь в автобусе в ожидании- отличный вариант

Много лет пользуюсь услугами этого турагенства. Ездили и на летний отдых, и на экскурсии по Беларуси. Периодически у них бывают отличные авторские туры по Европе. Я ездила в один такой в Италию. Недорого и очень душевно! Ольга Ильясова была автором тура. А еще у них каждый день рейсовые автобусы Бобруйск-Москва, Москва-Бобруйск. Я по работе езжу. Удобные чистые автобусы всегда и приятное отношение.
