We were satisfied, but it is a 2 star hotel , it isn't higher.

This hotel has a number of advantages and disadvantages.
1. I did not book a room here, but my previous hotel refused to check me in due to lack of rooms, and on January 2, I was moved here, which I am glad because finding a hotel in the city center during the holidays is a blessing.
2. The location is excellent (please note that taxis are not allowed in the old town, and it takes 2 minutes to walk from Gosha Gala to the hotel)
3. My room was changed due to the lack of hot water in the shower, and, in general, the staff tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible, including changing the shower system and tolerating my tantrum when a taxi did not arrive for me at the airport (the check-in desk employee later helped me with this)
3. I was disappointed by the poor breakfast and expired yogurts, and the food that was on the buffet. If possible, go to the Qaynana restaurant around the corner for breakfast.
Of the cons:
There is a feeling that money has not been invested in the hotel for a long time, and cosmetic repairs are needed, mattresses are replaced in the rooms, sometimes there is a strange smell.
In any case, if you are an unassuming guest, this hotel benefits from its location and attitude to the guests' problems.

The location is great. At breakfast, you can see the Caspian Sea from the veranda. At any time, you can go out for a walk along the old streets. We've been there a long time and the staff was very helpful. As it seemed to me, we are sincerely glad to have guests from the post-Soviet space

I can recommend the hotel: location, price, wonderful staff! They eliminate all disadvantages, because replacement of consumables (bedding, towels, bathrobes) is required. The breakfasts are really empty, but you can buy the usual set of products in the supermarket and complement the restaurant's dishes with them. Take a room above the standard, then there will be a view from the window and it will be spacious. Thanks to the staff who made the holiday wonderful!

The room with a balcony is large and cozy, a comfortable bed, lots of pillows. The restaurant did not work, only the breakfast was quite simple and not very tasty. The reception, upon request, brings everything you need to the room - thanks a lot to them for that. We lived for 4 nights, one day we didn't clean at all, despite the sign on the door. The second time they cleaned up, but they didn't give any towels or shampoos. There is no conditioner and lotion - keep in mind, take it with you. Hair dryers and faucets need to be changed, of course, a long time ago. And in general, the hotel left a pleasant impression - it is located well, very close to the main gate of the old town.

Excellent hotel in the historical center. The hospitality and cordiality is off the scale!!! Choosing a hotel in the old town, which is more than five thousand years old, the choice must be made consciously, and be aware that there may smell of sewage, and the view from the window may be on the neighboring house, attached closely, but, this is a HISTORIC OLD TOWN!!! Everything is nearby and everything is at hand! Plus the atmosphere, spirit, traditions, it feels especially acute here! For some reason, in Venice, no one is confused by the smell of mud, dampness and sewage, and tourists are bursting there by the millions. We will come to Baku in the summer and we will definitely stay at this hotel!

Old town. Very quiet street, small hotel. The room is clean, slippers, bathrobes, towels, gels are available. Beautiful view from the panoramic window on the top floor, where breakfast tables are set.

One of the advantages is a good location . The room is average - it has not been renovated for a long time and the smell is stable and musty. Breakfast - you won't stay hungry, but you don't really want to eat anything from what is offered. The bed is not bad. The staff is polite

One of the advantages is the location. Of the disadvantages: see the photo. Breakfast is located on the roof, although closed, but like a summer veranda. We came, and steam is coming out of our mouths, it's so cold. On the second day we went to another place to have breakfast.

Very nice hotel. It was cold, they asked us to turn on the batteries, explained how to use them))
Very convenient location. The old town can be explored every day, near a shop and restaurants (a lot!!)
Azer is an amazing manager. Helps in everything, prompts, ideas for a meeting.
Breakfast is also brought to the room.
And the old town, of course, is of fantastic beauty! And not far from tovarnaya street, where everything is.
I really liked everything, we will be happy to come back again))

We stopped by this hotel on January 2. Bought into the beautiful advertising and reviews. In fact, the room turned out to be terribly cold! We arrived with a small child, while we were looking for other options, we sat in the room, everyone froze! All the advantages of this hotel location, cleanliness are crossed out! The advertisement is beautiful, the photo is also, in fact, small rooms, with a musty smell, stale air, with a view not to the sea, and not to the street, but to some pipes, from which there is a constant noise!

The location is super. Historical center. Close to the embankment, the city center and the main tourist places. Quiet, soulful, within walking distance of many colorful cafes and restaurants with excellent national cuisine. The rooms are nice - clean, spacious, everything you need is there. Breakfast is a little meager, but everything is fresh. Polite and helpful staff.
