We stayed at the cottage in July 2024. From what we liked:
friendly and pleasant staff, also an acceptable price if you discount the company, three separate rooms, each room has air conditioning, there is a kitchen where you can cook food, as there is a stove and a refrigerator and a kettle, you can park the car next to the house, there is a gazebo and a barbecue and there is a swing next to the house.
Of the cons:
1) dirty floor - we were with a small child who had just started crawling, it was unrealistic to let him go to the floor, there were tons of dirt everywhere, the floor was sticky, it was just scary to look under the table or sofa, there was centuries-old dust, garbage from previous tenants and so on. There is a sofa in the room with the kitchen, it is covered in huge stains, there were also dirty dishes, greasy and streaked. There is a constant water level in the shower (probably you need to clean the pipes), when rinsing the toilet water, water with dirt rises in the shower cabin. On the day of check-in for 6 people, we had 2 small (kitchen-sized) towels, we asked us to bring large ones for each person, we waited and waited, and as a result, on the 3rd day we were reminded of this again, we received our towels. There is no mosquito net on the windows, it is very stuffy in the house, at night I did not want to turn on the air conditioner during sleep, but I just want to open the window, but a million mosquitoes and insects fly into it, because it is in the forest!!! Please make insect nets. 🙏🏻 We rented a house for 10 thousand a day. For such dirt and slow service, the price is expensive, but if you throw off a large company, then you get the full norms. I think I would have returned here again if I had faced the problem of finding housing in Belarus again.

The Olympian. Relax Performance#1. We had a rest together with my husband . Advantages - the territory (its own courtyard surrounded by a fence), location (within walking distance of the Minsk Sea), atmosphere (apple orchard, sunsets, sunrises, water view), sauna, font (included in the price), barbecue, recreation areas, swing. Cons - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows (mosquitoes are always with you), the gate to the courtyard was opened by an employee with his keys, also without knocking (when you rest with a couple, it's tin).

Great place 👍rented two houses on June 1-3, celebrated the Anniversary with a friend. The house is cozy, everything you need for living is there, kitchen, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, large bathroom. Barbecue, gazebo, benches, swings. Close to Minsk. Car Parking near the cabins. The beach is close. We had a good rest!. I recommend.

Slightly tired houses (they were not in the most expensive ones, so there are no complaints), but a very spacious and well-maintained territory. The beach is not far from the recreation center, but not equipped like "grandma's in the village", the bottom is muddy and with branches.
In general, we had a good rest and had a good time. The administration is going to a meeting, they were allowed to extend the house for several hours from 12 to evening for a small surcharge.

The house without a room is cozy. Two rooms and a hall. The beds are comfortable, peace and quiet. It's good that we got a covered gazebo during the May holidays. At a very inexpensive price. But! The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty. A table in a gazebo in Giroux. No saucepan, no bowl, no water glass. There are cutlery, but they also had to be washed. Shower, toilet, everything is there.
Yes, the price is a penny by the standards of the Moscow region. But damn! At least the dishes could be washed. And so, between the plates in the dryer there were leftovers of food and salad from previous guests. So stock up on disposable tableware.

It's not the first time we've come to relax, and in general everything was fine until the idea came up to relax in a new house with the intriguing name Relax cottage number 2. it was the most expensive and suited us in terms of capacity. But that was not the case. I'll start with the fact that there are 6 adults, and the house is catostrophically small and only four people can relax there more or less comfortably. Because if you use two extra beds, you will have to walk over each other's heads. That is, there are two people in one room, two plus one in the second side by side (there are no air conditioners, the stuffiness is unreal, the so-called window cannot be opened, because summer mosquitoes, etc.)and one person in the kitchen, where CM occupies absolutely all the space. And that would be all right, having already come to terms with this idea, we found an unrealistic number of spiders of different sizes in the kitchen. A bunch of cobwebs in the corners.Photos are attached .as a result, one of us had to sleep in the car, such a relaxation for 500 Belarusian rubles per day. There is also a nuance in the territory, nature and views are of course excellent, but glass fragments on the territory of the house are not very good.of course, I would like to add about the sauna with a font, they are excellent, there are no questions here. But unfortunately, there is something to continue the negative impression.The door at the entrance to the territory closes every other time. The question is why a fence, if it is not a house but a passageway. And it feels like all the vacationers came to us with different questions. And this twitching got pretty tired of the evening. The final one was when they came from the neighboring house with claims that the music was playing loudly. I repeat, this is not the first time we have a rest, and as a rule there is no time limit, at least someone always had music and played until the morning, and there were no thoughts to go with claims, because everyone understands that everyone came on vacation and you can relax in different ways. But I think that the administration should still warn vacationers with children that this is not a kindergarten, children's rest is their responsibility and it is not necessary to disturb the neighbors. In general, it is a pity that instead of a wonderful vacation, the result was a complete anti-relaxation in relaxation.

We had a rest in May 25-26 , it started with the fact that no one was at the post at the entrance. They called me on the phone to get through . They promised table tennis , billiards , and a football field on the phone . It turned out that there was no billiards and tennis anymore , the football field was occupied by graduation , they could have warned by phone why promise, they specially went to rest with the company. House 10 turned out to be dirty inside, crumbs and debris , hair , dirty dishes and a bathroom . I asked the cleaner on the phone ( the receptionist was not happy and with the words the house was being prepared and it should be clean ) . The cleaner came, said that they cleaned a week ago and her dissatisfied words " You wanted what, you knew where you were going " No, we did not know, and we will no longer arrive in such filth and attitude. I did not become cleaner , I wiped the middle of the bedroom , garbage and dirt remained in the corners and baseboards , taking into account that small children are not very pleasant . As they answered, you knew that it was so dirty here, keep the child in your arms all day. for the cost of 370 rubles per day , terrible service . The restaurant wasn't working either . At least the administration would apologize . The place seems to be good , there are not enough normal staff who care .

Мы гости из солнечного Крыма,решили сменить жару и море на Лес,выпал выбор на "Олимпийский"Очень понравился отдых,домик комфортный, уютный, чистый. Перед окнами превосходная детская площадка,дети жили на ней)) Территория чистая,большая,рядом на Минском море наловили рыбы,купались,собирали грибы по лесополосе. Аромат яблок по дорожке к воде манил и дурманил( по обе стороны яблоневые сады. Играли в футбол на поле,воображали себя "Роналдоми"😁
Нам понравилось абсолютно все! Спасибо большое,зимой приедем ещё!!!

All the disadvantages are assumed by the administration and cleanliness in the house. The administration is completely unable to communicate with customers. It was on July 13 during a thunderstorm. We all understand that the elements are beyond the control of people, but we were left without water, light and the opportunity to leave there, because a tree fell. The administration just packed up and went home to rest. Without offering a single solution to the problem or at least some help. In the morning, during a conversation, I made a remark that they could offer flashlights / candles / firewood and call the Ministry of Emergency Situations to clear the passage, but in response only boorish answers like "I have a 2/2 schedule, this is not my job, we do not have flashlights / generator / candles.
Having paid for a house with a sauna until 9 pm, beautiful lighting of the territory, a refrigerator and a shower. We got a sauna for 2 hours, spoiled food, pitch darkness and boorish communication from the administrator.
I understand that the administration is unable to control the weather, but it is able to do everything possible and make sure that the vacation that people paid for was as comfortable as possible.

There was a sufficient amount of decent ceramic dishes in the house, which was very pleasing - it was somehow not solid to go with your plastic. There is billiards, table tennis on site (for a fee). The sauna is quite spacious, but in my opinion the steam room is too overheated. There is an exit to the beach. A worthy place for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed for 2 nights traveling with ASK Adventure. Everything seems to be fine, BUT:
there are no towels
There's dirt in the corners
The house is large, and the dishes in it are minimal
The shower is only on the ground floor, and the boiler is small, no one can wash
Breakfast and dinner were ordered separately, of course you can eat, but little and not tasty, everything is cold, there are not enough cups for everyone, I had to ask for bread for dinner, then they brought it. I'm very hungry.

The declared completeness does not match. There are a lot of cobwebs everywhere, but especially in the bathroom. The bathhouse is also old, well-worn. But despite all this, we got high. I am very demanding about cleanliness, but somehow it so happened that I took the proposed realities quite loyally. Objective assessment 3, perception 4, will I come again? Probably not, rather than yes. Do I recommend you to visit? Yes rather than no. That's such a strange review turned out.

Отличное месторасположение, очень красиво, снимали большую беседку, есть электричество и свет, для детей детская площадка, водолейбольное и футбольное поле. Можно подъехать к самой беседке на машине, чтобы разгрузиться. Беседку бронировани накануне мероприятия, очень довольны, природа очень красивое, есть выход к минскому морю

Это просто сказка! Отдыхали 2 дня в 10 домике компанией 9 человек. Очень понравилось! Шикарная беседка во дворе, мангал, качели. Вежливый персонал, территория очень ухоженная. Пляж уютный, наблюдали чудесный закат. На второй день баня, бильярд и настольный теннис. Мужья и дети в восторге! Обязательно приедем еще!

Территория ухоженная, красиво оформлена. Домики на фото не соответствуют действительности. В домиках нет варочной панели. В наличии имелось эл. чайник, микроволновка, стаканы, чашечки, тарелки разные, ложки, вилки, очень хорошо заточенный нож (большой), губка, средство для мытья посуды, холодильник. В душевой комнате под зеркалом маленькая полочка, шторка короткая ( не достовала до пола), рядом с душем ржавая мыльница. Шампунь, гель для душа и тп полжить некуда. Кровати ОЧЕНЬ скрипят. Пол на кухне скрипит. Шторы на окнах не стирадись два года ( это минимум) на окошках есть маскитная сетка, но открыв окно обнаружили кладбище насекомых. Рядом с домиком под навесом имеется мангальная зона. 2 больших стола, скамейки, мангал и опахало для мангала. Дрова, уголь, рншотки, шампура, кочергу, котелок надо привозить с собой. Ресторан на территории работает только для банкетов. Завтраки, обеды и ужины могут привезьи в ланчбоксах. Администрация вежливая и отзывчивая. Это коментарий написан на примере домика N1 который расчитан на 7 человек.

Отличное место для отдыха! Мы отдыхали здесь 10 дней и нам очень понравилось. Территория и домики очень чистые, персонал приветливый и гостеприимный. У каждого домика своя беседка и мангал. В домиках кондиционеры, телевизор, холодильник и микроволновка. На территории есть кафе где можно покушать. Как преимущество бесплатная парковка. В 2 мин водохранилище где можно искупаться, пляж не оборудован но вода чистая дно песчаное. Вообщем всем советую! Хорошего всем отдыха😉

Неплохое место для отдыха компанией. Можно снять домик на несколько человек. Рядом озеро, есть спортивные площадки для игры в волейбол. Кафе, где готовят шашлыки.

Очень не плохое и живописное место. Красиво, уютно, хорошие и аккуратные домики для проживания. Однако из недостатков - высоковата стоимость. В остальном отличное место для отдыха.

Классная база отдыха. Крутой и качественный отдых за небольшую стоимость. Рядом Минское море. До пляжа метров 200. Огромный плюс, что к домику идёт беседка и мангал.

Проходил тут у нас спортивный сбор, что могу сказать, администрация гостеприимная, кормят очень вкусно, порции большие, цены на проживания демократичные, до Минского моря метров 200 от территории

В целом место не плохое. Нет плиты в коттедже, только микроволновка. Холодильник морозил, овощи на следующий день есть было нельзя. Подушки и матрасы жёсткие. Постельное белье видно, что постирано, однако на нем были пятна. Света на улице нет, поэтому ночью в беседке сидели в темноте, что не комфортно. Есть детские горки, рядом вода где можно покупаться, приятно по территории гулять. Полагаю для бюджетного варианта подойдёт.
