I love the OM network for a huge number of products for every taste, which is why I always buy everything here.
However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation regarding the organizational aspects of the company:
1. A month ago, the wrong items were delivered to me, but I arrived on my own without any problems and made a refund. Things happen.
2. Next, the employee calculated the number of tiles for the bath, 4 pieces were missing. It's okay here, it happens too. But then working with clients surprised me) On Friday, I place an order for the missing 5 tiles (I decided to take one spare) on the website, I have an order confirmed by phone for Sunday. The next day they tell me that the tiles are not available. I ask why this happened, they tell me: marriage, delivery will only be on Tuesday from 10 to 14. They did not give any other alternative. Even though I said that I can come pick up the goods myself, if there is one somewhere.
Today we bought this tile in the store, and when I called 44 586-64-79 (the number where the order date was postponed to me), they told me: we are a contact center, we are not engaged in retail. I have a question: why on Saturday, when I asked for an alternative, I was not told to call another number to check availability in stores? They talked to me on the phone as if it were a 7th grade school curriculum where the classification of OMA numbers takes place.
If a number calls me and introduces itself as an OMA employee, the last thing I think about is the call center or retail.

The store is good, there are enough goods. But I really want to "thank" the consultant Ekaterina (I think that's the woman's name) for her professional rudeness. If you need to choose a fitting or just consult, then you should go to her. Reasons:
A) you can't wait for a consultant (you were in the store three times, pressed the call button three times and waited for more than 10 minutes).
B) Discontent and rudeness when trying to explain the necessary element to Catherine 👍🏻
3) We observed the same attitude towards other clients three times.
In general, if the store cares about their customers, take action.

An excellent construction (and not only) store. I live not far away, I only go here. The prices are reasonable, the assortment is good. There is a tool rental. The only downside is that consultants sometimes need to wait a very long time. But on the whole I like it. The location is great, there is a bus stop and Parking nearby. Inside there is a toilet and a coffee point. On the street there is a point with donuts and making keys.

I really like the store, there is a very large selection of household goods, as for repairs, there is everything.As they say from and to....But yesterday, when visiting this store, I really did not like the fact that girls worked in the hall and apparently imperfectly summer, maybe some interns or students work part-time in the summer.And these young girls were put in the department where huge hoses are sold and they moved them from place to place, the management really don't have children, take pity on them!!! They still have to give birth, and they are carrying such heavy loads.I was very upset by this sight, be human, because they are our future!!!Is there really no special staff (movers) in the store for such work?...Thanks for understanding

I went to get extension tubes - they are not available, as a result, I bought them in a Mile. I wanted to buy 3000K bulbs with a temperature of 15 watts - no, I had to go to Hippo. I wanted to buy a piece of wire for old aluminum wiring - no. I went to a specialty electrics store. And this happens all the time. I waited for consultants for 5-7 minutes a couple of times - I didn't wait, although I pressed the call button repeatedly.
