The fact that it is located just behind the ring road is rather a plus, it is easy to get there by car. Public transport is a little more difficult to get there. There is one minibus passing by. Several minibuses take you to the market for an Expobel, you need to walk 300 meters. You can get to the final bus, trolleybus, then you will have to walk 700 meters. The store itself is quite spacious. Due to the rectangular shape of the trading floor, it is easy to navigate. There are many signs with the names of the trading sections. The staff is always competent and easy to communicate with. They work without annoying questions, and when contacting them, they are always ready to help. There is an online store online, and products are often cheaper. There is a delivery. Self-service cash registers have been installed in the sales area, which is very convenient. A great help to traditional ticket offices. There is a clean, comfortable toilet. There is a children's corner with all kinds of climbing jumps. There is a rental of various equipment, upon request, through a phone call, they can hold the necessary equipment for an hour while you get there. I don't understand how the customer's card works. Discounts and bonuses were only in the beginning, now it's more like a way to check if you've gone to competitors. On the other hand, discounts on promotions work, the main thing is not to be lazy and monitor information. I found and used it myself several times, and once a manager from the laminate department suggested it. It turned out to be a good discount. Thank you. Excellent construction and not only a hypermarket, there is almost everything. Polite and qualified staff, gave full advice (bought doors) and helped arrange installments and delivery, Excellent entrance and a huge Parking lot, there is enough space for everyone!
On weekends, it is advisable to add employees to the information center, while we were being processed (there was one employee), a queue gathered. Otherwise, everything is great!

Competent plumbing consultants (I bought a sink for the kitchen in 20 minutes), detailed advice on hoods helped me purchase the product (I'm sorry that I'm not there, I used to buy appliances in the "5th element). We ordered laminate flooring in the Oma store, helped to pick it up, told everything, the consultant is well done!
But then we were delivered to the entrance, the driver drove into the yard, opened the car and stood, like unload and carry to the entrance themselves, the store clearly said that the goods were delivered to the entrance and I understand this as the fact that the goods will stand near the entrance, and then they themselves, a lot of repairs were redone in my life, there have been a lot of deliveries from different stores, but I have never seen such a terribly disgusting service, I will never order anything in the Om store again in my life, even in the markets the service is better!!!!!

I visited one of the 5 Oma stores in Minsk, this is behind the Expobel in Borovaya and was not satisfied with this store. Not all the goods were provided on the shelves, the price tags under the posted product did not match the product. Salesmen and department consultants were not in the departments on site. It was only thanks to the pickers of the online store who were in the hall that it was possible to find out the necessary information. I put 3 points out of 10 and do not recommend this store for shopping.

We chose a tile for ourselves at the end of September 2024. The first impression is that no one needs anything in the OHM tile department, there are no specialists, and those who "catch" say that their working day is over, then contact the manager. Actually, that's what we did. At first glance, the manager really took over for us, even started looking at something by availability and sketching squares of the tiles we need on the calculator. It was Friday, we were informed that according to the information from the site, the tile we need is there, but its availability can definitely be clarified only on Monday. The manager promised to keep us informed and assured us that the tile was "count with us." No one called us back on Monday, we dialed him ourselves. In the answer yes, yes, we are waiting for the evening, there is no information. Nobody called us back in the evening either. As a result, Tuesday, Wednesday... They typed again on their own in the answer "everything is super, all documents are ready, come and pay". We were going to go, the manager calls back and says "don't go, our tile is all broken, all unsorted ", that we have to wait three weeks for it from the factory, that he is waiting for some clarifying calls there and will call us back further on the conversation that it is not being produced at all. The question is, what should we expect??? We were misled by this very manager. Repairs are being done by a team, people need the material, not promises and waiting for who knows how long. We have such a mass market, but it turned out that even such a question was not mastered on some 27 squares of tiles. So the manager also counted the squares incorrectly for us. It's good that we turned to another company.

We bought a bath in this store after 4-5 months, a crack appeared in 7 centimeters from nowhere, we applied for a warranty card, the manufacturer said that this was mechanical damage (roughly speaking, not their problem, figure it out for yourself) and that this was not a warranty case based on this question: " And then what is the warranty case? What should have happened to the bathroom for this to turn out to be a warranty case?". Do you want to go back to the noughties and experience that time, namely the conception of e-commerce in the Republic of Belarus? Order in the online store of OMA and plunge into the past with your head. I have not experienced such unprofessionalism, carelessness and disregard for the client for a very long time.
I just made an order and paid for the purchase online on 07/14/2024 and so far on 07/21/2024 I have not received my order at the pick-up point.
It is clear that the company has big problems between employees, problems with communicating with customers, problems with logistics and with suppliers, moreover, after unsuccessful attempts to find out at least something about the fate of the order, OMA took a “vow of silence” and went completely underground. It's low. They take you for an idiot and try to shift all internal problems to a bona fide buyer.
The supplier of the product has been changing from LLC Triovist to LLC Nereida and back all this time. Take note, importers.
Will I buy anything else here - the answer is unequivocal, NEVER!
07/23/2024 a call to the OMA, we re-sent the request to the supplier of the product and they did not respond to us. Wait for the call.
