I made an order. I PAID (there is only a 100% prepayment in the online store). We received a payment confirmation with a detailed description of the order and the ordered goods. The money was debited from the card.
The "Pay" button did not disappear in your personal account on the day of the order. I called the support service. They said that the payment specialist does not work on weekends and they will call me tomorrow and confirm the order. Well okay. This is not the first jamb on the site - I did not pay attention.
We also announced the delivery time: 2-3 weeks. (Are you guys serious? 2-3 days delivery is already everywhere, not weeks. Well, now it's clear why there is nothing on the website about the delivery time.)
The next day, no one called me. And in the evening, in my personal account in the orders, I see that the number of order items I have is 0 and the amount to be paid is 0. (I.e., the money was debited and the receipts?)
I call myself. They tell me that they don't see anything in my order either. I have seen the quality of the site and I have saved all screenshots and emails with information about the order and payment. She pointed it out. I was redirected to another operator. The beginning of the conversation is the same. The money was found. They returned them to my card. And they said it was my bank's fault. (That is, did MY bank reset the positions I ordered on THEIR website?). Thank you for at least returning the money without question.
My opinion: the site is crookedly written, operations with money transfers and orders have not been tested... Have you saved money? or is it just designed for a fool?... Sooo slow delivery.
Do not contact OM's online store. Spare your nerves and time. Buy in regular stores. You can order goods in the shops in the info center. And the payment will be there upon receipt. Have a nice shopping for everyone!
