An order was placed and paid for in the online store for the "promotion" liquidation of the previous season. I can't get through to the call center. During the four days of waiting, we received a call once, after we left a request for a call. That is, they were not going to call us on order without insistence on our part.. And as a result, we heard that none of our paid order is available., sorry. Are you serious about this? Excuse me? Why arrange such advertising campaigns? You have made an anti-advertisement for yourself. The money has not yet been refunded to us for the order. There is no desire to go to Om's store for shopping. And I think we're not the only ones.
I mostly buy in a regular OMA store, but to buy bulky things I use an online store, the latest purchase is a lawn mower, everything is reliable: a receipt, a warranty, a bill of lading.
Smart sellers. They can clearly explain how to assemble the outlet, how to choose a screwdriver and which mixer is best suited for the kitchen. Thanks!
In general, of course, the service is flying. "You need to, and you come to us from far away. Go there, go here. We messed up with the availability, so go ahead and redo it again." The warehouse is beautiful. Some kind of Stone Age, literally. We do not give out carts and packages. Packages are probably too grandiose costs with such sales volumes. In general, the fire.
For legal entities. Cashless prices are not bad when compared with their retail, but if you take small things, it's better to go retail if time is precious. The warehouse complex is large, with different goods in different warehouses. We'll have to travel around the territory.
Pros: a large selection of paints, hardware and plumbing.
Cons: some items are more expensive than in other retail outlets (I bought liquid wallpaper -they turned out to be exactly 50% cheaper on the market).
Like. The price tag is normal. The girls help pick up the goods and really understand what they are talking about.
The only thing is that the delivery failed. It was necessary to urgently order laminate flooring, it was given only after almost a week.
Such a store in the industrial zone is relatively close to the MKAD, there are metal depots nearby, I visit 359 periodically, it's a little cramped, though.
A small hardware store with everything necessary for finishing and repair, but with a mess on the shelves. Min wadding and other materials are stored, as often in the open air. We bought insulation - it turned out to be wet.
A normal store. Everything is always there. But the consultants... Some students can consult 10 percent on knowledge, according to the section entrusted to them.
It's a little cramped...... There's not much room for such a hypermarket. Even on the Hordes, not to mention the expobel assortment and choice abundance.
The assortment and service are at a good level, only during peak hours there are a lot of customers- queues at the ticket office and parking takes time.
It's all good. Only in the summer there were wild queues in the garden department (an extension on the street).
And wine would appear more often, as before last New Year))))
The prices are the highest, but the attendance is large, the assortment is expensive, not complete, often in a simple household you will find what you need and much cheaper
