I ordered several times not very expensive iHerb type deliveries and last time I sent delivery from Amazon (laptop) through them.
1. Received delivery from iHerb. They sent an SMS, then the order in the postamate and the code. for 2 days, the display did not work at the postamate, i.e. it was impossible to enter the code. The postamates have a code scanner, but in the sms there was a link only to the address of the postamate.
I guessed from someone else's code that it was possible to turn a set of characters into a bar code, and it worked.
That's why it was impossible to immediately send a link to the bar code?
2. The laptop was delivered on December 31st. The order itself arrived at the warehouse on December 16.
The statuses in the system are unclear, the bot is stupid, crashes, can't say anything about the case, has never contacted the operator. OK, I wrote an email. The next day, the order was sent to the airport, where it also lay motionless for several days. He wrote the letter again, and again the next day he moved on. Once in Armenia, I hung up again, but it was already December 27, the hustle and bustle, the holidays ...
on December 29, I received several letters that the order would definitely be delivered in time, they would press on, keep your finger on the pulse, watch and on December 30 come pick it up in time.
30 paid the fee, received a couple more letters, the order status became "ready for delivery" at the Arabkir point.
I arrived at the point, once they asked, and there was no time to get 31. They searched for the parcel for 10 minutes and reported that it was not in stock yet. But they agreed to send by courier 31 for free until 12.
at 11:40, I write a message in the comments of the telegram channel that I do not understand how to contact and clarify where the order is. At 11:55 I got a call and agreed on delivery via Yandex Go. Everything arrived in time.
Total: unclear statuses, incorrect information in the LC, ambiguous information in the LC of the mobile application (does not match), there are no notifications about the promotion.
I don't know, maybe it's a coincidence, but I reminded you 3 times, 3 times the movement started right away, which is not cool.
But they brought everything in one piece, tried not to delay, did not argue, did not conflict.
In general, it is rather convenient to use the service. It is easy to pay, including the fee.
The website says that as soon as the ordered product passes customs clearance, then within 3 days it will be possible to pick it up from the point, but a week has passed, and the goods have not been delivered to their point, I do not advise using
The delivery lasted for 3 months, I spent a lot of time and nerves to contact the support service. I couldn't get through on the phone, I was talking by email. Very unprofessional employees.
I used the services of this company for the first time. Two weeks ago, I sent a sound amplifier worth ~ $2500 to California. Today, my friend accepted the delivery and called back about the receipt. As it turned out, the package of the parcel left much to be desired (to put it mildly). The amplifier was simply wrapped in bubble wrap, which is clearly not enough for a 20kg load, taking into account its "aggressive" movements. As a result, my friend had to order new components for $ 140, and this is only the visual component of the breakdown. Now we have to wait for them and hope that everything will be all right.

It is impossible to reach the operators, but to their credit, the "callback" request is answered within an hour. The mail has been answered for several days. This was my first experience with Onex, and it will also be my last.

The service is terrible. I've been trying to reach them for 4 days now. There are zero answers. I write to the mail, they don't answer. I've already asked for a call back how many times-it's all gone by. My package has been in their warehouse for 5 days, but still does not appear in the application. The sending attitude. My last order with this company.

From the online store to the Onex warehouse, the parcel weighs 1.2 kg, and from the Onex warehouse to Armenia it already weighs 0.8 kg. I took an expensive tripod from Amazon, an opened parcel arrived, there was a piece of wood inside, no support, they said to write to Amazon, although it is clear that 99% of them sent everything correctly and pulled out the tripod somewhere along the way. You should not order through this company. I gave them a chance three times. We returned the order to the seller once for three months, losing it several times in the process.
Twice referring to the requirement of customs, they said that they could not deliver the order themselves, since customs requires my personal presence. As a result, when they came to the customs office, they stated that there was no such requirement and they simply had an overload and there would have been an issue, but with a delay.
In fact, the company simply often refuses to perform its part of the services, for which the client pays and forces them to deal with issues with customs and going to cargo themselves.
As a result, minus 3-4 hours of personal time spent going to customs, the hassle of communicating with incompetent employees, who can often misinform you / not respond / not know the status of your order or where it is and further down the list.
If you still decide to order through this company, for those ordering from China, a warning that onex does not write anywhere in order not to lose customers, according to them, "... Customs clearance is not carried out by onex. In the case of orders from China, it is impossible to even try to pick up an order from customs, because customs does not believe the screenshots of Chinese sites." This answer will be given even if your order is less than the amount at which you need to legally clear the order.
