Therefore, I advise people in the future not to buy lenses there, there are other suppliers, both cheaper and with free shipping. There is no marriage exchange, we bought it, it's our own fault that we bought it there. A call center, a girl does not know how to conduct a dialogue at all, talks in raised tones and constantly interrupts, does not allow her to finish a sentence, impudence is good luck. If the Head of the optician appreciates customers, he would advise people to be more loyal to people in the future, these pennies will not play a serious role in the organization, and the attitude and the regular customer will leave.

The courier brought the wrong lenses that were ordered, the store suggested correcting this jamb as follows: go on your own to spend time and exchange lenses. For a second, the order was placed by me correctly and paid on time, and according to the amount of the order, I had free courier delivery. I think the store should fix mistakes on its own, rather than chasing the customer and wasting his time. Ordering lenses in this store for many years in a row, trust is completely undermined.
