I didn't notice any disadvantages for myself. Comfortably. The room for two is of a pleasant size. There is everything you need. Washing machine and stove, microwave. Dishes spoons, forks, plates. You only need utensils for cooking. But we didn't cook. There were few days. Beautiful view of the sea from the window. You can even see dolphins. There is a TV. There are many different channels, including in Russian. The Internet was working. The staff is friendly. The elevator goes fast. We lived on the 41st floor. The disadvantage is thin walls without sound insulation. There were loud neighbors, they laughed a lot almost around the clock, and they listened loudly to Georgian music through the door at night. We dispersed after one o'clock in the morning. But this is a human factor. If they had lived longer, they would have had to go to the management. And so she reacted with understanding that people want a holiday. I wondered if the electricity would suddenly be turned off, how to get down (up) from the 41st floor🙈
The room is super. There is everything, right down to the kitchen area, minibar, ironing board, washing machine and even a mop for self-cleaning)) We lived on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. In the very center and within walking distance to the shops. Due to the lack of noise, the hubbub from the embankment until early in the morning and, of course, problems with climbing or descending in the elevator due to the number of people and sometimes disabled elevators 2 out of 6.
We are resting now in building D1
Of the advantages, only a nice room with a beautiful view.
And there are much more disadvantages.
It takes 15-20 minutes to go up and down the elevator, there are always a lot of people.
It's very noisy at night, music with bass from the club, cars honking.
There is no parking as such, you constantly have to look for a place for a long time.
As a result, we parked for 15 minutes, near the neighboring tower, to quickly drop by home, at this time our car was evacuated. We came, but instead of our car, there is another one, the stress is still the same when a car goes missing in a foreign country. As a result, I had to pay 120 GEL to pick up my car.
We will definitely not return to this place anymore.
I advise you to choose a more peaceful place to relax.
We rest in this hotel 2 times.Building D. I like to stay at this hotel!Cozy room, has everything you need,,kitchen area (few dishes),,Gorgeous sea view !In the evening, the view is mesmerizing!Quiet, calm down!A gorgeous promenade!
The view from the 42nd floor is simply stunning, you can watch the sunrise and sunset endlessly. Orbi city impressed with its scale. The rooms are clean and cozy, furniture, dishes, everything is enough. At the same time, it is quite an affordable price. Recommend.
On the plus side: good location, close to the sea and shops. Clean and tidy, the elevators go fast and often.
Of the cons: there is no parking, you have to park your car anywhere, everything is always clogged near this building.
A good hotel, courteous staff, speak all languages. I had not just a room, but an apartment, so there was everything you needed - not only air conditioning and a hairdryer, but also a washing machine, refrigerator, dishes, sink, coffee and breakfast machine. Each room has a balcony. View from the balcony: on one side of the mountains, on the other - the sea. The beach is nearby. Shops, restaurants and canteens too.
Everything is fine, the room has everything! 11th floor , everything is clean and tidy ! The views are stunning , the sea is nearby , we just stopped by . But this is for young people , it 's moving ! Parking problem!
We had a rest in Gran City Batumi in September 2024. The location is great, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, a beautiful view from the balcony of the mountains and the sea at the same time, the room is new and clean, has everything you need. The breakfasts are very tasty. 5 out of 5.
Huge hotels, very spectacular, but the embankment is rather poorly equipped, there are few toilets, showers every other time, there are no piers to enter the water at all. It feels like everything is being built, there are a lot of buildings for sale around, but no one really cares about the infrastructure. On the plus side, you can eat well, tasty, cheap and expensive and beautiful too. If we compare it with the Turkish embankment, then 40 points out of 100
Everything is fine, we had a great rest, close to the shore, the views are perfect, the only problem is crossing a busy road without a pedestrian Crossing, and so the hotel is not to blame for this everything is perfect
In general, it's not bad, but we won't come again. Expectations do not correspond to reality. Alas. There are inaccuracies in the description.
Clean, good mattress, large bed, comfortable shower, good pressure.
The building is new, not even completed yet, which was a surprise - the view of the sea was blocked by a construction crane😅
We stayed for 4 nights, cleaned the room after 2 days, changed the towels.
Of the cons: the sink was leaking, the plumber came, but nothing has changed.
There is no sponge, wash the dishes as you want.
There is no parking of its own, the city is around, but it is always clogged, finding a place is a lottery, sometimes you need to make a couple of laps. But I've never been able to park right next to it, which is not very convenient with things.
There are problems with breakfast, the service is disgusting - they never brought it on time, even though they agreed on a certain time. They send photos - you choose, but they still bring the wrong thing - why give a choice?! The food is delicious, but cold, there is no microwave in the room, but it would be useful in such a situation. Although there was a washing machine in the description of the room, in fact neither one nor the other. Of course, they offered to move us from the 15th to the 4th floor to a room where everything is available, but since there is a construction site nearby and quite busy traffic, everyone is constantly honking, we decided not to move and survive without the amenities we expected, but at least not to hear all these sounds so much. In addition, when booking, we initially asked to settle higher…
Not a bad location. Close to the sea, almost on the first line. Comfortable elevators, clean in the lobby and on the floors in the corridors. The apartments themselves are comfortable, spacious, and have everything you need: TV in both the bedroom and the living room, good Internet, comfortable bed, sofa bed, air conditioning in every room. Small kitchen corner, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove., set of dishes, electric kettle.
Of the cons: there is very little furniture in the room, there are not even chairs in the bedroom, there is nowhere to put things, cabinets are small. In one of the rooms, the air conditioner was running, there was a puddle on the floor every day. It was not possible to fix the interrogation.
There is no parking, even for unloading suitcases and checking in. There is only a ramp for disembarking/boarding passengers.
At the moment, there is a solid construction site around!!! All pedestrian crossings to the building are blocked due to construction, you have to go around the roadway, construction equipment works at night.
Cheap apartments near the sea, what else is needed for recreation) Were rented from the owner, so I can't appreciate cleaning and changing clothes. The only disadvantage is to wait a long time for the elevator, not everyone works, and given that the tower has 50 floors, elevators are constantly needed. A secret for those who read the review: when you turn off from the reception to the elevators, on the left wall behind the air conditioner there is a door to the evacuation staircase, there is another elevator, few people know about it, so it's not as long to wait as the main ones😊
Gorgeous view from the 37th floor . It 's like an anthill . The old town is a 40-minute walk away. There is an embankment nearby . And there is a construction site on all sides. There are few places nearby where you can eat properly . For tourists, I would recommend staying closer to the old town. Here , if only in the summer and for a long time .
The apartments are not very high-level. It is very expensive in terms of price-quality ratio. The only thing is that the center and all the places for entertainment are nearby. Parking a car is very difficult.
A great option for a vacation for a few days. Near the embankment. It's not far on foot to the wonderful park behind the dolphinarium. The room is clean, there is everything you need, including a microwave and a washing machine (it's a pity there are no capsules for washing, and buying a pack of powder for a couple of washes is stupid). There's a construction site nearby, but I won't say what's in the way. Odd rooms with a good view. And yes, you can forgive little things for the look.
The place is just disgusting. just imagine that you have to stand for 30 minutes every day in the hope of waiting for your elevator. There are 4 working elevators on 42 floors. It's just a harrowing adventure. at some point, they started walking down from the 19th, but you can't go up. the room is quite normal. but, they sold us a two—room apartment for 4 - no, it's not at all. a small and generally unsuitable sofa for sleeping, although it can be folded out, but it is impossible to sleep on it. cot - 100 liras per day. You will listen to music from the suset restaurant next to the hotel around the clock. the promised free parking seems to be there, but it is urban and it is impossible to put a car on it, it takes another half hour to wait for the elevator to find parking. All in all, it's just disgusting.
There are a lot of tenants, an anthill. There is always a queue for an elevator. Everything is new but the quality is not high. It's very noisy at night. The walls are thin. And the music from the restaurants is very loud from the street. They have to clean every 3 days, but in fact they cleaned twice in 15 days, and then the second time they waited for several days on request, they swore (it turned out that there was no cleaning for 8 days). There are a lot of people on the beach, it's dirty.
It's great for young people and for a couple of days. Govod is always on the move. The beach is rocky, it didn't suit us. Parking is a complete disaster... Local bombers occupy places during the day, and in the evening they sell a place from GEL 50 to $ 100 per night.
This is a superior hostel, the locals speak for three, as for me it is quite comfortable for a short period of time. Refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, dishes, kitchen, TV, air conditioner, everything you need to eat, there is a problem with elevators, in season you can stand for 15 minutes waiting((
We lived on the 36th floor. The right side of the balcony overlooked the sea. Every evening we admired the wonderful sunsets. On the left side of the balcony, they admired the beauty of the Caucasus Mountains. The room is a studio with a kitchen area. Purity. Order. Bed linen was changed once a week. I liked everything very much.
The view from this block is gorgeous! The room we had with panoramic windows was just gorgeous, and everything inside was decent, brand new, beautiful, the only minus is the elevators))
An excellent hotel and not expensive, in my case I rented an apartment through Booking, the hotel has an additional office for the sale of rooms, (you do not need to call the reception, but if you do not figure it out at the reception they will help).On-site payment in the office on the fourth floor is also possible without cash. The view is excellent, the staff speaks Russian and English…
Let's call it a branch of Hell. We chose housing based on photos, in fact we got a dirty room, torn curtains, broken shelves, mugs with broken handles, a kettle with a broken lid, it was scary to go into the shower, apparently they never washed it during the season. We were lucky that we were settled on the 5th floor, because there are a lot of people, and there are very few elevators, we did not find the famous queues to the elevator (where people stand for 40 minutes), but we were out of season. Those who lived on the upper floors went down for 15 minutes in the elevator, because there were stops along the way on almost every floor. I will not recommend these apartments to anyone and I will not return there myself. Two stars only for the roof over your head, from the balcony you could see the sea and the fact that the embankment and the beach are nearby.
The place to stay is great, but the view from the balcony was not on the sea, but on a working crane, unpleasant, the food is so-so, on the last day of our stay at 9, the evacuation alarm went off, they quickly took passports, medicines, phones and went out onto the stairs, everyone was evacuated, due to the fault of a careless person, very unpleasant, Conclusion: it's worth a try
We had a rest in October , the view of the sea and the singing fountains is wonderful, the location is super, everything is new, the room has everything you need a washing machine, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.. We lived in room 551 clean, all linen and towels are snow-white, I highly recommend it! Ordered through Avito, the price and quality are just a gift!
Never again! They say that it strongly depends on the owner of the apartments. We were unlucky. We took two rooms. Dirty laundry, wet towels. It is clear that taking care of the guests is in the last place, they are only interested in money. There is no rag or sponge in the kitchen.
But the scariest thing is different!!! Waiting for elevators does not fit into any gate! In the morning, we stood for more than 40 minutes, as a result, we were able to cram only a suitcase on the 6th attempt and ourselves and the child went down on foot from the 18th floor.
With beautiful pictures, the hotel looks like a dorm, eerie audibility, the walls seem to be made of cardboard. Music is playing on the street until one o'clock in the morning, the advantages are the presence of air conditioning and a good location.
We took two rooms. One had a view of the construction site, and with the second we were lucky, the view was of the sea!
Inside the room is not bad for a hotel, but the toilet smells bad, the sound insulation is bad, the buzz is until the middle of the night, solid stoned, the corridors are not very good, in the season to go up to the floor, you have to wait for 30-40 minutes.and there are 47 floors and 17 rooms on the floor.and to sign up for a hotel stay, you can stand at the reception from morning to evening in a queue
Excellent apartment, within walking distance of Batumi Boulevard. The disadvantages are the long wait for the elevator and the lack of Parking spaces.

Do not book a stay in Orbi if you do not want to spoil a good impression of Batumi.
We lived in Orbie block D with our family from July 13 to July 21.
Among the advantages: beautiful view, pleasant modern rooms
Of the cons:
• ELEVATORS. There are 6 of them, and only 4 work for such a number of guests. We were constantly waiting for the elevator for 30-40 minutes to go down from the 24th and 28th floors. We have two small children with whom we had to go down on foot. Once they took a 9-month-old baby to the doctor, being late for an appointment for this reason. At the reception, my request to repair/activate the additional two elevators was answered that they were for "emergencies". Daily queues of thousands of tourists with children and complaints, administrators at the reception do not care at all. They respond to the dump with stony faces.
• NOISE. Orbie is located in the party part of the city, where EVERY day, even on weekdays, music from the Sunset restaurant on the lake screams from about 9 pm to 3 am. With the windows and balconies closed, this movement will still be heard.
• UNSAFE. If there is a fire in such an anthill, then there are simply no fire escapes there. 🙃 there is also no hood in the waiting area for elevators in case of fires, no air conditioners - stand sweating for your health while waiting for the elevator forever)
I also remind you that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so do not wait for cleaning.
The choice in Batumi is huge, for the same money you can rent a cozy hotel in a quiet area of the old town, with breakfast and cleaning. Take care of yourself and your nerves
An indescribable nightmare! The music from Sunset was so loud that it drowned out everything around. The sounds of some kind of circus could be heard from the embankment, but the main source of noise was Sunset. The volume reached 80 dB, and the bass thundered until two o'clock in the morning. I ran away from there. It's a pity that I didn't listen to my friends who warned me that this is a disgusting place.
The best view in Batumi (if the windows face the airport and not the neighboring skyscraper).
The house territory is a little scary, but you are not settling here for it. There are a lot of elevators, they drive fast, and there may be queues in summer.
There are questions about the apartment. There are no devices for cooking, there is neither a brush nor a mop. There is no place to dry clothes either. The queue for the elevators. Mirroring of the bed is also under question. But a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. And a relatively new and fresh renovation.
Initially, we booked an apartment in another place, but we were deceived there.
We arrived in Orbi and a room was quickly picked up for us.
Everything is fine, the view is beautiful.
The only drawback is audibility and smoking neighbors.
Overall a decent place.
The view from the cannon room! If you take a corner room, then you don't want to leave the room. The view is fascinating both day and evening. If you want everything to work out with your girlfriend, take the app here)
Batumi is a wonderful , modern city ! Running at a huge pace forward , a very beautiful embankment near the hotel complex , a beautiful beach, developed infrastructure, a large number of shops. Clean, cozy apartment hotel!!!! Everything just disposes you to come many times
A well-equipped studio in a 51-storey building. Opposite is the twin house, a piece of the sea is visible from the balcony. Sometimes you have to wait for the elevator.
A big minus is the lack of parking, there is only one construction site around. We lived on the 41st floor, the view is cool, but of course the huge construction crane did not fit in, but all because construction in the building is still ongoing. The floors in the room were not clean, and there were no disposable slippers, I think it really sucks, for a hotel of this level and not cheap. The refrigerator was almost not cold. Shampoo, soap and shower gel in the double room were for one person. When checking in, the light in the room was not turned on (this is probably done from the computer at the reception), I had to go down again to turn it on, despite the fact that the elevator took a long time to wait, there were like 6 of them, but only two worked. And there is no option to contact the reception from the room. One of the advantages is a comfortable bed, a view from the window, the first coastline.
The hotel is new, the upper floors have not been completed yet. The service is still completely zero, you have not cleaned the room once, you have to go to another place for breakfast, and by the way, you can't have breakfast from 9 a.m. earlier
The rooms themselves are normal, a large bed, close to the beach, but of course it's a problem with elevators, once they waited 25 minutes just to go down, but this was not the limit, as we understood.
They fully correspond to their description comfortably and not expensive, there are all the basic necessary things. Close location to the beach, there is a shopping center nearby, so if you need something, everything is nearby, even a good fitness center is nearby :)
Expectations are the problem of the expectant.
We thought that we had stopped at a high-level hotel. It was a huge mistake.
The main disadvantage is the elevators. The building has 45+ floors. There are 6 elevators to it. It's not serious.
Once I waited for the elevator for 20 minutes, as a result, my nerves broke down and I went down the stairs from the 41st floor.
Rooms are cleaned on request for money.
They move into unprepared rooms that have not been cleaned after previous guests (we have a towel left in the shower for the duration of the entire stay).
One of the advantages is the conditioner and hot water in the shower. Although it is strange that this has become a plus. But we were glad that at least it was there.
During the week, they did not change our bed and did not come to clean it.
All the decoration in the room and the hotel is a prop. Everything has already broken off and got lost. There was not a single shelf in the shower, not a single offensive hook, not a single toilet paper holder. They were all broken off under the sink. As well as tiles, elevator buttons, etc.
It was just that everything was great in the photo, but in fact it was a mess. But it's more or less budget-friendly. And it is convenient for logistics.
The apartment has a beautiful view (we lived on the 26th floor overlooking the ocean), but there was no kettle in the room, we had to boil water for tea in a saucepan
