They lived from August 9-11, 2024. Junior suite room. In one room there is a huge bed, dressing table, TV. In the second room there is a sofa (French cot), a table, a TV, a bar, a small refrigerator. In the hallway there is a large wardrobe and a safe. A gorgeous bathroom! I liked everything, the room is very comfortable.
The hotel has 4 spacious elevators, the waiting time is minimal, there are no queues. We checked in quickly, the hotel staff is very friendly.
Great breakfasts. A huge variety! Sausages, fried sausage, potatoes, pasta, omelette, casserole, slicing, meat rolls, pancakes, vegetable salad, hot sandwiches, cake and so on. A wide range of drinks. Everything is very tasty!
The location is extremely good. Pushkinskaya Metro Station is 50 meters from the hotel.
There are a lot of shops and supermarkets within walking distance (Green, Euroopt, Neighbors).

The hotel is conveniently located near the Pushkinskaya metro station. You can easily get to any point of the city. There is free parking for guests. The rooms are clean and cozy. We lived on the 12th floor. The staff is very polite, they will always help if necessary. You can have breakfast in the Orbita restaurant (buffet). A pizzeria is also available. The choice is huge!

The hotel is excellent, starting with the reception: it was quickly arranged, everything was explained and shown. A comfortable, large room with a double bed. There is everything you need: disposable slippers, a kettle, cups, glasses (it would be great if they had a couple more tea bags). In the toilet room: a bathtub (you can take a bath), three towels, soap, shampoo and gel. The only inconvenience: it was cool, as the heating was turned off. A buffet breakfast with a decent selection. I can honestly recommend it.

Nice place, clean, daily cleaning. Everything you need is in the room. Right in the hotel building there is a small restaurant with adequate prices, but with Soviet service, which is not annoying. I gave four points exclusively for a hard bed, usually medium-hard mattresses are used in hotels, but it was very hard to sleep here.

A large hotel with 14 floors. We lived on the 7th floor for non-smokers. Comfort room. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, tea accessories. Unfortunately, no tea or coffee bags were offered. It's a small thing, but it would be nice. The girls at the reception answered all the questions. But there was also a huge disadvantage. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days, never cleaned the room, did not wipe the dust. When we went on excursions, we hung a sticker saying that room cleaning was necessary. Towels were changed for the first three days, then they stopped. Towels were dried on a towel rack. Thank you so much for the delicious breakfasts in the hotel restaurant.

I gave it 4 stars considering that this is Belarus, where the level of hotel service is lower than in Russia. Among the advantages: a good location, a reasonable price tag by Minsk standards, normal Internet, an acceptable breakfast. Of the cons: except shampoo and soap, they do not give anything, it is cold in the room, breakfast is for a fee.

The hotel is in a residential area, right next to the metro station, very convenient. Everything is clean inside, the linen is snow-white, the towels are a little "tired". There is no hair dryer in the room, but for this price it is a trifle. The batteries are hot, the water pressure is good. You can't hear the noise of the avenue under the windows. The price-quality ratio is just perfect. Nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, transport of various routes.

I lived in a Comfort room.
In general, everything corresponds to ⭐⭐⭐.
The room is clean and tidy. There is an electric kettle, a small refrigerator, and a hair dryer.
The furniture is comfortable.
Wi-Fi is stable.
The staff is friendly. Convenient location near Pushkinskaya metro station. There is also a large Santa store with a food court and cooking nearby and a 24-hour Euroopt is not far away.
Of the minuses - cleaning the room every other day, interruptions with hot water, had to be drained on duty.
I also don't understand why there are two toilet paper bindings in the toilet.
There are also ironing rooms on the 8th and 11th floors, where irons are very cheap and there is no tap for water.

I liked the hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. Buffet breakfasts are also quite normal. Room cleaning consisted of changing towels daily and throwing out garbage. We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, we were very surprised that the bed linen was changed only for the 9th day, the day before our departure. Overall, the impressions were only positive.

The hotel is conveniently located by order of the metro.
The necessary infrastructure is nearby:shops, shopping centers.
The hotel has a large and beautiful lobby, a pizzeria on the ground floor, and a restaurant on the second floor (with democratic prices) rented a suite on the 10th floor. We settled in without any problems.
The staff is good (any of our requests were resolved quickly) the room was clean, everything was necessary.
The bed linen was changed, the towels were always clean, the trash can was of course small for such a room.
There was not enough mattress pad for an extra bed.
There was always water in the cooler on the floor.
We liked the hotel! We will come by ourselves and recommend it to friends

There are nice young girls at the reception. Thank them for everything. There are no bathrobes in the room. Towels with some kind of protruding threads. Hygiene kits are issued upon check-in and that's it, then buy everything yourself. Brushes and toothpaste are not provided. In our room. It was in the next one. There was no hair conditioner and I had to ask for extra toilet paper. The garbage was simply put out the door because there was nowhere to throw it. There is no service for blush🤷♀️ you can eat at the hotel in a local pizzeria, there is service there, in general, put out the light. You may get rude, bring half a plate of "soup" or an incomprehensible pizza with tomato paste instead of sauce, and a caesar salad... but as they say, there is no fish and cancer is a fish. These are used. Therefore, it is better to take care in advance of delivery via the same Yandex, just keep in mind that you will need to go down to the lobby. The money is the same, but the quality and portions of food are higher. I wouldn't stay there again.

We came to see Minsk, we needed budget accommodation, it turned out to be the most budget - 4k per night, expensive, the price is Moscow, but the amenities in the room, there is ample Parking. The hotel and the room we had, it's amazing, a two-room suite. It's even better in real life than in the photo. The room had glasses, a kettle, a refrigerator, two TVs, a telephone, plates, mugs, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, toothpastes and brushes, a shower cap, gel and shampoo, soap. Extra warm blankets. Two pillows. In the bathroom, the shower worked perfectly, it is rare when there is a serviceable shower in hotels.

Only the passions of the neighbors could be heard behind the wall in the morning, the audibility is excellent, this is perhaps the only minus, and that is not critical.

I had a rest in a two-room suite from July 1 to July 6. There is a freezer in the breakfast restaurant, I do not know how the staff works there, but it was impossible to sit at the table for more than 15 minutes, like in a morgue, the coffee machine did not work for one day, the blonde waiter started yelling at me for deciding to look at the tea bag on the table, which was located closer to the stage and sent to the table near the coffee machine, there was no difference between them, but for some reason it was not written anywhere or said that nothing could be taken from there, the young man shouted no no no three times, all this causes confusion, what is the problem not to give the same tea bag, it is difficult to call it an adequate reaction, such here you have the staff, for the entire stay, the linen has not been changed once, only towels. In general, the accommodation was comfortable, but all these nuances greatly spoil the overall impression of the hotel. The staff is unfriendly, whether it's the reception or other employees, the feeling that everyone is serving hard labor, but they are fulfilling their burden, albeit with clenched teeth.
