In principle, the optimal place for Minsk to stop for a few days. The location is good. Not far from the center. The room was also pleasantly surprised by the size and the service provided.
Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that the building is on a hill and is blown by the winds, and the room can be a little invigorating. The split system worked only for cooling, so it did not solve this issue, but there was an additional blanket.
What can I say about the hotel. If by the standards of the stars , I will not give a single star . The price for a single or two-bed room is too high. To make you understand how much a double room costs 160 bel. rubles for Russians, we multiply by a coefficient and it will become clear to you. Breakfast of 25 b. rubles is not about anything at all. Coming to breakfast in the morning, you understand why there are few people, because the price for tomorrow is cosmic, there is not much choice.
The coffee machine broke down, they have a simple solution over there from a bag of bread. And if it's about coffee from their coffee machine, then like I have big requests, as the receptionist told me.
Don't even think about being friendly at breakfast, the girl curses you (you) for coming and demanding something else. Like, be kind enough to eat something.
Forget about cleaning the room, you will move out and everything will be changed for others, and then as usual without service until you move out.
As a result: there is no service not in the hotel, not in the restaurant. You pay the main thing, and we don't guarantee you the rest.
They shrug their hands at the claim about the work of the restaurant staff, they say we cannot influence them. Go to the restaurant management, they say.
I'm shocked. What a slob! Where is the hotel management looking?!
I do not recommend the Orbita Hotel for accommodation. It would be better if I went to Sputnik or the Belarus hotel for the same money. There is no such disgrace there.
Nice hotel, near Pushkinskaya metro station. A friendly, pleasant girl at the reception. The rooms are nice and clean. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the room. If you open the window for ventilation, then the noise from the roadway interferes. The view from the window is amazing, especially at night.
Quite a normal hotel. The rooms are no frills, but clean and well renovated. The set of services for the Comfort room is the usual: slippers, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, blanket, kettle. There is a utility room with an iron and ironing board, and a cooler with drinking water in the hallway. A large number of television channels, including Russian ones. Very convenient location: near the metro and stops of other types of transport, cafes, shops are also nearby in sufficient numbers.
She studied at the Orbita Hotel. The conditions are comfortable, the hall is spacious, with the possibility of demonstrating a presentation. The organized meals were quite tasty, the staff was polite and courteous. But the coffee in the restaurant bar leaves much to be desired (unfortunately, it is not delicious at all). I have not stayed at the hotel, I can't say anything about the quality of the rooms 😊
There was an opportunity to have lunch at the hotel as part of an organized group. The service is fast. The food is edible, simple. Dried bread was soaked in soup (it's still bad to eat fresh bread). There were no consequences after lunch, but there were doubts.
Very good hotel, price-quality ratio of 5. What I liked, bright, clean rooms, location, just an awesome continental breakfast, near a large supermarket and a 24-hour gym. I advise everyone.
Outwardly, an ordinary Soviet hotel, but inside everything is decent. I got into the hot water shutdown period, but there were no problems, everything was clearly on schedule in the morning and in the evening there was water, so I did not feel discomfort. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a metro nearby, so getting to the center is not a problem.
Nice rooms. Polite staff. The breakfasts are quite acceptable. It's a little hard to clean up. Well, maybe we were unlucky. It is located right next to the metro. Nearby there is a supermarket and coffee, fast food. The view from the window is not on the trash :)
I am very pleased. I expected some fatigue of the Soviet building, but in vain. It is worth noting high-speed elevators, which are now rarely found in hotels. At any time of the day or night, the elevator arrives instantly.
Clean, cozy rooms with everything you need. Fridge.Slippers, towels, shower gel and shampoo. Cleaning every day.The cooler is on the floor. There is a pizzeria restaurant downstairs. Near the metro, grocery stores.
Pros: near the metro.
Cons: The rooms, of course, are tired. Very noisy air conditioning, warm blankets for summer and hard pillows. The room key is a separate feature of the hotel))) very heavy
It's not the first year I've been staying here. The perfect value for money. Of the undoubted advantages: the metro is nearby and parking is available if you travel by car.
Clean rooms and very polite and helpful staff (this is generally a trademark of Belarus - the people here are the most sincere in the world <3)
Excellent loyal staff. I rented a standard room. Clean, neat, cozy. Near the hotel there are shops, Parking, metro. Also very close to the excellent shopping center Tiwally, where you can relax with your child, and go shopping. Definitely recommend it!
The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the Pushkinskaya metro station. The room was a Junior Suite on the 6th floor, very comfortable, with separate double beds. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant cost 25 bel.rub. Minus the fact that there was no air conditioning in the room.
Excellent hotel, clean, the staff is polite and helpful, the food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, metro, shops are within walking distance. I recommend it!
A very nice hotel! the staff is friendly, greets guests with a sincere smile!the settlement is quite fast.with a large number of check-ins, so as not to expect in the lobby, you can leave the documents and calmly go to the room, pick them up later. The rooms are clean.there is a kettle in the room, and a water cooler on the floor.the breakfast is very varied, everyone will find something to have breakfast with, do you want muesli, do you want porridge, do you want amlet or pasta.there is also a large selection of drinks .Everything is very beautifully decorated during the New Year period
A good hotel, responsive, pleasant staff, cozy and clean rooms for a good price for the capital of Belarus. Everything is great! I recommend it for a visit!
A good hotel for your money. The breakfasts, however, are quite modest, but for me personally it was not too important. I liked everything, thanks for the hospitality
A wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean. There is a cooler on the floor. There is a kettle, cups and a refrigerator in the room, as many as 6 towels for two. The girls at the reception are responsive and sooooo nice.
I recommend this hotel.
The room is nice, clean, courteous staff, convenient location within walking distance of the metro. Breakfast buffet. One of the disadvantages is the weak sound insulation in the rooms.
I really liked it, cozy, clean, excellent breakfasts. The metro stop is nearby, the center is just around the corner. I will definitely recommend it and I will come back myself. The girls at the reception are cute, smiling, keep it up!!!
Very contradictory impressions. On the one hand, a great location, clean rooms, fresh linen. On the other hand, there is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms, very tired furniture and repairs, and inadequately expensive breakfasts
Convenient location, near the metro. Beautiful view from the window, new renovation. The price tag for this quality is nice. Polite staff. Clear. 3 types of towels. I didn't take breakfast, so I won't comment on it.
In room 926, the shower drain is clogged :( removed 1 star.
In general, the hotel is on a solid 4, if there are no special claims to super comfort or luxury. Clean, cleaned regularly, linen is also changed regularly. The plumbing is good, everything worked flawlessly. The reception staff is responsive, the hotel has its own parking lot, with a charging station for electric cars. The rooms themselves are small, the furniture is tired, the TV sets are working 40 channels. We had only breakfast meals - not to say that it was varied, but delicious. Near the metro and public transport stops + catering and 2 large chain stores. So for those who don't care much about the surroundings and want to save money, I recommend it
A great hotel, the rooms are clean, the furniture is good, not killed. There is a parking lot for cars, parking is free when staying at the hotel. They add the number to their database and the barrier can be passed without cards. Nearby there is a cafe, pizzeria, KFS. The metro is next to the hotel. A great hotel, it's fashionable to pay with a mir card
I've been here for a couple of hours, but meeting representatives of the Orbit with a smile and hospitality makes me feel positive, and the desire to celebrate the New Year in Minsk was not made in vain!
Happy New Year to the entire hotel team and wish you new heights in the future!
I rented an inexpensive hotel room for more than an overnight stay, which is what it turned out to be. The room was clean. The staff is polite, helped to rebook a day earlier.
Minus - the mattress of the bed is uncomfortable, the springs stick out
I do not know, it is very difficult to evaluate after the large cities of the Russian Federation. We had a suite. It's clean, there's no minibar and no water. There is a kettle. Bathrobe, towels. It feels like you're in a vacation home in the 2000s. There is no night bar. There is a night strip club in the same building.
I come here often. Clean, simple, nothing superfluous, although in some rooms this "extra" would not hurt. The price of accommodation is about average. There are more comfortable hotels in Minsk in the same price category, but there are two big advantages: the metro is nearby and a hefty free parking. To sum up, the hotel is for a two-three-night stay. If you live, then you need to take a comfort type room and higher. But then the price begins to confuse, for which you can already look for something in the best hotel. And, again, it's not a fact that you won't be left without heating in this "comfort", as happened to me a couple of times in the autumn races. In general, there are unpleasant moments against a fairly favorable background. That's why it's a three, but solid.
The impression of staying at the hotel was only good. Spacious hall, comfortable room, cleanliness and order, fast service, very polite and attentive staff.
Excellent hotel, rooms are clean, new furniture, everything is in the room, the reception staff is very friendly, the breakfast is just amazing, buffet, 5-6 dishes, sauces, jams, desserts in large quantities, it was very pleasant.
The room is clean, snow-white linen and towels. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups, disposable slippers.
Very convenient location, the metro is literally 200 m away. There is a pizzeria nearby, a grocery store, and a fast food store across the street.
The price-quality ratio is perfect.
