The cost on display and the final cost of the product were significantly different. It turned out this already at the time of payment. "They didn't change it, they forgot it, they mixed it up, the wrong necklace." The director did not offer a solution to the problem, the excuses are the same. The result is that the difference between the real value and the value on the showcase will be paid by consultants. And I can't say that anyone apologized and reported it without reproaches. They offered to give me a box for 10 rubles)) I just felt sorry for the girls in a human way, although I could have gone all the way and would have been right. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT

The staff showed professionalism! It's great. They were looking for gold - plated rings . In other stores , they looked at us sympathetically , and said that gilded rings , namely men 's rings , did not exist . Having entered the oro and explained our needs , the staff showed us everything , told us about the care , and picked up the size . We quickly moved the required size from another store. And in the evening we were already with the rings we needed. There were no sympathetic looks , there was no attempt to convince us of the choice , but only a decent presentation with the pros and cons of the products . It is very cool! Thanks !

My boyfriend bought a ring on 20.10 to propose to me. The consultant offered a ring, painted what a beautiful stone the insert was, but did not say a word about the sample or metal (gold / silver, etc.). The guy wanted gold, but was not convinced when buying that he was being sold. As a result, he was sold a silver-gilt ring. We found out later that it was silver, but we didn't actually see the difference and didn't take much into account. That's just the gilding started to go off in less than 3 weeks!!! Moreover, she began to descend from the palm of her hand and over the stone insert (in places where most friction occurs). We called the store to find out about the warranty (when buying, it was said that the warranty was 6 months). We were told that there is NO guarantee for silver with gold plating!!! They wrote a complaint, they immediately called us back, said bring it, we will do an examination. Today the guy took the ring and it was NOT ACCEPTED for examination! THEY SAID THAT THE WARRANTY, IT TURNS OUT, APPLIES ONLY TO THE STONE! AND YOU SHOULD HAVE WORN IT MORE CAREFULLY! It is not known why this was not specified during the purchase. They also added that it is possible because of the antispetic, there is a lot of chemistry. I'm sorry, but why sell a product that gets gilded after three weeks?
P.S. Due to the fact that the ring is losing its appearance (if it already looks bad now, then what will happen in a year, by the time of the wedding?) today we went to Ziko for a new one. The consultant told in detail what kind of stone the insert is, what kind of metal and what kind of sample!
