Good time of day. I'll tell you how I decided to celebrate my birthday in this wonderful institution, namely, karaoke.
I called to book a karaoke table for a small company. I asked everything in advance, discussed the number of guests, said that I would celebrate my birthday, whether there was a discount and so on. Everything seems to be fine, and the staff is polite.
The birthday was in the sun, and we went to karaoke on Saturday evening. Before that, I was contacted in the afternoon in order to confirm the reservation. Everything is in force.
We went into the hall itself. We were seated at a table in a corner where there was not much lighting, 2 karaoke TVs were hanging and for some reason they were turned off. Initially, the menu was brought to us and we were asked to pay a deposit. Not all the guests came to the restaurant at first, someone else had to drive up. However, they asked to make a deposit for everyone at once.
Well, we paid for it.
The waiters come up for a very long time
It feels like there are 5 of them just for everything there is. We made an order, of course, it was also carried for a long time. We ordered 2 bottles of alcohol. When the waiter brought it, we noticed that one of the drinks turned out to be 1 liter in volume and asked to pick up this bottle, and bring us a smaller volume. He did everything, replaced the alcohol. Whenever someone came to bring dishes/utensils/dishes/alcohol and so on, we asked them to turn on these karaoke TVs, because only one TV was working and it was hanging very far away. Even with vision 1, it was very difficult to see that TV among the crowd of dancing people. The only thing that could be done was to get up from the table, go to the TV and sing there. And this one TV was malfunctioning too!!! I don't know what happened there, but the image periodically just disappeared for 5-7 seconds and there was a black screen. It's one thing when you know the lyrics of the song you're singing by heart, it's another thing when you don't, and that's when you realize that seeing this black screen, standing with a microphone in your hands, the songs are sung so-so. It seems to be Saturday, a day off, full of guests, why not take care of it, I do not know. Or at least warn before the visit.
Regarding those two TV sets, the staff immediately replied that yes, we will turn it on now
Then they said that these TVs don't work, they say something broke yesterday. To the question, how do you actually sing then? And why didn't they tell you about it this afternoon when they confirmed the reservation?
Okay, then tell us what we have left on the deposit and bring the complaint book. For we have come to sing and rest. And it was extremely difficult to sing because of the non-working TV at our tables.
The receptionist who came said that the deposit had already been exceeded and asked what happened to us, why we asked for a complaint book.
We told her everything, of course she understood us and made allowances

After a while, she came back with a check and said that she had removed these 3 Cokes. When asked why and why, she did not answer, but regarding the cameras, she said that the videos would be released only tomorrow. Actually, then why these cameras? There are too many joints on their part, especially on my birthday, my friends took my passport and told everyone several more times that it was my birthday and it would be worth congratulating somehow. Everyone else in the institution was congratulated, but I was sitting there) looking at the black screens. A little later, the waiter brought a cake to this dark corner and congratulated. There were pleasant moments, too, yes. But they were not enough to cover this mountain of disadvantages.
For all the time spent there (exactly 5 hours) We only sang 3 songs. The pauses between the songs are huge, the hosts come up with all sorts of dances and entertainment. But as if we came to sing karaoke) and not to walk around the hall like a train one after another)))
There was a 20% discount on the kitchen menu on the birthday, but there was nothing about that in the receipt either.
As a result, all I did all evening was look at the receipts, count them, count the number of dishes and drinks brought. I was constantly dealing with something, the book of complaints was brought and shown. And that's it. The girl disappeared with her.

I've been here twice: on Fri and Sat (my friend's birthday). I really liked it on Friday. There were a lot of people, but there was no crowd, they were sitting on the second floor.
On Saturday, it was as if I was not in the Mansion, but in another, slightly uncomfortable place. We were sitting by the stage, right on the aisle, on the first floor. It can be said that the staff is not always ready for a large number of people on weekends. One salad was brought to us for more than 50 minutes. Once they mixed up the tables and took the ordered steak to others. So we didn't eat it. We waited for about 4 hours, turned to the waiters. Those, in turn, promised to correct the misunderstanding... It didn't work out.
The guy ordered tea, asked to bring boiling water, after half an hour, because they did not bring it, he asked again. In general, he asked for boiling water three times and on the third they brought it to him. They mixed up cocktails for us, brought us what we didn't order. In general, they had a complete mess.
The waiters, of course, can also be understood. There were too many people in the place... However, they had to be prepared for this. In general, for the first time I left the institution at 00:00, and did not stay until victorious.
By the way, the food doesn't really match the establishment: draniki is not very good, bruschetta is also not wow. Delicious different types of pastes, desserts. The drinks here are delicious: alcoholic, teas, lemonades. The dishes are beautiful, the serving is not bad.

We came to visit from Russia, they said this is the best place in Minsk. But in Real Life, they still did not understand why they gave the money: the food - the barbecue was nothing at all, they even had to swear, the pork smelled strongly-it was replaced. They either don't have their vegetables or they've been stolen, just 100 grams on a plate. The portions are small, but I don't know how much they cost. I couldn't drink the shots at all, I could have done the normal ones. I liked the potatoes and the live music, by the way, the dance floor wasn't very big either, and I had to dance in the aisle, although the place didn't have a full seat. We rested with a company of 4 people (then the 5th appeared) on 11/9/24, in the karaoke room. We previously sat down in the hookah area (the one in front of the entrance directly to the karaoke), symbolically drank a glass of whiskey, and went to karaoke. They asked to transfer the account from the hookah zone to the deposit in the karaoke zone, but were refused. Apparently, the policy of the institution (there was no one but us, the hookah was not smoked, the waiter served the same thing: in the hookah zone, in karaoke). Well, all right... Every 40 minutes, a waiter comes and asks to pay the bill, within a time interval. Such a policy is not very clear: whether there is doubt about the appearance, or the financial content of the wallet, or both. We sat for a sufficient amount of time, and on the 3rd payment of the phased bill, the contents of a hot drink appeared, which we did not order. The complaint about this misunderstanding was answered briefly and concisely: "Sorry, we got it mixed up." Questions about the "withdrawal of money" remain open, but we are decent people: we do not hang cliches. We ordered a hookah, waited for a hookah in the area of 1.5 hours, although there were not many people. I had to approach 2 times separately, to clarify. Well, the most interesting thing: I went outside with a girl, called a taxi, a guard ran up and asked who would pay the bill. To my answer that those who stayed behind would pay, I was very persistently asked to go back down with him and point the finger at who all these people were. I did not hear any stable arguments for these acts, and within the framework of the lack of constructive approach, I went to point the finger. He was absolutely adequate, polite, and tidy that night. I rarely leave bad reviews, but my patience couldn't stand it. The corporate party was celebrated on December 28. The food was terrible, it was stated almost 1.5 kg of food per person, in fact, salmon salad - 2 pieces of salmon, the rest lettuce leaves, hot - barely warm rubber beef, which was not even cut with a knife. Of the appetizers, 1 small roll of fish and caviar, an incomprehensible sandwich - loaf with some kind of Santa Bremor spread called "canapé with salmon and cheese patty", everything else is sliced polendvica, an incomprehensible color rustic sausage and spicy orange salami, huge plates of inedible pickles, vegetables and olivier salad with half-baked ingredients…
New Year's concert program - performance of a cover song, a game of quiz - ok, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden - 1 competition and a performance by a gypsy ensemble who sang Russian pop songs - guys, are you serious?
And for this you charge 250 rubles per person!?
Such a beautiful place and it's so easy to spoil the impression of it(((

16.11 we came to karaoke to celebrate a friend's birthday. The table was reserved for 6 people, as a result, only 5 people could fit at the table. Half the evening there was an empty table nearby, which was moved to us (thanks to the waitress, not the administrator). After people came to this table (and they also had 6 people and there was nowhere to put the 6th one because the tables were almost close to each other), the receptionist girl came up and started telling me that there would be a complaint now (by the way, it's for me it shouldn't worry), I didn't answer anything and she continued to say that there is the same birthday boy as ours.We were sitting almost on top of each other, I'm attaching a photo of the distance of the tables, the 6th person should fit in this gap.As a conclusion: I would work with the receptionist on communicating with guests and check the seating before receiving guests (which is done in all normal establishments).
