This store should be classified as an above-average class store. The assortment is at the proper level. It is noticeable that the management is trying to provide high-quality goods despite the shortage of a European manufacturer. So, Russian and Belarusian products are represented exclusively by a very high-quality segment, I did not see Chinese products. As for the European manufacturer, it should be pointed out here that there is a large selection, as well as, in comparison with other stores, a humane price. I would like to mention the discount system, which is real, and not a formal advertising statement. It should be added about the high level of professionalism of the staff. Manager Mikhail is probably the only one who is well versed in plumbing products, both those presented in the store and those available on the modern market. Before that, he visited several salons, galleries, etc., however, the level of qualification of sellers and managers was significantly inferior to the average. Mikhail was well-versed in the issue, and what is pleasant, confidently predicted the effectiveness and reliability of goods, based on the realities of our everyday life. A pleasant, intelligent, competent and decent employee. I would like to add that the store fulfilled all obligations for the delivery, quality and completeness of the goods (bathtub + legs + overflow, heated towel rail, installation, toilet bowl) in the shortest possible time and in full configuration.
