Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. In principle, I am always skeptical about such "Italian" restaurants, because I am Italian myself. Despite the fact that I know in advance that I will not wait for a truly Italian meal, but at least I expect well-prepared dishes according to the rules. For example, pasta, if not "aldente", so prepare the undigested pasta, following the cooking instructions on the package…The pasta with prosciutto was not pasta per se, but some kind of tasteless mass. And risotto also could not be called risotto - I will cook much better at home. Regarding the bruschetta, I would like to see the bread toasted, and it is better to divide a huge sandwich into two, since it is impossible to eat it calmly. The only thing that was somehow delicious was the burrata... and the bread too.
Going to an Italian restaurant is a culinary experience of tastes and feelings... and all this was not found in this institution. I also recommend that you symbolically designate this place as Italian - with the colors of the Italian flag or any signs.

The place is in the center on a pedestrian street, there is a queue in the evenings. To be honest, the food is for 4 days, pasta with porcini mushrooms without porcini mushrooms with champignons with the smell of porcini mushrooms, this is the first time I see such a divorce. Mussels are so-so, carbonara is nothing, at least they didn't spoil it. Bruschetta with stale bread. Alcohol is normal. It's probably normal for Minsk, but generally so-so.

Recently we visited the institution for the first time. The impressions are extremely positive :) the cuisine is delicious, there is a choice. Pasta. There is no meat at all.
You can't skimp on guests like that.
