We were there twice. Everything is great, risotto, pasta, soups, bruschetta. Excellent service. Even on New Year's holidays, one waitress worked for the entire establishment and did everything in time. Very pleasant prices for wine, many types are poured into glasses, which is rare.

We walked around Minsk on the evening of 25.06. We decided to sit at the summer table of this restaurant and did not regret a drop. The atmosphere is great, the food is great. The evening was also complemented by a man who played the hang. Calm and peaceful. I would like to especially mention Elena, the waiter who served tables on the street. Her work deserves the highest praise, and the wine she recommended for seafood is beyond praise. The result was a wonderful evening.

The staff is very, very nice, friendly, accommodating, pleasant. I recommend bruschetta with pickled beef - it's amazing there, the most delicate slices combined with arugula and onions. The seafood plate is also quite good. The price tag is average for the center of Minsk.

Shock-coffee! Arugula ice cream! 12 rubles: 2 balls of ice cream with ice cubes, arugula rags under them, the balls are sprinkled with salt and plates with droplets (literally) honey. We went to the institution on July 4th. A very mixed review. I don't know where to start. At first, I was shocked by the food and service and believed that there was the best pasta "carbonara" in all of Minsk. I loved this place very much, but something went very wrong with it.
1) According to the classics, I ordered carbonara to try my favorite pasta again. They brought the most burnt, the meat was completely black and burnt!!! It is impossible to eat, they burned it as much as possible and decided to pretend that it would do anyway and the guest would grab the goreliki for 18p. The pasta was not naturally yellow, but black and yellow! Most likely, the cream was mixed with black meat and gave this color.
2) They asked to redo it immediately and there was already a spoiled mood, well, anything happens and you can always give your favorite institution a second chance. They brought it a second time. This time it was clearly visible that the meat was pink and white, but the cooks did it hastily and "fuck off" and the milk paste turned out, the cream was poured as much as possible or there were not enough spices and it tasted like MILK SOUP WITH PASTA. It was not tasty and a complete scam for 18 rubles per serving. To be honest, the first pasta with burnt meat was much tastier than what was brought the second time. The difference is visible on the face, that the first time they tried to get in, the second time they did it as quickly and shabbily as possible, so long as the guest did not wait for a long time, without a soul and cooking.
3) With the arrival of the second portion of pasta (in fact, we wait until our dish is cooked twice for 40 minutes +), the waiter girl did not bring a fork and ran away, okay, we sit and look at the dish for another 10 minutes.
4) The cooks are the most screaming cattle, despite the fact that the kitchen is open and located near the toilet. You can feel that you are standing in a relatively cool Italian restaurant, with an above-average price. You wait in line for the toilet and all the time you listen to the cooks swearing and yelling. Get high!
5) I expressed all my opinion to the waiter girl, but I didn't see any reaction to it, no emotions. There was a feeling that just okeyokeyeky go away faster and do not interfere with work, the bill has already been paid. It was as if they weren't listening to me and didn't react to it at all.

Previously, I gave this institution a solid 9.5 and considered it one of the best, now God forbid it pulls on 3 points, with a wretched paste that they cram into you and even from the second time I can't do IT NORMALLY, for a guest who has been waiting for her for almost an hour!!
- I put 3 points only for a beautiful, intelligent woman administrator, who, as for the first time, creates the image of a mother and her soul becomes warmer and more pleasant when she works in the gym.

Dinner at Osteria la Bruscetta. Despite the presence of tables at the entrance to the establishment, no one paid attention to us at all for 10 minutes. As a result, they sat down at the vacant table by the window and even received a menu. And then everything went great: spaghetti, risotto, bruschetta with Napoleon – everything is fast and delicious. It is a very cozy place, but it is worth dividing the halls into "family" and for couples / friends.

The service was sooo attentive, warm and memorable.
The waiter helped to make a choice, was responsive and responsive to requests.
The dishes were delicious.
Bruschettas are big (for a woman's appetite), generous, delicious, cool.
Good tartare.
The mussels turned out to be somewhat salty, but the overall impression is still wonderful.

Special thanks to the manager, who supported us at a difficult moment when there was a technical glitch and the Russians could not pay with a card and withdraw cash. That's what she said: sit down anyway, you can't stay hungry. She sympathetically helped to solve the current situation. A good selection of wine! Pasta with lots of seafood is truly, not two shrimp for the look.
