We found ourselves in a stylish decent hotel with a wonderful interior. We stayed with you for 2 weeks with extraordinary comfort, pleasure and joy. Wonderful atmosphere-very friendly staff, special thanks to the restaurant staff. Namely, the manager Osman. For your friendliness and attentiveness. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the chef either. The restaurant has a variety of food, fresh dishes for every taste, a large selection, and everything is very tasty. A large selection of meat and vegetables, soups and side dishes. Sauces and baked goods. Drinks and cold snacks! The pastry shop is excellent , the choice is huge , unfortunately it is not possible to try everything ✅ The barista guy who made the coffee is very polite and the coffee is super 😁👏The rooms are clean, tidy, fresh and tidy. A snow-white towel and room cleaning in a timely manner. The room has everything you need. As well as dark curtains and dim lighting, which was conducive to relaxation. Comfortable mattresses and comfortable small pillows. An atmospheric spacious lobby with excellent stylish furniture for cozy gatherings and relaxation. Convenient location to the sea-7 minutes near the market, bazaars, pharmacies. The hammam and the pool are great! 👍 The level is super ! We had a vacation at the end of March 2025 as a couple. I liked the hotel - the food was delicious, the location was good, the staff was friendly and not intrusive, towels and bed linen were changed every 3 days. In general, there are no particularly high requests for "4+". The room was dilapidated, but large enough with a balcony (purchased as standard). The room has a double bed, a single bed and an armchair, a spacious bathroom. This is probably our first time in Turkey when we were immediately checked into a normal room without an "extra.surcharges")) The tourists were mostly Germans, Poles, locals and Iraqis. There were very few Russians.
Excellent fauna when walking along the adjacent territory from the hotel - cats in large numbers, which are fed; hedgehogs walk in the evening; turtles swim in the nearby streams)

We were here in winter, so we can't fully assess it. There is a private beach with a bar, you can have a drink and a snack. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, the food is varied and delicious, even out of season. But the alcohol is bad and not very tasty, the cocktails are very simple. If you want to drink wine or beer while eating, then sit in the center, near the waiters, otherwise they won't even come. Overall, the impression is positive.

Is it worth going to this hotel out of season with a child?!
There is no definite answer.
A decent buffet, without a children's menu... basically, that's it.
So, any rain floods the hotel from the ceiling to the basement! My one-year-old child and I were given a room with no air conditioning, 18 degrees in the room. After many attempts to fix it and find out, they gave me a different number. Be prepared for your clothes to be damp - the socks have been drying for 4 days! There are no irons in the room. If you need to iron something, take it to the laundry for money.
The light in the room is so dim that when you go outside you feel like a mole. Well, and mold in the bathroom, streaks. The star rating clearly does not match

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. We visited the last oasis 2 years ago. BUT, these are two completely different hotels. The one that was in 2022 was really pleasing, excellent cuisine, attentive staff, good room cleaning and other delights of "strong" Turkish Hotels. He left the most positive impressions, even if he did not pull for a full-fledged 5, but at least a solid 4. In 2024, we arrived at the "very tired hotel". With staff who are not friendly to Russian tourists. (There is even a pool of the most uncomfortable rooms at the reception, "especially for tourists from the Russian Federation."). They are relocated only with a scandal. It's just a disgusting kitchen. No animation. The hotel has fully qualified to serve Romanian pensioners. This is now their main contingent (80% of tourists in early September). The water park is not working. On the positive side, there is an excellent location and one of the best beaches in Side, and maybe in the whole of Antalya. Otherwise, it's not worth your attention. In the photo, the view from our balcony :)) This is the best room available

We had a rest at the end of October 2924.. One of the advantages is the beach. That's it!! We were settled by all foreigners, even from Kazakhstan earlier, at exactly the right time! The first room is terribly dirty, I haven't lived there and haven't been cleaned for a long time (on the 2nd floor above a space like a food court, closer to the gate along the corridor to the beach). Just torn sheets, hair everywhere!She asked for a replacement number. They gave us 217 or 218 (above the pastry shop)..While we were unpacking, my husband crushed 3 small cockroaches.. We went to dinner. We come, we open the door, we turn on the light, and there are RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA-RA! The child screams- it's the first time he's seen them! We are shocked!! They were everywhere! In the toilet, in the closet, on the floor.. Tin! I went to the reception outraged.. There, an absolutely calm Turk said that there were no rooms, he could offer another room without windows to spend the night, and another receptionist would come out tomorrow and decide.. The room had a window into the lobby of the hotel and was open for airing - Papa Karl's dresser!! I am horrified, this is my son's first trip abroad and to the sea.. The next day, the receptionist was nice and checked us in on the 4th floor in the afternoon. The numbers are dead. They don't clean up even with tips. You won't stay hungry.. But there's a sooooo dirty mess in the dining room- a cockroach crawled on my son!!! During the day!! We were sitting on sofas... Their only advantage is the young lady administrator! A lovely creature, and competent and unbiased towards Russians! I hope she gets paid well, and if not, then some good hotel will lure her away!

The place is not bad, but not five stars and 3 not more. I didn't like how they cleaned in 5 days, they cleaned once, and then the beds were only made, the floor was washed along the aisles, and then I doubt that they washed in the corners along the edges of the dust. The kitchen is small, the choice is small, well, maybe it was certainly out of season because of this. They drank their own alcohol because alcohol was very bad after the bar . I would never come back to this hotel again, but as a whole the territory is cleaned, the staff is very nice and polite.

The kitchen is so-so... Mostly Germans stay at the hotel. The staff speaks German, English, and rarely anyone speaks Russian. In general, all Turks in Side speak German, and they greet each other with "Hello" in the shops...

There are cockroaches in my room 2102! The food in the restaurant is specific: spicy with a lot of spices. The waiters remove the food at the moment when the person leaves to pour coffee.The animation is not interesting, but overall I am happy with my stay: the hotel is good, though too pompous. It's better to pour juice in the Lobby than dilute the syrup, which tastes terrible. It is unpleasant when the reception staff politely respond to Germans in German and ignore or carelessly respond to Russians, citing poor knowledge of the language.

The territory is beautiful, but it is small, green spaces in front of the hotel entrance. But there are 3 swimming pools and aquagorks on the territory. The interior of the hotel has a nice design, the staff is polite. The room is clean. The sea is less than 5 minutes away. The food is delicious and varied. There are animators who occupy throughout the day.

We stayed at this hotel in October. We were in it about 7 years ago and during this time, of course, a lot has deteriorated. 1. These are cockroaches. They gave me a room with cockroaches. Of course, they were not visible during the day, but as soon as it got dark, they immediately got out both in the rooms and in the lobby, where the main restaurant is. They did not change the room, because they arrived only for a week and the hotel was completely packed. 2. The location of the elevators and the general layout of the hotel. This is not the first or even the 3rd time we have been to Turkey. It was always clear where to go in the elevator. But not in this hotel. As we found out later and remembered 7 years later, the hotel has 3 elevators and each is located in its own building. So, to find towels in the spa, you need to move to a completely different building. Of course, they don't talk about this at the reception. Only the floor. And you're running around and going through this quest. While we were looking, it turned out that all the visitors also can't find almost anything. 3. Lighting in the room. In general, the lighting in hotels is always not bright, but this time they gave such a room that even after turning on all the lamps, sometimes they had to light themselves with a flashlight on the phone. Of course, all of the above may not seem important to someone, but we were shocked to say the least. The hotel clearly does not pull at 5 stars. 4. There is no freshly squeezed juice at breakfast. We had a rest according to the ultra all inclusive program. The juice was only on the way to the beach and for the money. 2 euro glass. We decided to try it, spat out the bitterness and pomegranate seeds. I don't recommend it.
The only advantages are the beach, the sea and the entrance to it, the food is not bad, although we were told that this year they save on everything.
Not much for food, but you won't stay hungry. Good attitude of the staff, despite the fact that the bed linen was changed for us only on the 5th day of rest.
As a result, I would return to Side only because of the beach mainly, but obviously not to this hotel.

Price quality 👍🏼 I'll start with the fact that the location is excellent: near the final stop of buses of different directions, the price is $ 1, you can go to the antique Side- a cool place😍 or to the shopping center. The hotel is on the 2nd line, but it is very convenient and fast to get to the sea. Great big rooms, comfortable bed, wide balconies. There were comments on plumbing, but nothing critical. There is a playground, a children's room in the dining room. Indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa in my opinion is too expensive - the offer from the guide was much cheaper. For parents with children, of course, you need to take rooms in a small separate building, because the disco and bar are definitely noisy until 23, you can hear in the rooms. The food is delicious. There are comments to the waiters, of course (they don't see you without a coin, they prefer the Germans, but in general, a smile and a dollar/euro does its job 👍🏼 out of season, there were few sunbeds on a sunny day. And of course, throughout the time, I was pleased with the chic sofas in the lobby, especially the purple ones😍

There is a lot I want to say and describe: they met us very hospitably, escorted us to our room, told us everything and showed us. Our room was on the second floor on the left side of the main building. The room is quite spacious and bright in the family room. With a balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool . Clean room, with air conditioning, refrigerator replenished every day with drinks (cola, fanta , juice, water, mineral water, beer) all for free!!!🔥 one day they made us beautiful swans with flowers on the bed🔥
What can I say about the food ; the food is super tasty , like homemade food , that is, Russian cuisine . After eating, nothing ever bothered us! Great attention from the waiters , they always offered any drinks . We especially liked the waiter IRFAN, a wonderful man with all his soul, we became friends with him and communicated in Russian)The tables are always clean and beautifully set . Food 24/7 even the Italian restaurant is open at night until 7 am. Very tasty burgers and burgers ! Be sure to try it

We lost things at the hotel several times - we found them, the staff helps us find them, or they carry them to the reception. From what was unpleasantly surprised, this is a Turkish night- belly dancing by a man in an oriental woman's costume. Have the Turks been so humiliated that they are ready to dance this for Europeans in a Muslim country? Considering that Turkish women, all those who were seen there swim all closed, in special suits. Namaz is at 5.20 and in the evening before sunset every day. It can be heard all over the neighborhood. This contrast surprised us, reminded us in the 90s, when we also tried to please the West, now we know what it led to. But this is not a question for the hotel, so 5 points.

Wonderful hotel!
One of the best that we have visited. They were in January 2024 (from January 3 to January 17). And usually you already want to go home at the end of such a long trip, but you left here with regret.
Everything is very beautiful! The interiors are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. When the neighbors were making noise behind the wall at night (and I was working remotely and I needed to get enough sleep), they moved me without any problems! Chulpan immediately helped. And the room was even better given. And everywhere there are sofas, sitting areas, armchairs, sofas. In the evening, there is animation in the huge lobby of the hotel. The guests are different, Germans, Poles, Russians and others. The staff is very friendly. There was a single very unpleasant friend at the reception (thin with protruding ears and an eternally dissatisfied face) - when we arrived, they gave us the wrong room, but early, we looked and did not like it, I said we'd better wait for our own. And this man began to behave terribly like that - he was dragging a suitcase, throwing it, I thought the wheels would fly off. And he came to the reception, started yelling at the girl in Turkish. Horror, I was so impressed that I didn't know whether to laugh or be outraged. How this man got to work in such a cool hotel is generally a mystery. And despite the fact that I also tipped him for bringing the bags (although I don't need it, we are able to carry it ourselves, but okay)), but he continued to behave simply unacceptably, ignored any requests. Other receptionists at the reception helped. And Chulpan. Chulpan is generally a miracle! She speaks several languages. There is always a queue of guests to her. Any situation is handled instantly by an intelligent person and exactly in his place. If Chulpan reads these lines, thank you for everything! 🩷

I was very touched by the fact that on January 7, we, the Russian-speaking guests, had a holiday in honor of Christmas in a separate hall. With live music and singers, with a feast. Special thanks for that! It was unexpectedly pleasant and even touching attention to our holiday in a Muslim country. Wonderful! Thank you for such attention, dear residents of Turkey. )
The food in the restaurant is delicious. There were days when it was more modest, but in general it was very good. We caught the event: part of the restaurant hall was fenced off with portable fences and a real holiday was arranged there with a feast and acrobats performing, etc. - it turns out that once a year such a holiday is arranged by the management of the hotel staff. Dinner was just great that day. The sweet table is just a sight to behold. The food is also, a lot and delicious. It is very pleasant to observe how the hotel owner treats his employees. To me, this explains such a friendly attitude towards the guests. All employees are positive - thank you! The bartender, a young guy in a coffee shop, is simply charming, he made such drawings on coffee, juggled dishes so skillfully - a separate show, that's another highlight of the hotel. But they change there and in general they are all good, but this guy just lifted the mood every time!
Sea. I didn't swim, it was kind of chilly for me, and my son was constantly. ))
But these are children - they just need the sea)). In general, some people swam even on seemingly cool days. The beach is equipped with sun beds - in good condition. The drinks bar is open (water, soda, hot drinks). On rainy days, even if the bar is closed, bottled drinking water is on the table. A pleasant promenade between the beach and the hotel area. There is a place to walk.
The massage is wonderful. The girls from Bali made it for us. One day, the masseuse who was giving her husband a massage got sick - and Oksana replaced her. And my husband was surprised (he is a swimmer, he has been doing sports all his life - he knows a lot about massage) - he liked Oksana's massage even more. He even began to have back pain.
So who wants to be softer - Puta, tougher - Siri, and if it's really cool - Oksana.
In general, the hotel is great. I recommend it!

A golden cage, to be honest. We didn't go on purpose, we were relocated from another department due to closure for the winter.
A large building, 5 buildings, a large courtyard with a swimming pool, a steam room with a hammam. A warm swimming pool. A large dining room.
There are many hotels nearby. The sea is 350 meters away. The sea has its own area, bar, sun beds, shower.
Entertainment, drinking, disco, cultural program in the evenings and excursions.
The town of Side, where the hotel is located shopping, streets with shops, an endless space of terrible goods.
There are few Russians in the hotel, but more than half of the Germans.
It's hectic, there's not much space, there's almost nowhere to walk. On the plus side, the food and rooms are cozy.

The hotel is located on the 2nd line, but 200 meters from the sea at most. Walk along the path for 3 minutes and you are on the beach. The rooms are shabby, the hotel needs renovation.
