Disgusting service and attitude towards guests, rude staff, especially young people, (the staff of the dining room kicked the children out of the table in the absence of adults, the children were very scared, putting their girlfriends at the table. The location is excellent, Antalya airport is 1.5 hours away, the beach is a 5-minute walk from the pebble-sand, there are no large waves, because this is a bay, with children it's the very thing) rooms like the hotel are not new, everything is standard there. I liked the food, of course there were no shrimps and mussels(: but there was fish, chicken, beef twice a day. There are few sun beds by the pools, we always went, looked for free ones, we did not always find them. Moreover, half of the people will just put towels on the sun beds and maybe go to the sea, and the sun beds are occupied for half the day. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach and there have never been any problems with this. Within walking distance from the hotel there are shops, a park, a port with yachts, clubs, a dolphinarium.

The staff at the reception are tired and not very friendly, but they hold on)
There are 2 buildings on the territory of the hotel: the main one and the Anex one. Since there were no places, we were mostly settled in the building from Anex. It was cleaned and cooked for a long time, but it was never finished) I am attaching a photo from this issue. It's very dirty, the furniture is old and broken, sockets fall out of the walls, mattresses need to be replaced, bed linen with holes, sometimes cockroaches came to visit. The air conditioner was old, but it worked well. After long conversations with the hotel administration for 10 tr. we were moved to the main building, of course everything is much more decent there.
- kitchen: lack of dishes, sometimes also poorly washed. There is a lot of food, but it is not tasty. Only turkey is made of meat. Fish. Vegetables. Olives. Cheeses. Soups. Sausages. Omelet, fried eggs. Watermelon and melon. Sweets. Ice cream by the pool according to the schedule. On the last day, they gave spoiled mashed potatoes. At first I thought it seemed sour, but no) on the way to the airport, I had to go to every hotel in the WC, from which the guests were picked up.
- bar: there are basic drinks: whiskey, beer, wine. Not all bartenders can make cocktails. Glasses / glasses are not washed, but rinsed.
- animation: very, very weak. 4 animators, only two of them worked (2 guys). The rest were stuck on the phone, and they were also rude. In the afternoon, fitness, shooting range, in the evening 2 hours like a disco. There was an illusionist once, and that was the only time it was interesting.

+ the hotel is located near the center of Kemer (within walking distance). There is a bus stop nearby. Market, supermarkets, shops, discos, paid beaches, McDonald's, dolphinarium.
In general, the territory of the hotel is huge, but neglected. Repairs and good clearing are required. They also save on staff, they just don't have enough, the uniforms are dirty, some of them don't look nice. The staff are all very nice, welcoming, but very tired and exhausted.
In this situation, I will not buy vouchers to this hotel again, it's definitely not 5.
The potential of this hotel is huge, there are many advantages: the territory, the location, this is one of the very first hotels in Kemer. They need a very good manager, an increased staff, a chef and renovation.

I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, always clean and tidy. As for the food, I can say that you need to get used to Turkish cuisine, but I haven't been able to in 10 days. The rest was great, the animators are funny, friendly (Julia is the chief animator, a person with excellent qualities, will always find an approach to any guest) for this they have great respect. Room service every day - cleanliness and order 🤗
Regarding the service of waiters and bartenders, I can say that they quickly and clearly understand and help in choosing drinks and dishes. I especially want to thank the manager Ahmed and the waiter Mehmet - you guys are the best. I am very glad that I met such people. They were polite and sociable, since I traveled with my son - we always had a choice of everything that others did not have. They were just bombastic at communicating with my child, although my son was hyperactive, managed to listen to them and understand. Special thanks for that.
I was satisfied with my stay at this particular hotel, I would like to return again.
I wish prosperity to the hotel, and success to the service staff in their work and a speedy promotion.
There was a case when my son and I came to have breakfast, there was nothing for him (2.8 years old) I turned to the Chef of the restaurant and 5 minutes later they cooked scrambled eggs for the child. It's cool 🙌

We had a rest from May 4 to 11 , 2023 . We really liked the rest and the hotel. This place is a place with a twist. The hotel exceeded my expectations. According to the reviews, I was preparing for another one. But when I came here, I did not regret for a second that I chose this particular hotel, with such an excellent location and just WOW the view! People are not stingy, take a room with a sea view. I felt as if we were vacationing not in Turkey, but at least in Monaco. These mountains, these yachts, these palm trees. In general, this picture will remain in your memory for a long time, and it will warm you in the cold autumn. I can't say anything bad about the service . The room was cleaned every day, the waiters were all fast, nimble, the managers were constantly rustling, the boys in the bar were good. Food for 5 cu. of course it's not rixos, but the chefs cook great. Take any dish-it is cooked very, very tasty. I'm sitting here and thinking, people who write bad things - do you cook such an assortment of dishes at home every day? People, you will never be hungry in this hotel. and there are snacks for afternoon tea. At night, after 12 o'clock, a night snack- soup, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, olives, jam, cheese, sausage. they give ice cream in the afternoon . The animations were good too. In the morning, the ritual is a hotel dance, which also lifts the mood in its own way. However, there was only one disco. But we didn't need it .
After dinner, we went to a children's animation, then stayed for an adult one. there, different drinks were distributed near the amphitheater. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, clean everywhere, the pools are clean. The slides are working. And the palm trees in the hotel, it's just impossible to take your eyes off them. So powerful, all in one growth, you definitely won't see them anywhere. at the bottom of the hotel there is a great free hammam, sauna - be sure to go. Be sure to also try their Turkish coffee, which is served by the waiters both in the bar and in the lobby in small cups. there are shops in the hotel, where we bought a weight onion. and they never regretted it . although the price is not cheap. 20 dollars per kg. The beach is a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. along a noisy street with a cafe and a shop. on the beach, the bar has water, tea, coffee, juices. There is still no alcohol . beer at their bar is paid and expensive. so buy it on the market right away. right on the way to the beach. there you will find whatever your heart desires. there are decent sun beds and umbrellas on the beach .Everything is enough for everyone . absolutely. the beach is like a lagoon, where the water is several degrees warmer. this is a big plus for those who are vacationing with children. to the left of the beach there is an inconspicuous Jurassic park on the mountain. You won 't regret going . try crayfish with fruits. the park is paid, $ 5 per adult (free for children), but after buying a ticket once, you can visit it for free until the end of your vacation. I had a rest in July 2023. The hotel is great, the location is great. The territory is cool. But it feels like the hotel does not have enough staff, for all its beauty, the service only pulls in 4 stars. The waiters do not have time to clean the tables and bring clean cutlery if someone has already eaten at the table. The maids do not have time to pay enough attention to cleaning the rooms. All this is not critical and does not spoil the overall impression. The hotel has a private beach, in the bay, the beach is gorgeous, there is a nuance, a lot of garbage gets into the bay from the sea, again they do not have time to clean up.
But all this is compensated by the price, because in fact the price for 2 people for 9 nights came out as a 4-star hotel (at the time of reading the review, the price situation will change according to). In general, I can recommend the hotel for an adequate amount.

Vacationed here with my husband in September 2023 ... the hotel is terrible, especially for such a price. The room stock is old. It's not 5, it was maybe 10-15 years ago. Not the first line, as stated on the website, you will have to go decently, in a couple of days. There is no normal bar on the beach, water and diluted juice ... there are sun beds, you will find a place to fall. The food is not great, but I only eat vegetables and salads, I was fine. Of the variety, the maximum is fish, the beacon is overcooked or raw. In general, I do not recommend spending money on this hotel for 180, you can find much better. There is only disappointment.

It is better to live in the main building (the anex building is very tired, not very neat, in the style of the 60s), but there is something wrong there (the faucet does not work, the air conditioner is noisy, etc.) and in order for you to get a good room, you need to "arrange the staff to yourself"; the food is highly adapted for us, and if you want "local" cuisine, then you will have to look for a cafe or restaurant outside the hotel and on non-tourist streets; the set of drinks is very limited, even if you take "ultra all in", it will not give you more choices; animators and entertainment on site will suit children and possibly teenagers; the pool is quite sound, but there are pieces of tiles coming off, staggering ladders and other little things that make it clear that all this is very old. Food for slaughter on the principle of a buffet, replenished constantly, no one will remain hungry. In general, the impression of the hotel is good, water and juices are regularly brought to the room, towels are changed, cleaning is done (on request). We had a rest in Ozkaymak in September 2023.
The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. It is a pleasure to leave the hotel and walk around the city, along the coast 👍🏼

And here is the hotel itself.. I consider myself to be not the most demanding tourists, but even I was puzzled by some moments.
Judge for yourself: the hotel itself and the room stock are already battered, from plumbing to textiles - everything needs to be updated.
The deposit for towels for two is $ 20.
Room cleaning is more than mediocre: they often forgot to put water, towels, shampoos. (we are talking about the main building, which, in theory, is more expensive and better than Anex).
Well, the cherry on the cake is the main restaurant. Have you ever had to come to dinner at a 5* hotel for 30-40min just to take a seat for yourself, and preferably a more comfortable one? But in Ozkaymak, the demand exceeds the supply, so you have to come in advance. Also, the waiters are not very efficient, no one is in a hurry to clean the tables after the guests.
The food is pretty mediocre, you won't stay hungry, but you won't eat anything exclusive either. The cocktails at the bar are also mediocre. 🙃

Service is sometimes lazy, which is typical for urban Turks, unlike village Turks. The room in which they lived from the 90s was cleaned and replenished with water, juice, coffee, tea (there is a kettle with appliances) every day. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, pebbles with sand. There are no problems with sun loungers - everyone has enough. The mountains around the hotel are a very beautiful landscape. There are 2 large swimming pools on site. Besides Russians, there were many Kazakhs, Romanians and Ukrainians on vacation.

After reading a lot of reviews about this hotel, my husband and I still decided to opt for it.
The main and, in fact, the only negative is the rooms, which are old and have already been "seen". But, if you do not check into the annex rooms (the old building), then not everything is so bad. just either book the standard rooms initially (main building), or you can change the annex room to the standard one at the place +$15 per night, but it's worth it, that's exactly what we did, we never regretted it.
Food: buffet, you will not stay hungry for sure, there is a choice, if you did not find something in the restaurant, you can safely find it in some bar, every meal they cook something outside: meat, fish, fried eggs, etc

We are currently staying at this hotel (from October 9th to 16th). The hotel is loaded by 10 percent, there are very few tourists, since they close in a week. As a result, there is no animation, no normal nutrition, the choice is like a three. The snack bar is not working, there is no ayran or gozleme, a couple of greasy cakes and pancakes left over from breakfast with cream spread on top)) All tourists are very unhappy, the staff responds to our complaints - what do you want, the closing of the season, prices are twice lower. And here's the main catch - all tours are bought at summer prices, one woman from St. Petersburg bought a 9-night tour for 237 thousand rubles per person.
One of the advantages is an excellent location, near the port, marina, shopping streets. It's about 7 minutes to the sea if you go out through the side gate. But at 18:00 it is closed and in the evening you can go out and enter the hotel only from the main entrance, which is located on a deserted street, you have to go around the entire hotel, which is extremely inconvenient.
The beach of the hotel is located in a very beautiful bay, but on the beach at the bar there is only tea, coffee, yuppie juices, everything else is paid.
In general, the main complaint to the tour operators is that such a vacation is not worth the money we paid, no one warned us about the imminent closure. We bought a tour from Peninsula tours. It's a shame when life boils in neighboring hotels, live music, discos, full load every day, and we go and admire someone else's fun through the fence.

We rested at the hotel in early August, everything is super, we really liked the hotel, even though we were settled for a day in the annex building, as we understood it is practiced by them.It was observed that almost all new arrivals were sent to an additional building for a day.Everything else covers this negative moment.The hotel is located next to the port, we took a boat trip + diving, my son dived, we swam in the purest sea.There are also several parks across the street from the hotel, it's great to take a walk in the evening when the heat has subsided.The beach of the hotel was not appreciated at first, the entrance to the sea was very rocky and it was dirty, and only on the last day of rest they realized that it was possible to enter the sea opposite the paid beach, it adjoins the beach of the hotel and is not separated by anything, there is sand and very clean.The food was good, food for every taste, watermelon , melon,apples, oranges, sometimes grapes, there were queues, as they wrote in other reviews, but I observed this in all the hotels where I rested.The room was cleaned daily, the bed linen was changed in a week almost every other day.In conclusion, I want to say that I would definitely come back to this hotel.

A clever trick is to offer to spend the night in a nearby hotel, and tomorrow everything will be solved. Don't get fooled. Managers change and you can't prove anything. That's where you'll stay. The air conditioning system is centralized here. It cools from 10 a.m. to 24.00, Then turns off For two days it has not worked at all. Before that, the master was called every day. The repair lasts for three hours. For health reasons, I have to sit in my room and die from the heat. As I understand it, the system is old and gets clogged up quickly. Well, the fact that the conder officially works from 10 to 24 is the first time in my practice. So today I have been waiting for the master for more than 3 hours. And he called and went, but Herman was still not there. I will write an official complaint. I'm tired of running and begging. What else. The beach is a 4-minute walk away. Not bad. The food, as for me, is good. It's a little noisy. Both from visitors and from the center opposite. You can listen to the songs until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Taking into account the fact that it will not work to close the balcony with the air conditioners not working, then it is still a pleasure. According to the staff. We were accommodated in a two-room family room for a day. We wanted to split up, but we started to make a row and demand money back. They were relocated the next day, but again with an adventure. Are we unlucky? No, this is standard hotel practice. We met several other families, they have the same thing. We didn't live in our rooms for a day. And there were constant scandals at the reception because of the rooms. The rooms are clean, but shabby with life. Appliances, plumbing are working. With difficulty. Rooms are rarely cleaned. Like every day, but it's kind of weird. In 12 days, the bed was cleaned only 3 times. I'm not complaining, but it's not 5 or even 4 stars. Towels say that you can change them at least every day. Right now. They scattered. Every three days. You can't do it more often - they just don't exist. Restaurant. One word - very small for such a hotel. Tables on the street do not save the situation either. If you arrive 3-5 minutes after the opening, there are no more seats. At best, they will be released in 40-50 minutes. But they will not be the first freshness. The food seems to be a lot of different. But it is monotonous. From the "meat" - chicken, turkey and fish. That's it! They gave me beef a couple of times. A couple of times!!! There are different cutlets, but again it is unclear from what. Fish are mainly saury, horse mackerel and the like. Trout and some other fish were given several times. But they cook incomparably. Sookie-yuppie. The coffee is from the machine, obviously instant. Tea is mostly herbal in tea bags, even if it is green. Black - in the form of tea leaves in teapots. There seem to be a lot of sweets, but they are monotonous. Mostly based on semolina with sweet syrup. Fruits are watermelon, apples and oranges. Melons are rare. And this is in the season of peaches and apricots. From alcohol - wine, beer and something stronger (I tried it a couple of times - something strong, but what was it?). At the opening of the restaurant, there are stampedes for food. I don't understand!!! People are throwing themselves at the food. They're gaining right out of themselves. And then everything goes to the trash. What for? This is the first time I've seen this in the last 10 years. The beach - walk 2-4 minutes, across the street - either along the road or through the park. The beach is quite small. The sun beds are close. The umbrellas are tiny. In the heat, 35 in the shade does not save. But nearby there are paid ones with large sun beds and umbrellas (they did not ask how much they cost). Sand. Almost. It's not loose, but it's kind of hard. The entrance to the sea is 2-3 meters of pebbles. The strip covers the entire beach. And then the sand again. The sea is clear in the morning. By evening, the water heats up and may turn green. Why? If the wind is from the south, then garbage arrives. By evening, the water is warm, well, very warm. Feels like 32-34. You come out of the sea and feel the coolness :). At a temperature of 35 in the shade. The location of the hotel is very good for me. Although there is a minus - there is something in the form of a nightclub nearby. The music plays until one o'clock in the morning. The hotel is on the edge of Kemer, and all the shops are a 5-10-minute walk away. The farthest store (migros - the cheapest products, if anyone needs) takes 15-20 minutes. Unionpay does not work in migros and this is an exception, since unionpay was accepted for payment everywhere. In general, the rest was a success, but the attitude at check-in and the restaurant spoiled everything.

Almost all the staff is very rude, no one is trying to help in any way the beach is very small for this hotel, the bar on the beach has only water and tea on the beach, too, very rude staff is specifically rude.
The food at the hotel is just terrible, there are a lot of everything, but there is practically nothing edible, we eat grilled chicken sometimes we take grilled fish and Thank God at least there are donuts. The hotel is declared as 5* with ultra all inclusive service, but in terms of service, equipment and food, I would not put above 3*. Rooms without air conditioning. If it wasn't for the grill bar in the dining room, I would have left the hotel altogether, because there was practically nothing to eat. There are no navigation schemes around the hotel, we learned about the children's cafe with a children's menu only on day 4. On the last days of rest, when almost the entire hotel was occupied, there were 30 minutes in queues for food. The beach also leaves much to be desired, it is located on the very edge of the coastline, next to large cobblestones, the entrance to the water is rocky and is not equipped with ladders, unlike neighboring beaches.

I chose this hotel because it had a good rating, the reviews are quite normal
We arrived in the morning,
There is a dirty red carpet in the lobby of the hotel, which has probably not been cleaned for many years

There were no rooms available, we were asked to wait, going to the reception at 12 we were provided with 2 standard rooms in the appe building (there were 2 pairs of us)
And from that moment, SOMETHING UNIMAGINABLE began !
We were given the key to room 202, we went into it, but it just wasn't removed from the previous guests, there was beer, coins, etc.
We went back to the reception, we were given room 206
The whole bathroom is covered in duct tape, the screen under the bathtub is glued , the hood is sealed, water does not run out of the shower
I didn 't want to find out anything anymore , I stayed in this room
On the same day, water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom onto his back 😒
A couple of days later, we had a neighbor VASKA
IT 'S JUST HUGE , they couldn 't kill with a slipper
I couldn't stand it and went to the reception to swear

We stayed at this hotel from September 14th to September 21st. I didn't like the hotel, they moved us into the old building. Towels were changed on the 5th day until they complained, the bed did not even notice that it was changed. We got stuck in the elevator on the 4th floor, sat for more than half an hour, no one cares. There's a tube hanging in the elevator, just in case, but it looks like it's hanging instead of a hurdy-gurdy, everything is swaying inside. We shouted, okay, passers-by heard us and called the elevator operator, but they didn't know at the reception. As for the sea, you can't stand for a long time biting some (piranhas). There were bite marks. We were not happy about the food either, the French fries were fried in a week's oil, it was all black. The remark was made, the oil was changed. The beautiful city of Kemer. And no less wonderful is the Ozkaymak Marina Beach hotel, where we rested from 06/9/2923 to 06/20/2023.
Previously, we read unflattering reviews, we decided, let's go and see. We were not disappointed. The room is nice, clean, tidy, the food is varied, we ate everything, we were not hungry. Cool pools, one with slides, the children did not leave the water. I liked the staff very much, everyone communicated with me and my family politely. The cook, who always came out to the hall at dinner, greeted everyone. We fell in love with the sea, Kemer, and the Ozkaymak Marina Beach Hotel (written in Russian letters). Impressions simply cannot be conveyed. We were happy for ten days. "A joyful heart, a good medicine... "The Bible.
We came to rest and we rested. Even if there were probably minor flaws, we didn't see them, we enjoyed the kitchen, the pools, the animation (entertainment every day for everyone), the sea.If we come to Kemer again, then only to Ozkaymak Marina Beach.
By the way, there is a private beach with sun beds and a beautiful, transparent sea within walking distance.

I am currently vacationing at this hotel with my family. children are 2 and 4 years old. We have a rest until 2.08.22. in general, the impression is only good. The weather is hot, the sea is warm. The children don't want to come out of the sea. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles of 3 meters, and then sand. There are large stones in places. you enter the water without any problems. The food is excellent: various meats (small cutlets), chicken, fish, rice, mocorones, vegetables, fruits (oranges, apples) . lemonades, tea, coffee. You definitely won't stay hungry. The rooms are clean, it's hot, but the air conditioner saves. We don't have a sunny side. If you don't look for cons, then it's cool to relax in this hotel.

People come in the morning to occupy the sun beds with their clothes , and they dump somewhere for half a day ( the hotel is located near the center of Kemer and you will hear the whole night club life at night ! From a pleasant , decent beach , clean sea and calm as there is a bay ! You could always find a free sunbed on the beach! There were almost no queues at the bar ! The beer is delicious! The white wine is just some kind of stuff! From 2 glasses you are already flying somewhere ! I haven't tried anything else! A variety of cocktails are made at the bar! From day 12, a woman bakes delicious tortillas with cottage cheese , as well as from 12 to 16:00 they bake pizzas , onion rings, nuggets, French fries , burgers ! The child will definitely not be hungry! Ice cream is given in 3 varieties: chocolate , strawberry and sundae!
From 2 to 5 days, water slides are included!It 's true that only 2 out of 5 slides worked ! Well, saving should be economical! We went to the hammam every day! I really liked the hamam, except for pestering him with his advertisement about massage!
In general, I liked the rest! Of course, the hotel does not pull at 5 stars! I would hardly have returned here.

The room is cramped, with a small balcony, but with a view of the sea was taken from Moscow. The candles were not turned on - it was already cool. We fell asleep to the roar of discos on the beach until about 2 a.m.
The canteen was standard, there was almost no meat, fried mackerel with bones. We ate fish only in a la carte - we were given a whole fish. There are no fruits, only last year's wilted green apples, red apples and oranges. There were often no tomatoes and cucumbers.
The beds are wildly hard, the linen is clean, but with holes. Only one outlet was working. The kettle was brought to the room 2 days before departure. There were no slippers, no dental kits either. The keys were constantly being discharged. Gel shampoo was given one piece for two.
The view is gorgeous of the marina and yachts, the park by the sea and the mountains, I went to this hotel for this.
Gorgeous palm trees on the territory, beautiful pools. The animation is poor - we were walking out of the city in the evening, through the fence we saw a very plump woman dancing a dervish dance with a dirty head, in an untidy suit. It's right that we didn't go.

A Russian-speaking animator is interested in you only until you promise to go to a disco with him. He gets 10 bucks from you and 10% of your orders. We went by ourselves, we were invited by a man from the club for free. The next day, the animator stopped greeting us and walked past us with a sour face. And then we were told that he came to the club to complain that we were being held for free and threw a tantrum there. And it's the hotel staff who are the face of it.🤣🤣🤣
The hotel's terrible beach. We drove to the beach, to the sea and to the mountains. We got everything except the beach. It is microscopic, cramped, located at the very edge of the shoreline on a slope and surrounded by a brick wall.... Beach with a wall🙈 sun beds stand sideways on the rise of the ground. There are no drinks on the beach except water and juice. Anyone from the street who buys beer can come in and lie down. There are huge boulders with algae at the entrance to the water in that area.
We lay down for half a day on the day of arrival and went to the paid city beach. They paid 250 lire a day for a huge bed with a white mattress and a good entrance to the sea right at their place.
The result is gorgeous vegetation on the territory, two large swimming pools, the view from the sea view room is right for all the beauty, the hotel is in the center of all life, the food is average, you can eat, well, a normal hotel, not super, but quite. Especially when you go there for 9 nights for 95 thousand for two. The mountains around are wonderful, the scent is pine.
