There is no chandelier in the room. Wall lighting only. The air conditioner only works in one mode, loudly. Sometimes it turned off at night by itself. The water in the faucet is tin, stinks of chlorine, tastes salty, it's terribly unpleasant to brush your teeth. By the way, the same water is in the pools.
Of the accessories, there is only shampoo, balm and soap. There is no shower gel. There are no slippers either. There is a safe, refrigerator and hairdryer.
The floor has never been cleaned in 9 days, the rose petals were still lying around.

Yogurt soup is something I've never seen in my life, and some kind of crap in general. Salads seemed to be normal. But to wait for dinner, you had to stand in a huge queue, after that you still won't be able to find a place at the table... The drinks are so-so, tea and coffee are not very good..the only plus is the large territory of the hotel, and every evening there is a children's disco, the rest is just tin, if they knew what it would be, but for what money they would not go here. The switches crumble when pressed. In our room, the air conditioner had the only function - to create background noise, because it screams like a Soyuz rocket at launch, it was useless, only minimal airflow worked, the stuffiness was terrible. The refrigerator can only be used as a drawer, it did not cool completely. Wi-Fi is free, but it barely works. The food is tasteless, monotonous and it literally needs to be extracted. The counters are scattered throughout the hotel, fruits in one part of the hotel, bread-soup and so on in another. The worst thing is with breakfast: it consists mainly of eggs and pancakes, for which there is a kilometer-long queue. There is no cleaning as such.
In general, it is not worth your money at all (in 7 days we paid 144 thousand for two), for this cost you can find more acceptable options.

The hotel SUCKS!!!! Rested 18.08.- 08/24/2021, 3 adults and a child. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey, so there is something to compare it with...........This is clearly not 5 ULTRA, maximum 3-!!!!
1) CHECK-IN: checked in at 14:00. We went into the room and just went crazy! Instead of a 2-bedroom bed, a separate 1-bedroom bed and a sofa, we saw one 2-bedroom bed and a 2-TIER one!!!!!
The only outlet in the room was ripped out "with meat"
The wardrobe does not open, does not close (both doors are stuck in the middle of the closet)!!!!
There are no towels, no shampoos, in short............ nothing (you can forget about bathrobes and slippers at all!!!)
The air conditioner IS WORKING (lo and behold!!!) as the plane buzzes
For 4 people in room 3!!! glasses)))
Refilling the refrigerator with water and juices ONLY after the pendal to the administrators.

The family stayed at this hotel in 2009. Everyone enjoyed the rest very much. The sons were practically never in the room . They were 16 and 14 years old at the time. They played in one pool, then in another, then on water slides, then in a burger joint, then on bicycles around Kemer, then in table tennis at the hotel... The sea is nearby. 5 minutes walk. You can also go to another beach. If you want boat trips, there is a marina nearby. If you want to take a walk in a historical place, there is an open-air museum nearby. And in the evening - a stunningly beautiful park. And there is also a dance floor... The town is cozy, clean, fragrant with oriental spices... The hotel is also cleaned, clean, and the staff is polite. Overeating in a restaurant. Everything is very tasty and fresh. Fruits, puddings, cakes.. - goodbye figure)) Excursions can also be purchased at the hotel. But we took it on the street - it's much cheaper there. And the buses are still the same....
Of the cons - the hotel is not completely new, so the furniture is old and slightly dilapidated. But it's not noticeable. Moreover, we were almost not in the rooms)) There is no animation at all in the evenings. But we went for a walk around the city. We went to the park and to the dance floor nearby. So it didn't bother me either.
In 2019, the youngest son and his daughter-in-law went there again for a vacation. Of course, the hotel has become more dilapidated during this time... One pool and slides did not work... But only this. In general, everything is fine. So if you need a vacation, not a hotel room, then we recommend it.
To be honest, it's not clear where so many bad reviews come from. It's been a couple of days since we arrived. The hotel is good, the food is good. Drinks, cola, sprite are great. Alcoholic beverages - beer, tequila. Everything worked in the room, the rooms were standard, cleaned, towels were changed every day. We flew with a company of 11 people + 3 children, everyone is just delighted! This is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. You can sign up for the fish restaurant on the roof for free once. They serve fish, squid, and delicious baklava. The children's animation was a little weak, in the evening there was only a disco and that was it.

I stayed at this hotel 12 years ago.Even then, the hotel had remnants of its former luxury.The rooms are dead, the beach is disgusting, I had to swim where the ethnographic museum is.Plumbing was in decline, we were flooded. The good location of the hotel, a wonderful road to the beach, the beloved city of Kemer, but the hotel needs to be restored and the beach bar should be full. 12 years ago, there was a very strong group of animators.It was headed by Julia from St. Petersburg, a hard worker.I am ashamed of our tour operators, who continue to work with this hotel and sell vouchers to people. There is a very strong discrepancy between price and quality.
