The pick-up point has an operating time of 9:00-20:00. Today 05.09.24, at the pick-up point at 17:30 and right when trying to enter the pick-up point, the ozone employee, seeing me, closed the roller blinds in front of me with a note that there was a break at the point from 17.30 to 17.50 (handwritten). Later, I repeated the attempt to receive the goods. At 18.45 I was at the door of the goods pick-up point. However, the entrance was closed again without any information. There was a man in front of me who was at the pick-up point, according to him, for at least 5 minutes. Then the queue continued to gather. There are already seven of us. The ozone employee appeared only at 18.52 and was surprised by the accumulated queue. I have been using this pick-up point for 3 years, but this is the first time I have met with so many irregular breaks! To my question: do you take breaks from work too often?, there was no clear answer. Spared: You saw me coming in at 5.30 pm, you closed the door. Answer: This is accidental. I.e., at least 2 hours before the employee's working time, the employee has an hourly break of 15-20 minutes, this is probably due to a lot of overstrain. Even in the cash desks of banks, such frequent interruptions are not observed. For the owner of the pick-up point: update the opening hours of the pick-up point so that people "do not interfere" with your employees' breaks with their visits!
The level of service was outraged. The young man defiantly does not talk to customers when issuing orders: he just ignores when they greet him, went to the pantry eight times and eventually just stayed there, there were no packages when asked to give out a package... and "politely" decided in response to ask if it had occurred to me that packages tend to end? When asked why he didn't say hello, he replied with the question: Why does it bother me? I laughed heartily, of course :)
I regularly come across the unauthorized excommunication of an employee. The work schedule does not indicate the presence of a break anywhere. The break time is written by the employee by hand and varies each time at the request of the employee of the pick-up point. For this reason, the work schedule of the point is completely unclear. When talking to an employee, I always get a very rude answer without explanation. This is an absolutely negligent attitude to work!
It's a good pick-up point, but for some reason it didn't work today. The time is 11.45, I arrived, waited for half an hour, there is no one(
We'll have to go again. I would like to see the current schedule in the maps
