It's just a terrible hotel. The only advantage is the location in the city center. That's all. Breakfasts include over-salted scramble, terrible tea and coffee (dry cream), chlete, 1 type of jam, sausages of a terrible color, 2 types of jelly that no one eats, and these plates are dragged back and forth day after day, rice is absolutely tasteless (I don't know how you can ruin rice) and noodles with vegetables. Oh, there was also a broth that looked like slop. The only thing that could be eaten was a watermelon. And even then, if you come early in the morning. Then there are only pieces left.
And the icing on the cake is that we were put in a room on the 5th floor with bedbugs. After my husband and I were bitten, I asked to solve this problem somehow, to which the girl at the reception told me to wait for the beds to be checked. When the employee came and pulled off the sheet, the entire mattress pad was covered in terrible stains. After that, we were told to sit and wait for a decision. After 2 hours, we went down to the reception ourselves and I asked the manager how our problem was being solved, to which they replied that they would give us another room. They gave me a room on the 7th floor, it was less smoky, but the toilet was dirty and it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned, but I was tired and we agreed to this room.
The pool, by the way, doesn't work either. So if someone was hoping to swim, it won't work.
It was only in Malaysia that I found out that there are hotels without windows. In general, it was fine, but I didn't like that only one elevator was working at the time of our arrival. This made life much more difficult.
