We chose a place with incredible safety of passports as our first place of residence during our trip to Belarus. One day, when we went inside, the passports of the guests were stacked at the reception, apparently, and there was no one in the lobby except us. Perhaps it was a gift from the establishment, as well as complimentary tea, which became a very pleasant accompaniment to our stay. In general, the place is cozy, in winter you can note a walk through the nearby parks, a visit to the castle itself and a restaurant. The room is cozy, but cool, as it blows from the windows, and even the batteries can not cope with the onslaught of the elements. A sofa is offered in the room as an additional bed, which can hardly serve for these purposes, since it is banally difficult for even a thin girl to fit on them. The Wi-fi was terribly slow, but we're all not ready to work ahead of the holidays. The staff is polite, although sometimes absent. The impression after the visit is that no one is perfect, including this hotel, but we would love to stay here again.
We booked a triple room. When booking on the website, I asked in the comments not for the attic floor. They called in the morning and asked if we would come. When checking in at the reception, they first took the payment for the accommodation, and then said: "Oh, you are so tall, I don't know if you will be comfortable on the attic floor. We can offer a quadruple room." Was it really impossible to inform during the morning call that there were no attic triple rooms?
We were given keys and a magnetic card... and everything. We went to look for the room ourselves, the escort at least to the room is apparently not included in the price.
We did not change the number (N 22), as we liked it at first glance. The ceilings are low, of course. The repair is very, very tired. The cleaning seemed to be normal,
but there was a spider web on the wall above the door in the room. The refrigerator in the room did not work! The receptionist suggested that we use the refrigerator with drinks at the entrance to the hotel. Later, it was clear from the number of packages that we were not the only ones who faced such a problem.
Impressions of the castle are very positive, but the service at the hotel leaves much to be desired.
We lived in this hotel on the second (attic) floor and hence the only small disadvantage is that we constantly clung to the sloping ceiling with our heads. Otherwise, the best impressions. If you have to come again, we will stay at this hotel.

We lived in suite number 4. Luxury room, 120 m2. A magical bathroom with a bathtub, where you spent a romantic evening with champagne overlooking the park and the canal.
Very good furniture, comfortable bed. Completely immersed in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages.
A good hotel on the territory of the castle complex. Of the advantages: they give an electronic pass and you can use it directly through the lock. Of the cons: there is no air conditioning. The water is turned off for prevention for 1 hour every morning. The lights were turned off and the fire alarm was triggered.
- they do not send a booking confirmation!
- they do not answer questions in what's up!
- non-client-oriented non-service administrators, the feeling that they do not want to communicate with you, answer in monosyllables, do not look into your eyes, are unfriendly. Except for one young girl with long blond hair, very pleasant to talk to, open. And very good maid girls.
There were 4 days. As a result, we moved to another Nesvizh hotel 5 minutes from this one, where the level is much higher, huge rooms.
- WiFi is very weak
, the restaurant in the castle is excellent.
Thank you for the warm welcome, the driver Victor was brought from the station, took care of them like relatives. The best place to start exploring the castle
The hotel is made more like a chic hotel of the Soviet period, but the very feeling of living in a medieval castle is very pleasant. The breakfast is very hearty! Everything is very clean and tidy around.
Very beautiful. The castle has retained all its features. The rooms are beautifully done, in style.
My wife and I really liked it. A huge area near the castle.
Excellent establishment, pleasant staff, they gave you a choice of 2 rooms, the one you like. The restaurant is excellent, plus the fact that after the museum closes, you can walk quietly and take pictures in the palace complex.
An amazing and wonderful atmospheric place with its own history.
Minuses:
1. The ice is not removed from the yard. Walking from the parking lot to the porch and not getting killed was a quest.
2. The doors in the room to the bathroom and the room overlapped with each other. It's terribly inconvenient.
3. Room service from the restaurant has captured our imagination!..🤦♀️ In the rain, 2 girls carried our food under the open sky for 150 meters. At the same time (attention!) the food on the plates was not set at all!..🤦♀️ It's just impossible to believe, but it's true.
By the way, the food was delicious. But, the delivery was amazing. I remember even six months later. Where can you forget that?
4. Expensive for such a controversial service.
Positive:
1. An amazing place - a palace and a park.
2. The opportunity to stay with pets.

We were at the May holidays. It'S VERY COLD in the room! We slept without undressing, and anyway, after arriving from Nesvizh, I got sick. When asked at the reception if something could be done with the heating, we were told: what did you want - the heating has already been turned off, we are freezing ourselves. We had a room on the attic floor (former stables), two beds pushed together, another one against the opposite wall. You bang your head against the sloping ceiling of the attic all the time, even though we are short people. Breakfast in the restaurant is normal.
Expensive, few amenities. To begin with, we got into the festival, so we couldn't park at the hotel. The hotel itself is very modest and simple. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of proper nutrition. There are very few places in the restaurant, and in the evening, if the guests are not booked, they will not be fed. I had to look for food in the city. Breakfast is very modest and keep in mind if there are a lot of guests, there may not be enough seats and you will have to wait. In general, the prices are Moscow-level, but there is no service, comfort and convenience. One plus, in the evening and in the morning you can walk on the territory of the palace

The hotel is in the castle. There are few people in the evening and there is an opportunity to admire this place in silence. I recommend
An amazing place, courteous staff, the hotel in the castle itself is very impressive. The only drawback is breakfast, it is served at the Hetman restaurant - it is simply disgusting and unreasonably expensive.
Those who want to plunge into the world of the past will appreciate it. We spent the weekend with my wife, it's great!!
The hotel itself and evening walks around the castle. Unforgettable.
The Best Birthday
My wife and I had an unforgettable vacation on my birthday. We initially booked a standard double room, but as a gift from the Palace Hotel, the staff provided us with a Suite! Neither my wife nor I expected such an unexpected gift!
Excellent conditions in the room (all necessary utensils, kettle, tea/coffee, fresh bed linen, bathrobes and slippers, beautiful furniture), spacious rooms, comfort, warmth and coziness accompanied us throughout our stay! And this is in cold November :)
Delicious food in the restaurant (it is worth noting an excellent breakfast!), an informative tour, very pleasant staff in the person of the hotel administrators, the magical atmosphere of the castle, as well as the magical inhabitant of the castle - a snow-white kitty who became our guest :)
Our vacation remained truly memorable thanks to all of the above!
Many thanks to all the employees of the tourist complex!
We will definitely recommend you to all your family and friends!
With great gratitude and respect.
I liked the attitude of the staff, the very opportunity to live in the castle, the territory and the food in the restaurant! But the rooms are tired and the cleaning leaves much to be desired, there was hair on the floor(
It would seem that when you spend the night in a castle, your hand should dry out before you send 3 stars, but the Radziwills would have acted tougher in my place, I think.
For $ 150 / night, we received as many as 4 bags of a rather specific tea (or is this a luxury for a suite?), a removed ceiling overlap square and a second taped one, someone's untidy soap in the shower, a non-closing drain hole in the bathtub, non-working television. Breakfast is 12 r separately, museums are 15 r too. Parking, which you have to fight your way through some kind of paper passes, although no one checks the data on them. The door to the room is locked with an ordinary, but very capricious, key. Such a cool idea (with a lock) is discredited by the Soviet approach of "zhrichedali". And it's a shame. However, the service in the administrators' plan is just for the declared money. At least someone is trying.
Not a top for your money. This should cost 2 times cheaper if nothing is changed.
I was there in the spring of 2021. We rented a room, the room is good. And spending the night in the castle is already great. The price is something in the region of 100-150 rubles. A very nice and atmospheric restaurant in the basement. Everything is delicious and satisfying. I recommend it to everyone.
