The rooms are simple, but the fact that you live in a castle is very inspiring. The location is super. The cost of living is budget. The price-quality is super!
Nice hotel. Clean, warm (even very warm, but it can be adjusted), the administrators are nice, friendly, ready to help.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. They did not check in immediately, as one of the three rooms was not ready. In order not to waste time , we went to lunch . We booked three standard double rooms on the 1st floor. Yes, the view is certainly in the shaft, but at least they didn't bang their heads against the ceiling. All three rooms are at the same price, but different: 1-with a double bed, 2-with two single beds; 3 - one double bed and one single bed . For one or two nights it is quite suitable. There is a restaurant, we had breakfast in it. There are several parks where you can walk

The rooms in the wing are modest and without a view from the window. The staff is very friendly. And the opportunity to be on the castle grounds after 19 o'clock is top
The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is attentive, polite!I recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!There is a lot to see in the castle and the park is just super! We had dinner at the restaurant, it was very tasty and we didn't wait long for the serving!❤
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There is tea and coffee in the lobby. It is necessary to take breakfast, hearty and tasty. There is a parking lot, guarded.
Wonderful photos, picturesque lake shore , sandy beach.THE CHILDREN ARE DELIGHTED! There is a beautiful park around! Incredibly beautiful Istria of Belarus! We spent the night in the castle , heard the birds singing , had a delicious breakfast .WE WERE IN THE SUMMER , just incredibly beautiful nature !
The hotel is not cheap, it seems to be good. But the receptionist (the girl) is not so friendly that I had to insist that I look at the room, I did not like the attitude right away and did not get lost. But I think it's fun there.
An interesting idea, the atmosphere has been created. Minus for disorganization with parking: you can drive up, unload things, but then you need to drive the car to the parking lot at the entrance. Given the fact that there are quite a few rooms in the hotel, then all the guests' cars could fit in the courtyard right in front of the hotel, they would not bother anyone. And it turns out that you enter the room, already in the atmosphere of the castle, and then you have to go to the parking lot, issue a pass for it at the ticket office of the paid toilet (!), the whole mood gets lost. Especially on weekends in summer, when there are many visitors to the park, it is simply unsafe to drive directly along the path where they walk.
I was in a room on the 2nd floor, an attic. Small in size, everything is in line with expectations. The bathroom is large, the appliances are of good quality. A hair dryer should be taken at the reception, but with cold air. From the window you can look at the moat with water and ducks.
The atmosphere is amazing! Spacious room, comfortable! Birds sing in the morning 😊 Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast at the Hetman restaurant, as well as dinner. The nature around is amazing!
A great, memorable hotel.
Suite 4 is large, just for 4 people. With a view on 3 sides. It is especially quiet and peaceful in the evening.
We advise everyone.
Two single rooms (for the selected period, only this option was possible). Ground floor. Good cleaning. Polite girls at the reception. They took it without breakfast. There are two catering establishments on the territory of the palace. The Hetman restaurant and the Zamkovoye cafe. We had lunch in both of them. I liked the cafe.
We took the usual room, the building of the old stable) Everything looks neat and beautiful) but if you look closely, everything is done very poorly) for example, the drain from the toilet is flowing) after flushing, a small amount of water flows onto the floor) the hanger is glued to superglue, hung a winter jacket naturally it broke) everything is clean even under the bed) it was about 0 outside and the room is very warm) it is possible to adjust the radiators, although one radiator did not heat up) free WIFI, although the speed is very weak) the TV is small and only 7 channels) it is possible to drive right under the gas station) in general, for a 3-star hotel it is quite not bad)
Everything is just wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cozy. The restaurant is also +5, everything is delicious and beautifully decorated.
a good hotel in general. very nice staff, nice park for a walk, great food. the disadvantage is that the rooms are too small. we took a 4-seater, the beds are in the butt
The overall picture is excellent.in the standard room, I had problems in the shower stall. Water was flowing from under the structure. Well, if you don't look at it, then you can spend the night. Well, the view from the window was not at the castle, but into the ground with grass. )) The restaurant is good, the breakfast is good!
An interesting experience of living in a castle). The rooms are normal, we had a roof with skylights. The staff is polite, generally clean. There is a beautiful park around. The restaurant is not bad either.
Feel like a count for a couple of nights and touch the hoary antiquity for reasonable money! The breakfast is excellent, the staff is helpful

We stayed in this hotel for two days in the fourth. To say that you are DISAPPOINTED is to say nothing! The cost does not match the quality 2 times for sure!
1. We wanted to live in a castle. We have booked 2 standard 2-bed rooms. The cost is 150 rubles per day from one room. Upon arrival, it turned out that all standard rooms (except suites) are not in the castle, but in the former stable! This was not mentioned anywhere on the website and no one warned when booking! Our first and main disappointment.
2. Check-in at the hotel from 14 o'clock, but you can pick up and unload things from the car only after 19. Check-out is at 12 o'clock, but you can drive up by car until 10 a.m. In fact, you have to check out before 10, if you do not want to carry bags to the parking lot, which is located at a decent distance from the hotel.
3. The size of the standard rooms. I have never seen such tiny rooms anywhere. The rooms with double beds are located on the 2nd attic floor, it is practically impossible to move there due to the slope of the roof. I have to crawl almost to the bed.
4. The location of sockets and switches. It seems that when performing repairs, they specially tried to place ALL the switches as inconveniently as possible, always behind the door, behind the TV or in another secluded place.
5. The WiFi signal in many rooms is so weak that sometimes you have to run around the room in search of the Internet to send an email. My wife's smartphone couldn't connect at all.
6. There is a refrigerator in the room, in fact it is not there. There is a public one located on the 2nd floor. Run up the stairs.
7. There is an ironing room, there is an ironing board in it, which is about to fall apart.
As a result, the price of such a room should be 50-60 Belarusian rubles.
After reading the reviews, they refused to have breakfast at the Hetman restaurant.
Among the advantages - friendly staff, cleanliness, proximity to the castle.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
The value-to-quality ratio is 3 stars at most.
Family room.
There are burnt areas and scratches on the walls.
In the morning, a silver coin was found in the bed (harmless and harmless, but not very pleasant).
A shower watering can is a fear, it is impossible to wash normally.
The shower tray may be clogged, it does not have time to drain.
The tile in the bathroom is flawed, the builders apparently did not know about the existence of grout.
The view from the window is on an earthen wall, that is, there is no view.
Pros:
kind of like on the castle grounds;
The room is warm, not very noisy.
There is water and light.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The room is newly renovated, linen and towels are not worn out. Everything is very neat. But, be careful with the coffee and tea at the reception. They are paid, although there is no price tag on it and the coffee machine is freely available for self-service.
Stayed for 3 days in a suite (overnight ~ $230). The word lux can be crossed out everywhere at once. It's not a luxury at all. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work, they gave a fan instead. Seriously? How to sleep with a fan? The toilet drain was constantly breaking down. The pressure of the shower is weak. The refrigerator is small and opens only half, it is impossible to put anything in there. The breakfasts from the hotel are very modest and tasteless. Upon check-in, the room was delayed for half an hour (no apologies). Room cleaning is only on request. Even it is elementary to take out the trash, make the bed and vacuum - there is no such thing. The number is already lived in: chips, cracks, doors won't close. The staff does not introduce you to the room and the hotel, they just give you the keys and accompany you to the room. At the time of eviction, they do not even specify whether they liked everything. The staff does not communicate with the guests. No compliments from the hotel. Although they celebrated a birthday there. Well, this is not a luxury level in any way.
One of the advantages is that four suites are located directly in the castle, the rest are in the former stable.
There is a beautiful shared balcony on the floor with the rooms, but it was occupied by the Hetman restaurant, located one floor below and rents to its guests by prior reservation. There is no information about this.
There is little entertainment: a tour of the castle chambers, scooters, a boat, a carriage, photos in medieval costumes - that's all. There's nothing to do for more than three days - it's boring.
I recommend that the staff undergo training.
The location is excellent, there is a huge park around and there is even a beach by the lake. The castle itself is very beautiful.
The only thing is, if the room is an attic and it's hot outside, there's nothing to breathe in it.
The very realization that you live on the territory of a medieval castle is beyond praise. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, then you need to hang a sign. Peace and quiet. Smoking is prohibited on the territory of the castle, but there is an exception for guests, when leaving the hotel with a table and chairs on the right, you can smoke there, well, drink a cold beer.
Good afternoon, everyone! We arrived, a little tired from the road! They were upset with the attitude of the girl at the reception, with a dissatisfied face:(. The mood is obvious, someone spoiled it, the sediment remained (, a tall girl was escorted off ...Very sweet...Thanks to her..
A great hotel. Clean, cozy. It is located on the territory of the castle and the passage to its territory is open to residents of the hotel around the clock.
I cannot recommend the Palace Hotel. It's very dirty, the towels stink of sweat, the floors are covered with dust, not a cozy place. The restaurant in the castle is also disgusting. If you want to stay in Nesvizh, I recommend the Nesvizh Hotel and the Skarbnitsa restaurant.
Nice hotel, attentive staff, nice rooms. As everywhere in Belarus, everything works properly and performs its functions. We checked in late at night, and found that the lock in the bathroom was jammed. It's not fatal, but just in case, they informed the reception. And after 10 minutes, a locksmith came and fixed everything. In the evening! In a castle in the middle of an open field! Bravo.
And also - there is a wonderful restaurant in the castle. Almost everything is delicious
I visited the hotel. The room is expensive 100 units per day. It is no different from a sanatorium suite. The Belarusian service is still at level 3. They only know how to withdraw funds from vacationers
