In short: the prices are like in the dining room, the food is like in a good cafe. More authentic: This is not a restaurant, there will be no molecular cuisine and croutons here. This is a lot of very tasty authentic(!) food for very little money. Gorgeous soups and pots, delicious pickles. Unfortunately, non-firm kvass, and only mors as an alternative (if you do not use it), but mors, by the way, is good, dense and not very sweet.They know how to cook meat here, as well as how to handle potatoes (this, no matter how stereotypically strange it may sound, is not such a common skill in local cafes). The service speed is like everyone else's, not wow, but at the level. As for me, it is clearly more interesting than the vaunted cornflowers, although everything is fine there too

Hello!
Pansky Dranik is one of the best establishments in Minsk. Gorgeous kitchen, without exaggeration.. Sooooo delicious, large portions and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I would like to highlight the work of waitress Anastasia. The girl knows the menu perfectly well. He responds promptly to all requests. I offered the children dishes that they were delighted with (although it's hard to surprise them with anything).
I recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely return there ourselves when we are in Minsk.

We recently visited the restaurant "Pansky dranik", and, unfortunately, our experience turned out to be ambiguous.
I'll start with the pros: the prices are really nice, the portions are large, and the place itself looks clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, the positive aspects end there.
Now about the cons. There are obvious problems with the service here. The waitress is quite rude, it seems that she is annoyed by visitors.
The Coke was not initially counted and was not taken out.
The ordered sour cream was also not taken out.
The coffee on the menu is indicated as 400 ml, but in fact they brought us only 200-250 ml.
And the food itself turned out to be very greasy.
In addition, the waitress advised to wait with the ice cream order so that it would not be taken out first. When we offered to take it out at the end, she just ignored our request and pretended not to hear. As a result, we didn't order it at all.
In general, the "Pansky dranik" left us with mixed feelings. I hope the management will pay attention to the comments.
