Complete inconsistency with the order.
Not only did the cashier incorrectly punch the order's readiness (sent it to "ready" and back to "preparing"), but all changes in the order were completely lost.
When ordering through the app, I indicated the comment "replace pickled cucumbers with fresh ones" - they ignored it.
I pointed out to make cheese pita bread - they ignored it.
I asked to add cheese for a fee (!) - they stole a ruble without adding anything.
No point where I've been has made such mistakes. Uruchye, Kamennaya Gorka — everything is fine there, you can ask for supplements, changes in the comments to the order and that's all not even through the application.
Not a foot in here anymore, the beautiful kitchen outside does not cover the problems inside in any way.

The administration contacted me after using the feedback in the app. The dialogue, of course, lasted a very long time (not because of the arguments, but because of the speed of the response) - almost two weeks. They offered compensation, but I will not change the assessment yet without drastic corrections in the work of the staff.
