But there are cases when an order from one shawarma is very late, and the next 10 are already ready. I'm sure he wouldn't have uttered this phrase at all if he had tried the shawarma from Papa Doner.
My review is not about the entire chain, but only about the restaurant on Mogilevskaya 12A.
The shawarma is delicious, the meat is delicious, and most importantly fried, in summer they open additional places on the street. There is not much space in the institution itself, but 4-5 people will be able to sit and eat without any problems.
The waiting time depends on the number of visitors, but usually not for long, however, if the waiting time is more than 20 minutes, then this is warned when placing an order. The staff is pleasant, I have no complaints about them. The choice in the menu is quite large (about 8-10 shawarma with 2-3 programs, sticks are a simplified version of shawas, hunters, soup, potatoes). Personally, I don't like such a large number of items on the menu, because I'm not used to spending time on such a large menu, which differs only in sauces and the presence of more meat (bacon, beef, ham, chicken).
The prices are acceptable, I liked that when you pick up the order, you get a bag with napkins (which you can still take from the cashier for an additional 0 rubles) and with shawarma packed in two bags. I also picked up an order with potatoes in a rustic way, in addition to branded packages, it was additionally put in a bag so that it would not exactly crumble into the package - thank you.
For fans of discounts (and those who do not like them), there is a mobile application. Now there is cashback not at 3%, but at 5%. In the application, you can also choose the time after which you will pick up the order, leave some comment.
In general, I assure you that it is worth trying at least a stick here, and then on your own.
I will also add that lavash is usually not overexposed here, that is, shawarma does not come to you "black".
