I recently ordered a cream cheese shawarma. Unfortunately, it ended in complete disappointment.Firstly, the shawarma itself was far from what can be called delicious. The biggest disappointment was the bitter cabbage, which they added to the shawarma. I can't understand how such an unpleasant and inappropriate additive can be present in a dish that should be tasty and satisfying.When I complained to the staff about the bitter cabbage, they simply waved me off and refused to offer me any compensation or replacement. I was very disappointed and felt that my opinion as a client did not matter to them.I do not recommend Papa Doner to anyone who is looking for a delicious shawarma. Their inattention to quality and lack of desire to satisfy the customer make this place not worth attention.
