We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. The staff is polite and helpful. A delicious variety of hearty breakfasts. (A separate selection of breakfast photos ;)). Beautiful well-groomed territory is guarded around the clock. The rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day, bed linen and towels were changed, there are also beach towels. The pool is heated, with a smooth transition of depth. There is a playground. The beach is 6 minutes away, the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. There are two shops on the way to the beach. The distance from the road is a plus. The beach is pebbly in places with sand (we have stocked up on aquashouses in a timely manner). The sea is clear. There are sun loungers on the beach (but perhaps at the peak of the season there will not be enough for everyone), there are also shade canopies. We had dinner a couple of times at the hotel, the prices in the cafe do not differ. Delicious. On the advice of the staff, we took a taxi from the hotel on excursions and drove three of us, without collecting anyone along the way (as a result, it turns out to be more profitable to ride with a taxi and an individual guide), stop where you want, decide where to go or not. When buying a ticket, we immediately took a transfer from the tour operator, and regretted :(, (although everyone in the reviews writes that it is not necessary to do this, it is very long, everyone is transported to hotels, we did not heed the advice :(, ), take your personal transfer, do not waste time. There were no ants in the room. The electricity was turned off once for 3 minutes, at 6 a.m. We have never turned on the TV, and when we watch it there :), We really liked it at the Paradise Hotel, we will definitely come back to you. ;).

A wonderful hotel, delicious hearty breakfasts, you can order lunch and dinner in a cafe, very tasty, sincere friendly staff, beautiful territory, give out towels for the beach, if you check out before breakfast, collect sandwiches with you, the rooms are clean, we had a maid Alona, thank you very much! This is the second time we have come to this wonderful hotel. The atmosphere at the hotel is conducive to a secluded and relaxing stay. Many thanks to the hotel team, administrators, kitchen staff, bartenders, security guards and staff who monitor the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms and the territory. Thank you. I advise everyone to come here, the delicious cuisine is five plus. Although the hotel is not on the first coast, but a 5-minute walk to the beach does not tire in any way, along the way you can go to a mini-shop and buy some water or foam Sukhumi. There are free sun loungers on the beach from the hotel, which is especially valuable and pleasing. On the shore, you can rent a sap board and swim 200 meters and if you're lucky, meet dolphins (we were lucky). And the sea is always clean here, even after a storm, only very large pebbles (I advise you to use special beach shoes).
The 5-star rating on my part is not too high. I have visited many places in Abkhazia.

A wonderful, wonderful hotel! Clean, beautiful, green, delicious, cozy! But I want to say separately about the staff. We met the hostess of the hotel Stella Alekseevna - a very friendly, friendly woman, you can just talk like that, ask any question, answer everything. That's why the staff is wonderful. Everything, everything: chef, chef girls, waiters, bartenders, receptionists, maids, security guard, driver, gardener - You are well done! You create an atmosphere of kindness and comfort, a comfortable stay for guests is your great merit - thank you! By the way, the cook's girls cleaned and fried a fish for us, which we caught ourselves while fishing. The husband just came up and asked, and please!!! Although they have enough work without us. Our family is very happy with the rest! Hello from the Urals!
P.S. If they buy good, modern (not sagging) clamshells, then it will generally be super. But I personally told the administrators about this, I hope they will listen.
And yes, if you are traveling through a tour company, then it is better to take the transfer separately, of course you will pay extra, but you will be on the spot many times faster.

The hotel is just a bomb! The cannon!
Entering the territory is like entering another world. Everything is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. It feels like you're not living in a hotel, but in a botanical garden. Tangerines, persimmons, bananas, grapes, roses, cacti and much more grow on the territory.
We walked around the village, our hotel is the best!
The pool is clean! It is very pleasant to swim in the morning before breakfast or in the evening under the starry sky.
They cook very tasty! The breakfasts are hearty and varied. They have not been repeated in 5 days. There are always 2 porridges to choose from. Very tasty cheesecakes and pies with potatoes. I fell in love with feijoa jam.
Beach chairs are free of charge!!!!! They give out beach towels!!!! Where else can you find such a thing in Abkhazia.
Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the territory.
There is a playground with swings, slide, trampoline.

There is one disadvantage - it is audibility. We were lucky that there were not many guests at the hotel. We lived in two rooms and only heard each other. You can hear literally what they say, you can hear who went to the toilet and when, you can hear everything as if there were no walls at all.

We had a family vacation in August .The hotel grounds are very clean and beautiful.Everything is green.Large parking lot.The room has everything for comfort (air conditioning,refrigerator,TV,wi-fi, etc.) and beach towels are provided.They clean perfectly!It takes 7 minutes to get to the sea slowly.The water is crystal clear.There are very few people and this is a huge plus!!The sun beds are free from the hotel!!You can wash your feet after the sea near the hotel gate.There is a taxi (minivan for 7 seats)He'll take you anywhere.I really liked the kitchen!!We tried almost everything))The breakfasts are huge!!! (two types of cereals, sandwiches, vegetables, buns,omelets,pies,pancakes, three types of jam (tangerine is sooo delicious!!!we bought a jar with us there))) Kids also have yogurt every morning.Special thanks to the chefs, waiters, and all the guys in the kitchen!!I would also like to mention your gardener, the man is very kind and obviously takes care of the plants with all his heart))

We would like to express our gratitude for the warm hospitality. We had a family vacation from 08/26/02/09. We are delighted with the place, the territory, and the staff. The sea is a 6-minute walk away, there is a swimming pool on site. There are taxis on site, minibuses 2 minutes from the place. The rooms are clean, special thanks to Alyona (the maid).
Thanks to the kitchen staff, all without exception.Breakfast is served every morning (portions are very large, hearty, something new every day, the menu was not repeated).
The girls are administrators, Inga, Natalia (little),great girls, friendly, responsive, always with a smile, sociable. Natalia, thanks again for the hint of the place where we went on an excursion.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. The hotel is attractive only from the point of view of the beautiful territory. The location is inconvenient, there are not very many cafes in the area and the prices are cosmic. Breakfast at the hotel is meager: 2 types of porridge, egg, pastries, 2 slices of cucumber, jam at the bottom of the saucer. The portions are funny, small, all by the piece. You can eat, but minimalism and greed at breakfast are annoying. Now about the room: we had a standard room, the kettle is broken, the sewer stinks, the extractor hood did not work in the bathroom. the maid did the cleaning terribly, they left a tip of 100 rubles every day-to no avail. The sand in the bathroom was not washed, the towels were not changed. When returning from the beach, there is nowhere on the territory to wash your feet from the sand, you drag it to the room. There are few sunbeds on the beach, everything is already sorted out at 10 am. The staff is friendly, the reception staff is excellent. But I would like to tell the owner of the hotel - make a hose at the entrance to the hotel to wash your feet from sand and upgrade your breakfasts, at least fry pancakes or pancakes for kids.

Therefore, for the fifth year in a row we have been vacationing only here. The owners of the hotel are wonderful, friendly and hospitable people. They gathered the same team around them. Every year they improve their hotel to make it comfortable for guests to relax here. The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty and varied, consisting of several dishes, two types of cereals every day, second courses and homemade pastries, everything is always fresh. I'm surprised when people write that breakfasts are scarce, I want to ask, do you cook several types of dishes at home for breakfast? The chefs are excellent and cook very tasty. There is a customized menu for lunch and dinner, too, there is enough to choose from. The rooms at the hotel are comfortable, they have everything you need to relax. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day. I want to say a big thank you to the maid Alena for the cleanliness and comfort in our room. Alyona is a real hard worker and a kind-hearted person. We express our great gratitude to the young girls, the administrators of Sariya, who immediately solves any questions that arise, as well as Natalia, helps in any situation. Natalia also knows a lot and can tell you about any sights and significant places of Abkhazia in an interesting way. The beach is five minutes away from the hotel. In 2023, the hotel equipped the beach area with sun loungers and canopies for its guests. By the way, the owners improve the conditions of rest in their hotel every year. We stayed at the hotel for a week during our vacation, came by car, the hotel has its own secure spacious parking, the territory itself is very clean, a lot of greenery and trees with tangerines, apples, plums, pomegranates.
The rooms are very clean, timely cleaning.

I really liked the hotel. The three of us had a rest with our daughters. We really liked it. We felt at home these couple of weeks. Excellent staff from receptionists to cooks and waiters. Alyona cleaned the room, she was very friendly, cleaned perfectly, always made sure that everything was in the room. The admin girls are all wonderful. The beach is within walking distance (5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace). The rooms are quite spacious, there is an outdoor swimming pool. The staff is helpful and friendly. They will help you with any question without any problems. Everything is clean, the territory is guarded. A good place to relax with your family. The city can be reached on foot or by taxi in 10 minutes.

I liked the hotel itself and its territory very much. There are things to do (swimming pool, playground, beach volleyball). There are a lot of fruit trees, and in general it is coaxing. The prices in the cafe at the hotel are reasonable compared to the nearest establishments in Sukhum. The breakfasts are pleasant, the pastries are very tasty! Thank you.

They escaped from Paradise the next day. We had a vacation last year in a luxury cabin with the whole family. We really liked last summer, the house, the food, the beach. We decided to come on a honeymoon this year. Booked in March. The price tag has doubled compared to last year! What we got for 10,000 per day: a children's camp of about 30-40 screaming children, a junior suite next door with three children who run past our room and behave inappropriately in the pool, breakfast is a separate story, not even like in the song two pieces of sausage, the photo below, the cherry on the cake when I came up about one o'clock in the afternoon order lunch at their cafe, they told me you can eat after 14, but can I order in the room? It is possible after 14 and you will carry the food yourself through the entire territory! Class, service is excellent. As a result, we drove by car looking for a place where we could have breakfast and lunch. We decided to return the money and leave, the issue was resolved all day, as a result, we almost stopped on the street, fortunately the hotel where we rested the day before went to meet us and we checked in with them again. I would like to thank the administrator Natalia for her help and solving our issue.

We took backgammon at the bar to play. The pool is clean, if you go swimming late at night, then add on. lighting in the pool itself. Excellent hotel, excellent quiet location (suburb of Sukhum), very decent and helpful staff of all levels (special thanks to Natalia and George from the reception), rooms are clean, free of odors and insects.
The cozy territory of the hotel is clean and green, WiFi is everywhere, a swimming pool with warm water, a bar with alcohol to choose from nearby, as well as something to eat can be ordered there.
The beach is just around the corner, large shade canopies are available from the hotel, sun beds are available for an additional fee.
From the nuances: sometimes the wifi is naughty, sometimes the lights are turned off, and even then it's not the fault of the hotel, in such a case they have their own diesel generator and actually from the nuances that's all.
In general, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and rest at this hotel, we put 5 out of 5!

Of course, there may be disadvantages, such as the absolute lack of sound insulation in the rooms and porridge on the water, but the hotel staff and, in principle, the hotel itself smooth everything out. We rested here in early August 2023. Great hotel. It is convenient to get to the sea, the rooms are clean! The administrators are just super! There is a clean swimming pool, ping pong and the opportunity to play volleyball! You can come in your own cars, there is a place to park on the territory. It is very convenient to get to different places to take a walk. Either by public transport, or by taxi. The administrator will be able to call!

We had a rest from 31.07 to 12.08 2023.
For all those who travel on a voucher from tour operators, I advise you to take your own transfer, and not go with other vacationers. Because we arrived at 17.10, and arrived at the hotel only at 23.00. They will no longer be able to feed you, they had to order something in advance, but of course we did not know that. There are 2 shops in the vicinity, one until 20, the other until 23.00. So you'll have to go to sleep hungry if you haven't taken anything. Decide for yourself whether you want to live away from the city. There are buses to the market that cost 100, 50 and 35. And at night we took a taxi to the hotel for 1000 rubles. 15 minutes by the way. And Instagram tours will be a couple thousand more expensive because of the location. Instead of 2200, we went for 3700.
Let's start with the cons:
- There is no sound insulation. You will wake up to any trampling of your neighbors, especially if there are children there.
- Bad Internet connection. Although they work extremely poorly on the territory of 2 access points, plus they do not have a password, it is unsafe.
- Bad mattresses in the bed, my back ached from time to time.
- Breakfast. 1 time was not bad: 2 pancakes and 2 casseroles, they were delicious. Everything else: porridges, vitamin salads, watermelon, sandwiches and fried eggs are tasteless and bland.
- No leisure time + sometimes the lights may turn off. And if the weather is bad and you do not go to the sea, then you will have to sit and cook in the literal sense.
- The cleaners. Yes, they clean it often, but poorly. Plus they eat up your food. So it was with us, we ate cookies. We thought about each other, but then we set up a "social experiment", went on an excursion and left a box of cookies, we calculated everything. There were no cookies in the evening. I understand everything, they probably pay poorly and do not feed, but why should visitors do this? Thank God they didn't take phones, tablets, and chargers.
- Bed linen and towels are stained.
- The TV does not work well, literally 3 channels. But it didn't bring us any discomfort, he doesn't watch TV in general.
- Wild beach. The site talked about its umbrellas and sun beds, but these are some kind of fairy tales. Local rent canopies (500 rubles / day) and sun beds (200 rubles / day), saps.
Positive:
- fenced area, green plantings and a fountain. There is a guard on duty day and night, a fence everywhere.
- Lunches/dinners. They cook better for their own money, but it may seem expensive. There is no competition nearby, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest cafe and dining room, sometimes it's just too lazy.
- Proximity to the sea. Ask the store for the shortest way, they will tell you about the gate and then you will have to walk for a maximum of 5 minutes. But always be careful, you will need to cross the road.
- Friendly administration and khoyazin himself of the hotel. There were problems with the water and we were notified about it, they offered to pour it into bottles from another tap.
- Private pool.
The impression is twofold. If you are not a particularly whimsical person, then perhaps you will like it.

The best hotel in the suburbs of Sukhum! A large fenced, green area with an excellent swimming pool, which is very convenient! Modern, clean rooms with all amenities, Internet, excellent TV, impeccable cleanliness! You can have a delicious meal on site, breakfast is included in the price. I really liked the hotel. The suite is like in the photo. It is very convenient that the cravats can be pushed apart and you will get 2 single beds. The room is clean, everything works. Cleaning - they always asked (if we were in the room) if it was necessary to clean up, pick up the trash. It is very convenient that there is a dryer. The only disadvantage of the room is very good audibility!!!! If you are not lucky with your neighbors, then your vacation will be ruined. In general, almost all vacationers at the hotel are families with children.
The territory is well maintained, there are many flowers and trees. There is a Playground (trampoline, house, swing, etc.). The playground is new, everything is strong and reliable.
Parking is large, the entire territory is guarded around the clock (but you can leave / check in at any time of the day).
The pool is 3-level (straight steps). Clean, large (the temperature in it is +-30). There were always free sun beds next to the pool.
Meals - breakfast. It is very tasty and a lot (I have never been able to master everything). Porridge is offered (milky, sweet, sometimes with fruits or candied fruits). Plus, there are cheesecakes with a bun, or scrambled eggs with sausage in the dough. Fruits - watermelons, pears. Coffee, tea, milk, jam - everything is replenished if it runs out.
Lunches and dinners must be ordered +- hour in advance. And also large portions and delicious (khachapur bomb).
The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel at a leisurely pace. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and canopies, but there is no faucet to wash your feet and changing rooms. There are few people, the beach is big. The entry into the sea is gradual, there are no large stones. The sea is clear. From entertainment - banana, sub. A sunbed is 200 rubles per day, but you can also lie on a blanket.
I definitely recommend the hotel. Especially for those who drive by car - there are many activities and interesting places nearby (Chernihiv, Ostap caves, a spring in Babushary)...)

We were at this hotel in May, we were not lucky with the weather. The air conditioners saved us from the cold. The hotel is built of several 2-storey buildings. standard 3* rooms. Shower, toilet, toiletries, towels are available. Room - bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, TV. Standard room. They clean well. The territory is full of flowers and greenery! There is a large Parking lot, you can come by car. Log houses are made for families. The rooms are large, 2-storey, there is a kitchen. The only drawback is that there is no common space, so to speak, a large reception area. We were a group and held meetings in the dining room, fortunately there was no one else in the hotel on these dates. The food is too ordinary, not 3*. For example, instant coffee, there is no choice of dishes, one dish)) But maybe it will be different in the summer.

A wonderful hotel!Even a little unexpected for Abkhazia.Impeccable cleanliness and well-groomed territory.Friendly and attentive staff with a sincere desire to help, solve any problem.The breakfasts (included in the price) are quite decent.The prices in the restaurant, it seemed to us, are basically the same as in the nearby canteens and cafes.Room cleaning and linen change every 4 days, but the maid always asks if you need to clean extra.Private transfers and excursions with a hotel driver are organized.The beach is clean and sparsely populated, you can rent sun beds, there are canopies too.The only thing I would like to wish the hotel is to organize at least some animation for older children (an 11-year-old child is very bored, but at least they would get to know each other)
About the bad 😬:group transfer from the airport (train station)from "Apsua-Tour"-it's a tin!When you book it, no one will tell you that after arriving in Sochi, you will first meet planes for 1.5-2 hours at the airport to wait for everyone who is traveling with you on the bus, and then for 5 hours you will "have fun " riding around all passing cities and towns without food and water, transporting everyone by hotel , because your Paradise is the last transfer point😭Well, you can stand on the border for 1-2 hours.We arrived in Sochi at 12-20, and dragged ourselves to the hotel hungry and exhausted at 20-00!!! At least the restaurant staff did not refuse to feed us, although their working hours were over.Book a private transfer!You will get there 3 times faster and healthier, but it does not cost much (630 rubles / person) more expensive.

We had a rest with our future wife at the hotel from September 18 to 28.
We chose it based on reviews and location.
I liked everything!

The staff and owners of the hotel and their attitude are the most important element of this hotel for a relaxing and spiritual holiday.
The girls at the reception, the girls in the restaurant, the guys at the counter, the maids (Alyona gave us amazing order and cleanliness in the room), the men of the guard - all are very sincere and responsive to the guests and their questions and requests. They will tell you everything, advise you where to go or go (we were in a rented car).
Very tasty and hearty breakfasts.
Delicious food is prepared according to the restaurant menu and very "masterly" portions)) Abkhazian solyanka and carbonara pasta - the best!
Cats are a separate charm of this very beautiful, warm and cozy place).
Lots of greenery, beautiful flowers and trees, a cool pool, good landscaping, pleasant rooms.
And it's 5 minutes to the sea without hurrying, and it's very clean and cool there!
Sukhum is 5 minutes away by car. Not far from the hot springs and Chernihiv (30 minutes).
We really enjoyed Paradise!))
We will definitely come again!

In general, it's not bad, among the advantages is a gentrified area with various plantings, clean, beautiful. For families with children, there are playgrounds. The fattest plus is that there is a clean pool. Among the disadvantages-there is no normal television, three channels with white noise. It shows that there is satellite TV, but it is unclear what function it performs... The Internet leaves much to be desired for those who do not have a local SIM card. In general, if the weather suddenly turns bad, it remains to cook and look at the ceiling. The sea is nearby, but how to spend leisure time in bad weather is unclear.

We were here for the New Year holidays. An excellent choice of location by the organizers of our tour. I liked the responsiveness of the staff, cleaning every day. We ate tangerines and oranges.
I would like the pool to be warmer in winter and with sea water. It would be perfect.
