His forced us to eat in a cold out door place , we found a not occupied table in the Hall , he said no , we have to eat out door , just because we ordered the food there . We even explained that we could take the Foods in by ourselves. He said No , So We chose to leave , then the server stuff said we can sit in Hall
Why force your client to sit in cold wind ?
Several Times travel in Almaty , I have to say, I feel very bad to have a dinner here

Давно, давно ходим туда всей семьёй. Детям очень нравится, особенно летом. Обслуживание внимательное. Персонала достаточно чтобы уделить каждому посетителю внимание. Приятный уголок - буфет и магазин. Можно купить всяких вкусняшек, в том числе мой любимый курт. 🥰🥰🥰

Очень достойное место, хорошее соотношение вкуса/ цены/ размера порции. Был в этом заведении больше 5 раз.
Однако хочу обратить внимание управляющих ресторана и посетителей. 25 февраля был свидетелем абсолютно вопиющей картины, как официант, уронив столовый прибор на пол, подняла его, и как ни в чем не бывало положила его на поднос и понесла сервировать стол. Проследив, за ней, я заметил, что она подала этот столовый прибор гостям. На это я сделал ей тактичное замечание, в ответ она быстро проговорила что-то из серии « я все поменяла» и быстро ушла. Имя официанта не публикую.
Прошу управляющих обратить на это внимание и объяснить сотрудникам, что нет ничего ужасного в упавшем предмете, просто не нужно его нести людям.

Еда мне очень нравится, красиво оформлено и вкусно. Часто ходим с семьей. Цена чуть выше обычных столовых. Персонал приветливый, вежливый. Все чисто, официанты опрятны. Интерьер тоже хороший. Есть домик для игр детей, единственное было бы хорошо немного увеличить её, добавить ещё домик, или качели так как залы у них большие, людей много, соответственно и детей не мало.
